Great customer service! Especially from Jason! He knew the answer to just about every question we asked about our TV purchase. If he didn’t know, it’s only because it was a question for our electrician and beyond his scope. We feel very confident with our decision based off of his knowledge. Great job! Also, the open box options are throughout the store! I underestimated Best Buy. I will definitely be going back!

Placed a curbside pickup order for a product at this location, the location was switched without anyone notifying me. I arrived and there wasn’t even a curbside option, so I had to go in and find out the thing I needed was in Fullerton. It was very difficult to get help with this, I was told to just go look for it on the shelves. Otherwise I’d have to drive 20 more minutes out of my way. Eventually an employee named Paul helped me out. 5 stars for Paul! One star for this location. I won’t be coming here again. Best Buy made my day more stressful and didn’t fulfill my order. Not a happy customer :(

I love how easy it is shopping with Best Buy. I make my purchases online and pick them up in the store. Or maybe do curbside pickup?? Either way, where else are you going to find everything from household appliances to high end mobile phones to mirror-less cameras etc all under one roof?? You wont, youll go to Best Buy.

Theres nothing special about my recent visit to best buy, or any visit at all. Its a pretty neutral place if you need basic tech stuff. The staff can be quick to help or too busy to attend your questions, however its understandable.

The business should be renamed Worst Buy. They sold me on a Chrome Laptop which was just a glorified Google browser. The Microsoft Office programs Excel and Word could not load existing files. The HP Chrome was returned. Got a Dell Windows and the Microsoft Office suite but Office would not download as the original was redeemed. After several trips I returned the Dell. The store manager refused to refund the Microsoft Office charge. I have nothing to show for several trips and they have charged me for Microsoft Office that I dont have. In my opinion, the manager should be fired.

This rating is more for the service than the prices or selection. On this particular occasion, I was in a hurry and needed a specific item that was hard to find. The employees knew exactly where it was, even though it was the only one left in the store. They saved me a lot of time, and I was grateful for the good service.

This store was fine and employees are helpful.My complaint is about how I feel cheated spending $4k plus on a 75 sony 4k led TV with insurance. Being told anything happens the insurance will cover it. Turns out the insurance will not repair tv over 55 and you cant bring it into the store for inspection either. They have to come out to youre home.

I picked up my new laptop here during the COVID-19 pandemic. Best Buy is still operating the curbside pickup. I firstly ordered the product online, schedule the pickup. Then I drove the the store, stop by the front door. The employee of bestbuy check my ID then grab my order, put it into my car through the rear window. We have no contact during the whole process.

Paul helped me find the items I was after. Helped price match (with a managers help). He juggled questions from both myself and other customers with a smile on under his mask. He never lost his cool. Every question, customer, and service he provided made you feel like he was happy to serve. In my opinion Paul needs a promotion and a raise its clear he knows what he is doing. And when I come back, Ill look for him to help again unless some other business steals him away.

The store was VACANT, So I dunno whats up with this place. Seems like folks might be avoiding it for a reason. Go to Tustin store.

Wait time was way to long! Going in que was ridiculous. There was no one in the store. There were just employees. We got in the store at 10:07am. And left the store at 11:35am. And we knew what we wanted we just needed an employee to get it for us.....bestbuy needs to forget the que program..

Typical best buy. Ordered a few items from here pre and post covid and always a good experienceToday I went with my girlfriend to get a hoverboard that Ill likely have to return tomorrow since its charged but we cant seem to get it to work. There was an item that was on clearance, but was sold out... Kind of weird to even have a clearance sign if youre sold out??Just a thought.No line when we came in. Got what we needed. Got offered assistance. Everything youd like when you go out shopping 👍

I do the Gardening Maintanance there. And we try to keep it clean and all the bushes well trim and looking green. If your ever there say Hello. And of the Store. Its always awesome coz they got good variety of electronics. Great Store. They live up to their name. The employees there are Courteous.

The store has most of the products that I want online and can price match. Thats all I really need to ask for. On top of that, the employees that work there mostly know what theyre talking about and are always willing to just chill out with you and talk or follow you around the store to help you out with whatever you need. My last trip I came in for a new pocket speaker and one of the employees helped me look up all the differences between the new and old versions of the JBL clip 3-4. They dont need to, but sometimes they go the extra mile and its appreciated 👍

Everyone I spoke to was helpful, but the guy I spoke to in the online order pickup area didnt really seem like he wanted to be there at all. He wasnt rude or anything, but he wasnt exactly friendly, and seemed a little annoyed that I talked to him. Otherwise, the person I spoke to at the entrance was awesome, and everyone took care of me and answered my questions.

