Not good customer service AND the caramel must’ve seized up and was still used smh tasted like a brown sugar apple. My first experience here was great but not this time.

Now I know what you are thinking...How on earth could someone not like a chocolate store. Well I am here to say that it is entirely possible and it isnt because I am lactose intolerant.Now when you think of chocolate stores you probably imagine sees candies. When you enter sees they always offer you some free samples. They smile and welcome you in. They have matching outfits. Everything ia very clean. Rocky Mountain Chocolate is exactly the opposite.You wait there forever for anyone to acknowledge you. You come in for a chocolate and you end up waiting ten minutes. The ladies that work there arent very nice. And it looks like she always has her daughters working there too.I think that is illegal lol. Anyways the chocolate here is too rich abd sugary. No good on the customer service.

What can I say, candied apple goodness

The chocolate apples here are great. If you dont know what to get, order the Avalanche apple, cut-up. The staff are also nice and efficient.

I always come here to pick up white chocolate covered bones for my dogs. I think only one of my three dogs actually eats them. I usually buy the larger ones and break them in half (it gets messy when they start melting in the summer). They offer small bones, I just think I get more for my money by purchasing the large bones. Every now and then Ill purchase a candy for myself, and I figure the price is comparable to me purchasing a couple of pieces of candy from Sees Candies (my favorite), as each piece of candy here is oversized.

This place has everything from setup to give-away. They have a good variety of all the candies you can think of!I love it!

Wonderful store. Helpful & knowledgeable staff. They always let you sample to see what youd like before you make a purchase.

The location is nice and clean. They had a variety of chocolates and chocolate dipped goodness. We tried the Rocky Road Caramel apple and the Chamoy apple. The Rocky Road apple was good but not as fresh as it has been in other locations. It was lacking chocolate and marshmellows. The Chamoy apple was horrible. I do not recommend that apple at all. It didnt have any Caramel only the Chamoy and it tasted salty. Not sure Ill ever go back since the apples were not as good as they have been in other locations.

The truffles are just amazing. i find truffles most of the time too rich to enjoy; these are little nuggets of bliss. not too rich, absolutely tasty, mini bite sized gems dusted with cocoa try them out!

The staff was so nice we came here for our honeymoon and we got a complimentary Apple they were so sweet and helpful on our decisions and patient with us

My mom and l, Lauren we there yesterday. We talk too the owner name Will. He was a very nice man and he took care of our order, everyrhing we ask for was nice and fresh, cut right and bag up great and he doesnt serve anything old that was just sitting out for hours, everyrhing he makes is fresh. He was also sweet too my mother. He has a great sense of humor. We will be back soon. I love too come here. Ive been too the one in San Francisco too. Great spots.

They have the best frozen bananas, a large variety of chocolate and candy apples that are to die for and a wonderful selection of homeade chocolates, the head worker Great makes the place what it is deliciously wonderful!

This is BS I got here 15 minutes before they closed and they were already closed. How do they expect to make sales when they close early. While I waited outside 3 other groups passed and checked to see if it was open and it wasn’t. Such bad customer service ethics.

4 stars why its to much for a candy apple here coming from were I live at it cost $6.75 for one just because this place is a different location they shouldnt be charging candy apples for $8.50 each thats why I quickly walked out of this store just to see how much for one candy apple is!
