Very few employees. Needed a vanity from the overhead racking. After asking 5 people for help a very nice young man got the vanity down for us. He apologized for the other employees poor service. This was our third trip to the depot today.
Home Depot is great, yes I get lost every visit. Yes it’s a daunting place. Yes you can pick up a whole lot of home improvement products, yes it can be cheaper if I go somewhere else (not all the time)It’s convenient, I get to see what I’m buying as home improvement is a very daunting process and buying the right product can give a very different end result. That’s before you bring in the part time contractor as I love doing the jobs around the house, only if I’m familiar if beyond my scope I get someone else.Only thing I don’t like with this location is the multiple people selling it asking for something in the parking lot, one gentleman was not best pleased with my NO THANK YOU.Other than that just like B&Q back home just prices are in $ and not £.
This is my go to Home Depot location. It seems to do more contractor business than some others so weekends and evenings are pretty chill. I love this garden center. They sometimes have marked down plants that are still in great shape.
Its Home Depot. Ive had great survive on most all occasions and had a rare occasion were the re was no one that came for help for minutes on end. While I am not overly sensitive to it waiting for a service member is irritating. Of we are making comparisons other big box supply stores have better service. But the fact that this Home Depot is so close makes this one my go to.
I asked for help to an older guy named Sal and he seemed annoyed that I even asked the question. I asked about a light switch because I wanted to make sure I got the right one and he was rude. He seems miserable working there. I was then helped by a young girl in the appliance department and was so nice and friendly. I think her name was Brianna. She gets a 5. The cashier Andrew helped me at register and he also seemed friendly but thanks to that bitter old guy Im giving a 1 star. Hire mire young people since theyre the ones who seem more welcoming and happy to help the customers with questions.
Always have a positive experience with this store. The employees are top notch from the front of the store to the back. Always have what I need and suggestions offered when asked.Love them all.

Extremely kind staff. When I had a hard time finding something they were very patient and helpful as well. Great variety of products and clean aisles. Parking is very easy and spacious with a pick-up section too.
Went in for some TOMATO 🍅 GAGES, ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT one was a different color and was a dollar more! Same in every other way. But service was friendly and helpful. There is a discount available for VETERANS.
My wife and I are moving to a new home. Luis, the sales associate in appliances was a true professional. We appreciated his customer service and patience he had while we made our selection. We had an excellent shopping experience for such a large commitment.
They have most everything you need for home improvement. Prices are high because of the supply chain issues.
I think all home depots are most awesome, it doesnt matter where you go, Anaheim, placenta, palm desert, vegas,Bakersfield, etc... Ive been to several of them and its always the same, super organized!!! One of my favorite stores in the world...

Ive been to this store a few times and the staff is exceptional. My most recent visit was to find a set of door locks for a specific application, but I was having a hard time finding what was compatible and kind of stressed out. An employee named Ryan happened to walk by and saw that I needed help. The guy was really a lock expert. He explained the types of locks, standards, etc. and helped me sort out the compatibility issue I was having. We narrowed down the giant selection to the perfect one I needed. It installed perfect and I am really appreciative of his help. Kudos to Ryan!
On May 26th I went in to buy a new Traeger grill, 999.99. They had a sign that said free delivery, then they tried telling me no free delivery. I said there are three signs over there that say free delivery. Once we got that cleared up, they couldnt deliver before the holiday. Fine Ill pick it up on friday. Then to get the 50 dollars off the bill it has to be on a home depot card. So I applied, I was only given 500 in credit. the cashier ( Laura) said I cant give you the discount because the whole amount has to be on a home depot card. Another piss me off moment. I am picking up the grill and I asked for some help loading the grill. she said someone should be out in the parking lot, ask him. No one is to be found, another customer helped me load the grill that cost me 1049.49 after taxes. Screw you Home Depot.

