I stopped by to have one of my tires repaired since I believed it to have a nail or something of that sort in it since my tire had begun to lose air once I had gotten in my truck and began my trip to Orange from Lake Charles. Since the hurricanes seems like I pick up something in my tires quite often. Anyway, I went in and the nicest young man asked how he could help. I explained the situation and he said there wouldnt be a problem. He then asked if Id like a quote on 4 new tires before I could even ask him. He immediately got on task and within 5 minutes, I had my answer and so did he!!! They are so smooth riding; feel like Im in a brand new truck! While I was at, I told him to go ahead and order a set for my husband and theyll be in by noon tomorrow so well both be set and riding like king and queen! Lol. Everyone there was very kind, friendly, well mannered, and considerate. So nice to go into an establishment and find this environment! Love it and you will too! I recommend their prices, staff, service, and helpfulness. Thank yall very much!!

Had my van for about 24 hours and it needs an alternator and belt. Ive had it replaced twice already this year. They told me it would be 4 or 5 hours and then didnt get started on it til 1:00. It is literally 2 bolts and a wire to chance the alternator. The last 2 times I had it changed it took 2 hours and they are telling me 5 hours. Really. Are the mechanics here just that slow?

I Walked in at 7:30 for 4 new tires and an alignment. I got a call at 8:33 saying I was done. The young man that waited on me was very nice and courteous. I am pleased.

I was traveling though Orange, TX and got a nail in one tire. The team was very busy on a Friday afternoon, but they were quick to offer assistance, and within minutes they had my car jacked up in the parking lot because there were no lifts available. A few minutes later the tire was fixed and back on the car. After all that help, they refused my payment I tried to offer.Great team!

Took my car for an oil change and it took them 2hrs and waiting… the car has been in the lift for an hr already. Update came for a engine oil change and the empty my transmission oil and they don’t have the equipment to put my oil back.

Best nap I took inside any tire shop. Got two new tires for $218 took em for a spin. No problems or anything even though they were a lil busy I was in and out in 30 mins. Way faster than superior tire.

Went in on a busy-ish Friday afternoon with a nail in my tire and got it fixed within the hour at no charge! I was concerned about my rim getting scratched because I’d had bad experiences with other businesses in the past and when I voiced my concerns, the receptionist reassured me that the crew was great and she would relay the message (and she did). Very clean, well-kept establishment so they wait was comfortable. They’ve earned my business in Orange!

I honestly dont know where to start. In July of 2018 i had a flat tire and no access to my bankcard cus it was lost. I had no cash because i was broke. I was totally new to the area and i didnt know anyone. I pulled in and asking them to sympathized with me begged for help. The young girl in the front service register was so humble and hellful. They fixed my tire for me for FREE!!!! I offered to come back and pay on payday and they told me not to mention it that they fix tires for free. I have been a MB customer since that Day!!2019 moving on it was time to get new tires and i didnt dare go anywhere else. They made me a great Deal and Oz is such a good customer service rep hes become like a family member. The shop manager Ryan is the greatest he always helps me with anything i need preventative maintenance wise.

Fast and courteous. Found a tire for my camper and had me on my way in no time.

The absolute most kind and generous people! Best in class service. My wife and children were driving back from Texas to Louisiana one evening and these wonderful people found time to take a nail out of her tire and get her back on the road before closing for the day. I was loading my car for a Saturday night outing and found a large nail in one of my tires. I took the car to Modica Brothers and it was repaired quickly even though they were busy. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a total brake job for my 2011 ford edge I put it in there they had it out the same day. I went down the street and the vehicle ran perfect. Before I had the job done it made all kinds of noises after they were thru no noise nothing. To have licensed mechanics to do work like this under a grand especially with todays prices is good.

My car was there all day for new tires to be put on it . The realignment was not checked like i had asked and my car is now vibrating hard i dnt think the balancing was done for my car was not shaking like it is. I had to rush to go pick it up they closed at 4pm i only had 15 minutes to find a ride and pick up my car. I called to tell them about the shaking i was told to bring it back in. My concern is another day of waiting now to get them balanced .

I was driving from Houston area back home to FL, stopped at the Texas rest area and had to take a not very kept up with feeder road along the interstate to get back on the East bound route. On that feeder road I managed to run over who-knows-what and watched my tire lose air drastically. I googled tire repair near me and this place appeared first with good reviews and very close by. They got me in and out very quickly and were extremely courteous. I was stressed and had a long drive ahead but they checked under my car to make sure there was no further damage and got me patched up right away. I have never been so impressed with a car repair shops customer service as I was with this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if near and need service.

Wonderful place of business!! We broke down in orange on the way to Houston. We asked somebody in a grocery store parking lot for mechanic recommendation and they recommended Modica. They came to our rescue within 15 minutes! Looked at our van in the parking lot, got his jumped off a bit to get to their shop. We were traveling with our child and two dogs, they were so friendly, let us bring the dogs in the shop to cool off. everything was so smooth from the get-go! I do not like mechanics that are secretive and not upfront with you, they were very honest and know their stuff! So grateful for their help!

Officially the only place I will ever do business with when it comes to my tires. I made my appointment and was very well taken care of. I have brought all of my vehicles here to have new sets put on, and every visit was superb. I cannot recommend the speed and service of these people enough. Not to mention, the prices are incredible, they have a fantastic selection, and the warranties they offer make other shops pale in comparison.

