I come here for all my gm and Chevy needs. Great staff. Pull a number and wait bases. They got those hard to find little pain in the butt parts for anything Chevy classic project.

Great customer service, do your self a favor and write down your part# and maybe a small description of your item. It makes it so much easier for anyone placing and pulling your order. Yah they might have a part your looking for and for a good price, but the customer service is very bad. I mean dont bother dealing with them bad. Ordering parts online is a joke along with outdated phone system. everything is done over the counter, even returns. You need to wait and wait and wait, then wait some more. For your sanity. go some where else you will be glad you did.

Called to order parts, lady that answered said she could only look up 2 parts, company policy, I dont need to drive that far to find out that the parts I need arent in stock. I asked if I can order them and pick up next day, it was a no. Not too friendly

I had to wait 3 1/2 hours but I got the part I needed and the counter people were friendly and helpful. Maybe more of them would help .

Great spot to find all the parts you need for your classic cars, staff knowledgeable and get you in and out as quick as possible, if you havent been here recently during covid then dont forget to go in and get your number then have to wait outside until they call you.

Great selection of parts but the customer service needs improvement and an over haul...one staff member was rushing customers and frustrated that he had customers it seemed. What did u need, hurry up, get a number wait outside etc. Basically raising his voice. There is a right and wrong way to speak to buying customers.

Do not waste time coming to pick up parts. You wait all day to get a part. Even though you call and confirm stock and when you get there they make you wait 5 hours and then they take 30 minutes to come back and say it is our of stock. They dont allow you to pay to have it held for Will call (even if you insist). This company needs to get their process together before they can sell to the public

This place is well stocked but they need more employees. Have to take a number, wait in your carWe waited over an hour and another hour inside.

It took approx. 20 minutes before my number was called. I was impressed.What helped was a lack of customer because it was the day before Christmas. Still ended spending $450.00. Not bad Roy at Tri5Classics. Merry Christmas all.

Order a 5.00 part and they charge a 6.00 for shipping and handle that wasnt on order sheet be aware of this they dont let you know until you get part and invoice in. WILL NEVER ORDER FORM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!. I would gave them a big 0 but I couldnt. Very disappointed.

Trying to get someone on the phone to help with questions/inquires comes with a loooong wait for help. Lots of room for improvement in this department. Im hoping they can rectify this known problem.

I had the worst experience with one of the salesman. With every question I had he had a sarcastic answer and a Demising character. I have not ever had an experience like that here in over 15 years. But to end it on a good note, the manager helped me by having another employee help me with my purchase.

I bought a inner grill for my 71 k5 blazer, installed and broke within 2 months without even moving this restoration k5. I called and explained the situation they said they couldn’t do anything about it because i had ordered months prior, so I guess inner grills only last a few months.

I came here after Toyota was trying to charge me 200$ for a side view mirror replacement ( just the labor!). I brought my part to Nick here who charged a much reasonable price of 50$. He immediately brought it in shop and was finished within 15 minutes. He was super nice, reliable and trustworthy. My mirror looks like new! Definitely recommend this shop, I will be returning for any additional car work.

I placed an order for a radiator and shipping times were too long. They told me to show up and wait in line if I wanted it sooner. I did exactly that and waited for 3 hours for them to tell me they were out of stock. They apologized but 3 hours plus 2 hour commute doesn’t work

Really sad you place an order for your husbands birthday, of course shipping cant be figured out on their website, so they call 3 days later after i submit the order and tell me shipping is 45. I agree and then figure after my card is charged they will send it.. Nope!!! 4 days later they call again, oh I am sorry shipping isnt 45 its 170??? like who gets it wrong that much.. that is a huge difference and now I have nothing for my husband. This is awful customer service and they didnt offer to work with me since they messed up they where just OK we will cancel it.. So ignorant! thanks a lot

Horrible. They sell you the wrong parts all day long. Nobody knows what they are doing there. Totally disorganized. Return process is a pain charging you restocking fees. They can’t even tell you if something is in stock before driving there and waiting for hours outside. F- this place there are much better vendors out there that know what they are doing.