In late April, I bought a mini freezer for my dogs food. When I went to pick it up, I realized I misjudged the size of the freezer and it would not fit in my car. The rep inside the store was very helpful and worked with me to place a new order for the same freezer but with a delivery option of $69.99. The freezer that arrived at my location was larger than my husband wanted, so I worked with BestBuy to return the freezer and get a refund. While I was refunded for the price of the freezer, I was never refunded for the delivery fee, which a representative on the phone (in the appliance section) verified several times I would be receiving. I called BestBuy (was on the phone for an hour and a half. 30 minutes into the call, someone picked up and hung up on me, and so I had to wait another 30 min. before being able to speak with someone...who then transferred me to a different department. This happened 3 times before someone was actually able to help me) and spoke with a woman named Joy who arranged for a refund to go out BY CHECK because they claimed the period in which they could refund the amount to my card had passed, and the could only provide me the refund by PHYSICALLY MAILING OUT A CHECK. Ridiculous. It has now been 2 months and I was not refunded for the delivery fee. The only way I can request BestBuy to refund me the money they effectively STOLE from me is by calling them, requesting the appliance department, and then giving them the case# they provided. Then I would need to wait about 10-15 business days for the check to actually arrive. Absolutely pathetic. There is no email address I can reach out to, and I am not at all happy about potentially needing to be on hold for 30 min. to 1 hour just to request the refund I am rightfully owed and should have received two months ago. Get it right the first time.TL;DR: Dont shop at BestBuy if you are making a purchase you are unsure about keeping. Getting your refund will NOT happen, no matter how much their representative assure you it will.

Srore very uncrowded. Lots of easy parking.. Handi capped spots especially. Upon entry was promptly greeted by staff member asking how they could help...thx Heavens! Products thought i wanted was wrong in so many ways. Staff was able 2 glean the parts needed by waiting geeksquad colleague @ house.all in under 5 minutes.Then @ checkout line when it just looked slow...the store immediately inserted 2 additional staff members. Also they saved great deal of $ due 2 their expertise. Highly recommend 🤙

While I had a very good shopping experience in the store with my associate Angel in February 2020 this year during the president day promotion . I went for the LG 3 appliances combo and I was told that I would receive a microwave oven prices at $179.99 for free . As the measurement did not fit into my kitchen I asked to be exchange for lower value free microwave and it couldn’t as that the only free option available .I choose to just take it and give it away go family and ended up getting another microwave that fits into my kitchen .They have mTo my surprise, 8 months later in October I happen to run into my purchase receipt on email while cleaning up my inbox and realized that my credit card was charged the full price of the microwave $179.99 + tax .I contact customer service and was told as it is been more then 6 months, there is nothing they can do to give me a refund even though I was incorrectly charged for something that I didn’t buy .This is simply not right, this is fraud and they do not want to correct it .

Wow! This was the worst experience EVER! Went there for a refrigerator. No discount, no credit card nothing special, just ask to have a the refrigerator delivered asap. WEe paid right away. The best they could do: 1 week later you know because of Covid & availability. The day of the delivery EVERYTHING went wrong. Employees so arrogant, so mean. 4 Days later and still waiting from them to have back a phone call to re-scheduled an appointment (now we are talking of 2 weeks wainting). Went to the store, cancel everything, ask for reimbursement. Went to Lowes. Choose the refrigerator. Order it online. I couldve have it the next day if I couldve take off from work. The came on Saturday (2 days after my purchase) install it. I call the day before (friday night) and they answered me within 10 min waiting. BEST BUY COULD really learn from other companies but wont because they already have their own reputation. Unfortunately

Im getting really frustrated with ordering gift cards online from Best Buy. I originally ordered my Starbucks giftcard to be picked up at a location in Riverside...over two hours later it still hadnt alerted me to pick it up. So, I changed the location closer to home (East Orange) and it took, what seemed like forever, over 15 minutes for them to finally bring it out, when it wasnt even busy. Maybe I was just tired and thirsty, but damn!

Tried the curbside pick up and it was a success. We parked in a numbered spot and someone brought our package out. Pretty cool and innovative approach to curbside pick up. The employee was professional and courteous. LOVE our new JBL speaker that we use when we skate, beach, or lounge 🎵

Scheduled for them to install my stereo in my car, had all the parts to do it but they canceled it after I took the day off and drove 30 miles to make my appointment.Tech said that it was a 2+ hour job though I have had the same stereo installed in my other car (same model) took 40 minutes.Not cool best buy

Most Best Buy are pretty much the same. It is the staff that counts. The staff here was very nice and very helpful. I did speak with the manager of the store and he was very helpful and Very knowledgeable about his store. I was looking at the phones and The manager came and introduced him self. Is very polite and helpful. I will go back to this Best Buy even though I dont live over there. I just happened to go to that particular Best Buy that day.
