Honestly have been kinda disappointed with every drink I’ve gotten here the past 3-5 times I’ve visited. Probably will find a new place to go to.

My coworkers and I used to come here all the time. But lately it’s really been slacking, I always get my drinks with almond milk and one time it was rotten(see picture) but they didn’t credit us for it. I gave them another chance and the order we got was wrong and the boba was hard. Their fries are really good, and staff is usually really friendly!

I really enjoyed the Mangolada. It has a spicy kick but still retains its sweetness. The decor is bright but relatively simple.

Milk teas had to be remade twice and still had weird flavor and after taste like something was old. Then since they refused a refund I just took black coffees to go and had to throw those away also weird tasting and too strong, I will stick to Lees sandwiches for milk teaAlso the Tai place said theres not actually any milk in their teas ????Rude staff bad flavors waste of time and money !!! NO THANKS

My fave boba tea place. I love that they have so many choices of sweet teas and that we can lessen the sweetness as desired.I love how cautious they are with only allowing a few people inside at a time.There is always parking.And I super approve of the texts giving me free upgrades of size.Highly recommend.

Tasty place - its close to home so I come here often unfortunately not since the COVID situation but before we would come once a month - its hard to find bad Thai in Hollywood there are more good places than bad and this is one of the good ones - try the duck soup its my favorite at this location.

New management is just bad ! New workers seem to not know what they are doing ! Some staff is friendly while others are not ! Prices went up ! Ised to love this place now not coming as often !

Tai Tea is another boba spot I went to recently. This time I opted for a large, 33 oz. Taro Milk Tea for $4.95, which was quite delicious. Not bad... Ill definitely have to try some of their other offerings next time!

Refreshing boba joint. Not a fan of their items that have chunks in it such as the coffee jelly, but I love their other flavors such as the green tea or almond milks. This place goes heavy on ice so I would recommend asking for little ice.

Really enjoyed our drinks that we came back for some more. Great variety of drinks, nice balance of tea and sweetness, and welcoming staff, definitely our to go spot for bubble tea in So Cal!

Ive been coming here for a few years now and Im happy that the ownership has been consistent when it comes to taste of the teas and the freshness of the boba pearls. Some businesses lower the quality throughout the years but not this place. Hopefully theyll keep it up.

Love the Taiwanese popcorn chicken. It was even open on Thanksgiving Day so my husband and I can fulfill our craving before turkey dinner.

This was my first time coming here. I got a smile and good attitude as soon as I walked in. I asked for a suggestion and what they gave me was fantastic. The inside is charming and would be a good place to have a seat and enjoy your beverage if you should choose to. Ill definitely be back.

The shop is so cute, its decorated very modern. There are some tables and a bar area to sit and there are some games to play. There is a little wall of greenery where you can use to take photos with your drink.I ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and it was really good. The Jasmine flavor was very apparent in my drink. I think that it had the perfect ration of tea and milkiness. The boba was super chewy and slightly sweet. Id definitely love to come back for more drinks!

Tai Tea is located in a very large shopping center on the corner of Tustin and Katella, closer to Fedex and Papa Johns Pizza. It has ample parking, which is a big plus.Everytime I go, I order the Thai Green Tea. Its the perfect balance of sweet, tea flavor. Its just delicious and refreshing.Their menu is very extensive but they have pictures of their top 10 drinks.They also offer a large selection of toppings. You will definitely find something you like at Tai Tea.The staff is always very friendly an efficient. I will definitely be visiting more often once it starts to warm up.

Very nice place. They have very flavorful drinks and the staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. Ive come here 5 workdays in a row!

Their taro milk tea was yummy and very refreshing! And the cups were a decent size for just a regular.

So GOOD. Tea was sweet but not too sweet. Large cup sizes with prices a little under most other boba places. Authentic and a true hidden gem.

Ordered a Thai Tea slushy and the Mangolada slushy. They were SOOO good! The texture of the shlushies is smooth and didn’t just melt right away. Good price as well compared to some other tea places.

I woke up one morning craving boba so me and my friends beg her mother to get us boba so she said lets go to h2 snow we all were so excited we got dressed we put on our cutest outfits we had did a full face of makeup counting lashes we had to drive all the way there we look up of its open it was so we get there the sign was on and said open hours 10 to 11 not open Mondays it was Thursday AND GUESS WHAT THE DOOR WAS LOCK NO ONE WAS WE ALL CALLED THEM AND THE VOICEMAL SAID OPEN WE ALL STARTING CRYING IT BROKE OUR HEARTS.But then we went to dragon fly and it was great.h2 snow has great snow though