This store always seems to have what I need & even things I want but dont need. They do have a vermin problem though so just be advised. Other than that they would get 5 stars.
Dont go in there looking for help..You wont find anyone
Went to look at washer and dryers and customer service at the time was good. Found some good options to choose from. Decided on a set and they up sold us on some add ons. Warranties, Delivery, Installation along with some small parts needed (hoses, connections ect). Come delivery day the deliver driver shows up. Seams from a company they contract out for the delivery and installation called Temco Logistics. Short version of this part is he says they loaded him up with the wrong Washer/Dryer and he cant install it. If I want he can deliver it but not install it as its not what was ordered and doest fit. Or I can refuse delivery and call to set up deliver with the correct washer/dryer. Answer seams obvious as why would I accepted delivery of something I didnt purchase and not compatible. I go into Home Depot next day to set up redelivery and they unaware of the issue. They explain that Temco is closed on Tuesdays and there is nothing they can do until they speak with them. To return tomorrow, and once they sort it out I can decided if I want a refund or if I want to set up redelivery.... Next day they call me to inform me that the order has been cancelled (by Temco I presume) and that they CAN NOT set up redelivery. I ask what are my options and they proceed to explain I can purchase another set, which would inturn allow Temco to deliver as its completely new order. Because its a new order and new buy. And.... If I want I can go into the store and request a refund on ones not delivered. Implying I also have the option of not requesting a refund and just paying for them while never receiving them. Frustrated I elected to go in an request a refund. Aslo elected not to buy the again and litteraly risk the exact same situation with no recorse. Went in to Customer Service Line to request a refund. They I needed to go over to Appliances across the store. Found someone in Appliances. (Same person I spoke to on the phone earlier). They informed I need to go to Customer Service. I explained to them I just came from Customer Service and they sent me here. She said no, thats incorrect. Go back to Customer Service. So I waited in line at Customer Service again... Told them I was sent by Appliances because I want a refund and they said I needed to return back to Appliances. Returned back to Appliances again.. Im like do you really want me to go to Customer service again? They finally picked up the phone and talked, called someone else over, clicky clack on the computer. I waited around for a bit.... About 5-10min later Im told I need to go to Customer Service again but that they would walk over there with me. That would have been helpful the first couple times..get to Customer Service again and then they begin to process my refund. Asked me ito insert my card but I see its not the same amount as my purchase. Looks like they left off the taxes or something. I point this out and they shrug... . They have to go back to another register and do it over again. Eventually the refund total is correct and ready for processing. I say Thank you and thier response was Yeah. I understand thier frustration and annoyance. Seams to be more of a rare event and system flaw than bad customer service. But as a customer having to go in 3 times to eventually receive nothing and having to otp into asking for a refund which required going back and forth in the store. My frustration outweighs thier annoyance to figure out how to help me in accordance with thier jobs.
Im always amazed at how smoothly everything just flows for how busy they always seem to be. Business as usual

The employees at this location seem to take pride in ownership. And almost every single one is always willing to give assistance in anyway they can. Or call for backup, someone who more experienced in that particular department. Im glad to say I shop there. Willing to recommend? I would. Maybe because my Uncle Glenn Genoway was there when they finished building that location and was manager of the plumbing department. He is a champ and a example of every retail position, and how to be in a retail atmosphere. So hopefully my Uncle Glenn has set a standard for that location and is built to last. Sounds good to me. Maybe see yall there someday.

Love The Home Depot, the houseplants are healthy, big selection, found a little pot of string of turtles, nursery has a huge selection of plants, shrubs and trees, The Home Depot has everything you need to do any home improvement projects, plus friendly, knowledgeable associates to answer any questions you might have, come on down to The Home Depot, you wont be disappointed 😀

Terrible customer service! Lack of follow up from the store manager, Nicole. I purchased a gift card that ended up getting flagged a potential fraud, I contacted customer support and they asked me to go back to the store so that they can verify the information. Nicole took my information down and has not once called back to provide status, Ive followed up every other day and still no word. The excuse is that she is waiting on her LP, Connor to review the cameras. To-date I have not heard back from anyone at this store.

There are 2 Home Depots in Orange and I like this one on Katella better. The layout and atmosphere are better, the staff are nicer, and um usually always able to find what I need. The only thing kind of off about this place is the weird parking lot entrance lanes. An usually sharp right turn is required when you enter in from Katella and you want to go right instead of left or straight.
Uuuuuuugh ! This world wide pandemic only highlights this chains lack of consumer importance. They could learn a lot by remembering that they were a customer with questions and projects.Sad management
This Home Depot has pretty much everything for your project. The personnel has always been professional and attentive. I do like that store, they get you out of there in no time. Thank you of you for your hard work.

I ordered something for curbside pick up. I went to this location and sent two separate messages that I was sitting outside waiting. After 20 minutes I called the store and was quickly connected to the right person who brought my order out to me immediately. She was very pleasant. I would suggest calling the store in addition to texting to pick up any items curbside.

Great option and quality but the staff can be rather hit or miss. But it is set up in such a way if you come there regularly and do a iota of Googling you will be right at home. Home depot.

Good spot to shop
Entering the store I did not see any customer service staff. But once I was 30-40 feet inside I started to see some, they even asked if they could help. It turned out that the chain link stuff was diagonally across the store near the restrooms. Imagine me aimlessly wandering in the store not availing myself of the customer service staff.I took off a point because there wasnt a store directory at the entrance. They should put one at the exit also.

Bought a picnic table from this store and paid $79 dollars to have it delivered. When the delivery driver came he said he would not move it to my back yard but only leave it on the side walk!!!! Told him to take it back. Went back to Home Depot to cancel the whole order but they did not want to refund the $79 delivery charge. I made a fuss and they finally gave me my money back for the table and the delivery charge.Terrible way to do business. Should have told me they would not go beyond by sidewalk with the delivery. Reason I agreed to pay for delivery is I am too old to move it my self.Wont be going back to this store.

Shady spot, some of my tools got stolen from work truck while I was inside, just be careful, take a look inside and basically everything is fitted with a anti theft device, definitely not there fault but be careful none the less

Disappointed the item was not available as indicated on their website. Was able to pick up one at HD in Long Beach-18 miles away!