Was charged $70 to have 2 tires that I brought with me, mounted and balanced on 15 inch rims. Thats almost twice the amount Ive ever paid at any tire shop Ive ever been to. Will not be going back.

These guy were great!!!, traveling to Florida from Colorado and had stopped in Orange, got nails in both front tires in a construction area enroute. They were very busy an still got our van In right away on a Saturday and had us out in under an hour!, and no charge. Highly recommend!!

Great service and super friendly staff but be prepared to wait a long time. They have a nice seating area and clean bathrooms and free coffee so you can wait comfortably while your car is being worked on. Just a tip: if you get hungry Sonic and Taco Bell are just down the street and are within walking​ distance and are a great places to kill time while you wait. Also at the time of writing this they dont do inspections.

Usually great service and results. I have brought my car in for my oil change and tire rotation since it was new in 2014. I am used to replacing a tire or two every other oil change or so. I had my oil changed around Halloween and was surprised that I didnt have to get at least 1 tire (my specialty is not tires, which is why I take my car to professionals). Then Saturday I took my car for an oil change and tire rotation fully expecting to have to get a tire or two (since it felt like it had been awhile) because I was going for a long drive in possible bad weather. I was shocked when they were ready to check me out without even saying I needed tires. So this time I asked if they were sure I didnt need any tires. So then they went and checked. Not only did I have 2 bad tires I also has 2 REALLY bad tires (for a total of FOUR bad tires.) So, 2 1/2 hours, 4 tires, an alignment, and almost $500 later I was safely driving my car. Out of the experience the Oh well, sorry shoulder shrugs were the most annoying.

I normally would not go out of the way to post such a bad experience, I would move on and take my business elsewhere, but after today I am flabbergasted at the customer service experience I had at this location.From start to finish, my experience today was confusing for me, as I do not have any expertise when it comes to maintenance on a vehicle, but I am astonished with the business conduct displayed.It seemed to me that I had to fight tooth and nail to get information on what was going on with my vehicle and why I would need a new set of tires if I had just had them replaced a little over a year ago and why the warranty would not be applicable. It wasn’t until the gentleman at the front had explained it to me that I had somewhat understood what was going on.I was frustrated that I had to get a whole new set of tires and wait almost 4 hours to have this done, but it was whatever. It happens. What I do not appreciate is that when I get to my car I find that the paper floor mat used has the word “Idiot” written on it and right next to it an employee signature. Whether it was a coincidence or not, that should not have made it to my vehicle, especially after such stressful and lengthy experience.After being a customer there for so long with absolutely no problem, I will not be returning after this experience .

Waited for like 3 hours then finally got my car back to see they left a puddle of grease on my floor mats along with smears of it all inside my car. Greasy handprints all over the outside of my car. And looks like they pried the cap off of my tire with a screwdriver and completely screwed it up. don’t go here.

Brought truck in to have ac looked at, explained to them relay for ac was bad but relay for running lights was good I wanted to use that relay. 2 hours later wife calls me to say the man told her I had a short somewhere cause compressor wouldnt come on, sure is funny I could make it come on. when I tried to talk to him he didnt want to talk. Said he would call me back. 15 min later wife called said they gave her the truck back nothing they could do but man was still suppose to call me. Still have not heard from him. He said he checked both relays and they where both good, which is a lie. I know one was bad. Think this place should hire a new ac man that know what hes doing and stick to ac work and leave the elect work to someone that know about it cause he sure dont. Will never use this place again and will spread the word too.

Modica Bothers needs to train their guys on how to do a oil change. Ended up spending 6 hours fighting a oil filter because they over tightened it.

This is about just a phone call. 11:00am Wednesday 08/14/2019. The lady that answered the phone was rude, short. Need to learn customer service, or dont call. I love the guys here all sweet and the ladies. Face to face.

Has good slogans and hard to get in cause they stay busy.Must be very good at servicing vehicles.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, no issues with the service so far after many years. Some say the wait is long but it is because of so many customers. Orange could use more parking space because of this.

Great people. I called several shops and Modica had the best prices, talked to numerous locals and several deputies and they all spoke highly of them. They installed new tires and did great work on my truck with no up sale, just straight forward work.

Went to Monica Brothers in Orange Texas to get for 31 1050 10 ply tires the Tire Guy lied sold me the wrong tires that were C rated tires 6 ply tires when I went to exchange them got an attitude with me after he knowingly sold me the wrong tire and then sent me to the store in Beaumont Texas to exchange them four tires that were supposed to be 10 Plies and were not ended up having to buy wheels and tires and then was dealt with rudely from that point on because they lied to me first

While I love to support locally owned businesses, they simply cant compete on price with Discount Tire. Ill also never understand why store managers allow their customer facing employees to have their cell phones on them (the girl this weekend was literaly watching a movie while the store was full of people coming in asking questions).

Screwed me on brake job. Paid for brake job front and rear but still have old brake pads on rear. Contacted store after response from owner they wanted to charge me over one hundred dollars to put rear brake pads on .I paid for front and rear brake job first time not going to get screwed twice .👎

Waited for 2 hrs after was told before i went that they werent very busy. 30 minutes later all bays full. Had to finally ask when my turn was to finally get service. And not talking fixing a flat a full brake job. Better have alot of free time on your hands if you are foing there
