The ice cream shop has a great range of products to get that holiday belly growing, and the food is great. Excellent experience!

I wanted to get donuts as promised to my daughter but the nearby Donut shop was closed. Offering her a concessional ice cream brightened her smile. Walking into this Baskin Robins, the employee was very friendly. Without asking, he offered samples so my daughter would know what to get. Of course, her eyes decided the moment she saw Oreo cookies and Cream. She tried it and said yes to it. Got her a cup and she was the happiest girl you will ever see. Cant ask for a better experience than that!

This baskin robbins has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a baskin robbins. I ordered a custom Birthday 24 hours before i needed it and they reached out to me to show me what the cake will look like and gave me options. The cake turned out so good and everyone loved it. I got two 1 year olds. They wouldnt split a scoop of ice cream. Said I had to buy two scoops. GREEDY FORIENGERS

Just went in with my family and I to get some ice cream. We have been coming to this location for many years but today this young lady at the register treated us in such a negative way. Her attitude was not appropriate and not professional. She didnt even greet us when we walked in and we had to wait for her to attend to us. Eventually in a annoyed and angry attitude asked us What do you want. We had to tell her 3-4 times in a loud manner what we wanted exactly because she didnt care enough to get close to us and help us out. Then when she understood what we wanted. She started recklessly and aggressively throwing the ingredients in the blender in a annoyed mood. Im not sure if its because she is in a bad mood or hates her job, but this is not how you treat customers. We left and I believe the manager saw us leave. I hope he talks to the cashier and her negative immature attitude.Edit: We went to the Baskin Robbin on 17th street in Santa Ana and Mrs. Farshid was super nice and attentive with my family and the other customers. No wonder the place is busy! Excellent customer service and delicious ice cream! Go here!!

Its Baskin-Robbins...what can I say ? Yummy ! It shares the store with a Togos and its clean and the servers are very nice.

With only 24 hours notice this store produced a great cake for my niece. This store is a bit understaffed and workers go back & forth from Togos side to BR side and there is always a bit or a wait time.

Out of all the bask in robins Ive been to, this one is hands down one of the best ones. Not only because of their awesome ice cream, cakes etc.. But the employees.. Antonio, Judys to you homeboy!! He was very attentive and extremely funny. Alao, the managwr.. Although she looked intimidating, she was surprisingly a friendly. Thank you!!! We will definitely be back.. Palabra!!!!!

Hours online say close at 9:30pm. Apparently no true. Because I went at 8pm and was yelled at by the teenager behind the counter WE ARE CLOSED. this with customers still in line. Just very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere from here on out.
