Superior Tire Pros lived up to its name! The service was superior and the staff was very professional. They made breaking down on the side of I-10 a relatively painless experience. Superior suggested a tow truck that was on site within thirty minutes, it promptly diagnosed and repaired the problem, and charged an extraordinarily fair amount for the services it provided. I would recommend Superior to anyone and would definitely use its services again without question.

This is the second time that Superior Tire, Orange, has come to my rescue. The staff is not only very knowledgeable but they are very cordial.When you mention tires, automatically one becomes apprehensive. I dropped in early on a Monday morning with a tire problem. I was warmly greeted and didnt have to wait long for the diagnoses. I needed a new tire which they ordered that day and said to come back at my convenience. I only waited about 45 minutes total for 2 new tires and I was 7th in line. Their prices are very competitive and often cheaper. I have and will recommend Superior to friends and family.

Great people, great service. But I was there yesterday someone got there after me but left before me... they didnt have enough people there yesterday so it was a long wait, but I dont blame them. The only thing Im upset about is the other customer got there probably 20 minutes after me and left almost an hour before me... imagine you waited over two hours and this happened to you. After all, its a great place, would be better if they can fix the problem that I had...

Superior has been a staple for a lot of car care for me for years. They have reliable service and have even saved me money by pointing out things that other people were trying to gouge me on. Often times if the one in Orange cant do something for me that day, theyll send me to the Superior the next town over and the job will get done.

Brought my car in this morning because I had a noise in my passenger side rear tire. They took the truck back right away, removed the tire, looked at it came back in and told me that all it was my lug nuts were not tight on my tire, they were loose, so they tightened them. This was not their fault, I made the mistake of taking it to the dealership to have my wheels rotated a couple of weeks ago.When I went to pay for it they told me no charge, I asked to at least pay $10 or something to make myself feel better for their labor. They said no just remember them when I need something done to my truck. Dont worry I will bring my truck back if I need anything.This is one of the few real businesses that actually care about their customers.Ive dealt with this company before theyre very easy to work with theyre reasonably priced and youll get good quality work. Highly recommend this company for all your car care needs.

Possibly the worst experience Ive ever had in my life. These people price gouge like its nobodies business, dont even keep a full inventory throughout the week, and have their kids running around yelling and being all around obnoxious to the customers. Just a horrible place all around, dont waste your money here.

I stopped by to fill my tires with the free air (yes, they still have it, but only during business hours). There was a bit of a line. But one of the mechanics not only came over to help (and complimented me for actually trying to do it myself), but he reset the tire sensors for me (because the previous place hadnt, which threw my systems tire sensors off). Things like this are why Im here getting my new tires. Im a first time customer; looks like Ill be coming here more often!

None of the employees seem to care about getting your car or truck out in a timely manner. Even if you are the first one in line and arive before they open you can expect to wait at least an hour, even for a simple tire repair. Just drive down the road a little ways to Monica bros.

To hell with this place and its crook owner who is well involved in illegal activity and also threatens to call cops for one of his customers who was harassing another customer leaving at the time of getting air already getting air screaming and cussing at the top of his lungs on his property so he is liable for everything he should be more watchful of his harassing honking customers he stands up for while others are getting air...Really looks like he should better asses situations as such. Not only this he needs to make sure when he is partaking in illegal activity be more mindful of who is watching.. sheer crook with surface ficade