Almost always busy, a very small parking lot. Compared to the competition not very friendly service, they act like theyre doing you some big favor. Letting you spend your money there. Telephone inventory is not always accurate. I gave them 2 Stars instead of 1 because they do have a big inventory. & comparable prices.

The person running the eBay and online department is very rude. Ordered a part on eBay just checking if I could pick it up he said no you can come down here and wait in line for four hours because of Covid and pay for it separately or you can wait for me to ship it. And that wasn’t enough for him he had to also delay the shipment by printing out the label and not sending it to the post office for a day or two, you know, just because I said I needed it ASAP!

Online services not great! I was told twice I would get a call back and never did. I ordered 1,100.00 worth of parts including a instrument bezel once I received order theres was no bezel. I called back and she said it was discontinued so I ordered a different style. Why wouldnt they tell me this from the start? Also door panels are advertised for 239.00 and it was 339.00 on invoice. Wouldnt that make it false advertising? Thats what the catalog said. Its been a day since I ordered bezel and I havent received email invoice, I have a feeling she forgot my order. If this is a case I want to speak to a manager. Online services needs help.

Never got a phone call after my order telling me how much shipping costs were. I tried calling them to verify that they received my order, listening to music and recording for 17 minutes. Two weeks later, called and finally got through. Young lady was so rude and told me order was shipped and that someone from their office contacted me to let me know the shipping costs. I was never contacted. Will not be using their business again.

Although my relationship with this company got off to a rocky start because they would not honor the 10% online deal on that day, I truly can not fault them on their expertise, knowledge and fully stocked inventory. I spent $2600 on various parts, they shipped promptly overnight and they had every product I needed three times in a row. That in my eyes as an owner of a few dotcoms, is worth gold and five stars and a huge THANK YOU to this Chevy team.

Let me begin by saying that Ive avoided going to this store because of all the less than positive reviews theyve received, but yesterday I needed a set of bumper brackets and simply didnt want to wait a week for them to come via mail order.So heres my experience; It started with a phone call where I was immediately placed on hold only to hear no less that a half a dozen recordings assuring me that my call was important to them. After waiting for >10 minutes I gave up. Not a good start...About this time a buddy dropped by and we decided to go to lunch - all that waiting on hold had made me hungry - and since the store is only a few miles away we decided to stop in and take our chances. We were there for no more than 5 minutes before our number was called and the fellow who assisted us was very professional.Based on my in-store experience Im going to speculate that theyve taken their poor reviews to heart and have been working on improving their service. However, because of my call to them and the interminable amount of time on hold I can only give them a 3.5. Please keep in mind that a recording telling us that your business is Important to us falls flat when its not supported by actions that would prove it.One additional positive because I dont like to end a review with a negative unless the service was just horrendous, as it clearly was not; their prices are very competitive, in fact I had priced the brackets I purchased today on one of the larger on-line providers websites and the in-store price here was lower! not by much, but it was lower and I didnt have to pay for shipping.So Ill be returning to buy more stuff for my never-ending project and would humbly suggest that if you have been avoiding the place like I was then perhaps you should go and give them a shot. If it turns out badly, by all means give them the review they deserve.

They should open the shop earlier on the weekend so you dont spend too much of your weekend time there, also they should ask customers to have the list of items needed so the line moves quicker, also they should have one person assigned for phone orders.

Stopped by the car shop today to pick up a few odds and ends. This place isnt as flashy as it once was but thats understandable with the declining classic car market. They always have the parts I need in stock and they do carry the better quality brands. As a car guy I appreciate shops like this that carry the parts we need for our projects

The operator (phone orders) was rude. I called to order 1200.00 worth of parts. I was unable to hear the operator because she was either talking to softly or was not talking into the phone correctly i dont know. I addressed the situation and she was very rude i continued to place my order. She didnt apologize for her voice being low nor did she attempt to change. JUST A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. THERES NO NEED FOR THAT. IF YOURE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR JOB QUIT. DONT BE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS.
