DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! got a “new” brake system installed in July and paid almost $900 for it, took it back a few days later because it was still making a noise and they told me that it was fine. Took it to someone else to look at it today because they noise kept getting worse and come to find out that they didn’t even change the rotors even though they charged me $144 for them. Also all that work would not cost you all that in other places.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I went here to get a oil change and diagnostic because my A/C was not properly working. I was told it was my condenser and compressor as well as needing freon. I wanted to get a second opinion and Im so glad I did. Firestone was not putting the right levels of Freon for my A/C. My compressor and condenser are fine! They were trying to charge me 1,300.00 to fix the so called issues. They really tried to get over on me and its sad that the establishment doesnt have honest mechanics.

Drove to coggin gmc to have a tire fixed(large scew) and they turned me away despite having an hour left before they closed and a leaking tire. Drive to firestone and the service advisor up front was really nice gave my basic info and they fixed it very quickly, really nice crew too

Took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler to get an alignment. Was there at 1010. They pulled it out and said it was ready. Paid them and went out to the Jeep to leave. Backed out and my Ol Man me to wait. I straightened the wheel and you could visually see both front tires pointing outward like it was trying to turn in opposite directions. Talked to the guy at the desk and showed him. It was so bad he was in disbelief. He put it back on the alignment rack. Another guy redid the alignment. The numbers hardly changed, but visually it looked OK. My Ol man told me he was going to drive it. Got on the interstate and any speed over 60 the front-end shakes. Got off the interstate and then noticed it starting to shake at 40. After 3 hours of waiting my alignment still is messed up. 😪.

The wait was going to be too much, but the guy called ahead for me to go to their other shop and I got right in!! And they aired up my tire so I could make the 3 mile trip!! So appreciative, thank you so much!

Quite a distance for us to drive but hubby is die hard Firestone guy for car maintenance on tires, rotation, balance, oil changes. Nice people.

Worst customer service. Saw my car was done and in the parking lot yet I had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes while the team members decided to eat Chick-fil-A in the back office. So unprofessional. I finally spoke up asking if I can pay and leave and the guy comes out with his Chick-fil-A bag and says “oh yeah it’s been done” . Highly annoyed and won’t be returning or recommending to anyone.

Do NOT take your vehicle to this location. I went in to get two new tires (no problems there), and as usual they tried their you need this and that up-sell speech. I agreed to let them do an alignment, and they were WAY off. I immediately took my car back once I left and had to keep my steering wheel turned almost completely left to drive straight. They fixed the issue, and when bringing my key fob back the guy said its not going to be completely straight all the time because of the roads turns but there ya go all fixed. My car was completely fine before I let them mess with it. My steering wheel was able to be held straight and drive in a straight line at the same time. Now, it is still turned slightly left in order to drive straight. You couldnt pay me to let them touch my car again, and now Ive got to spend the money to let another business fix their mess.

While I am on a budget these guys are always looking out to help...while they will always make recommendations they do a great job prioritizing what needs to be done and how quickly. Love these guys!!!

If you care about your vehicle at all do not take your vehicle here! I took my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and received my car back with damage done to the driver side door. I informed the store manager that my door had been damaged by one of his employees. After a very brief inspection of my vehicle the manager claimed nothing in his shop could have done the damage done to my door “as if he was trained to say so” without any actual investigating. He never even tried to find the employee who worked on my car to ask them what happened are anything. Basically saying I had done the damage to my own vehicle! I found that very insulting...In addition to everything else I then had to go back in and find him to try and file a claim as he tried to avoid me by helping other customers and making me wait in line. When I finally got to asking him to file a claim he said that he had already done so. I then asked for him to print it off and he claimed it could not be printed!The only thing a manager or owner has at the end of the day is integrity. Its very hard to stay in business for the long run when you manage your business to avoid issues and accuse customers of damaging their own vehicles instead of accepting responsibility and showing the morals and integrity that keeps people coming back. Accidents happen but this lack of integrity comes back to haunt the owners, managers and everyone that works there eventually.Bad Karma... they will insult and basically accuse their customers of lying.Shameful!

Shady! Stay away!!The dealership found 2 of the 4 new tires were bad. Sent me back to Firestone to fix the problem. The guy comes out and say, youre all good to go. Wait! The dealership said 2 tires were bad. Then he tried to only replace one...finally, after I pushed more, they replaced both the bad ones.The point, instead of doing what was right, I had to fight to get what was right. That is never the place I want to gove my business to.Just know, if they do not have to fix it for free or do what is right, they wont. You have been warned.

I took my pickup truck in for service when I was about to leave I noticed that my hood latch release handle had been damaged and was broken. When I informed the service person that they broke my hood release I was told that they didn’t brake it. The service person refused to acknowledge that the damage occurred in their care. If you care about your vehicle Don’t do any business at this location.

Not one to normally give such a low review, however, called and made an appointment for 9 am, said it was imperative to have my vehicle back by 10. Sure, no problem they say, I was having an oil change, and I also purchased the lifetime alignment, so yeah let me get get that too. I got tied up and went to pick up my vehicle at almost 12:30 and guess what it was still waiting for the alignment to be done, obviously I didnt get the alignment, not sure why you pay for the lifetime alignment when they just dont do it. Beyond aggravating. Its super unfortunate that this isnt the first time a visit there turned into a several hour event, when it should have only taken n hour.

I was very disappointed. I wasnt made aware of certain stipulations when I paid for the service. Ask many questions about the warranty before you pay for the service.

Went in for a tire rotation and balance. Charged me full price for it. Drove off to find out my lug nuts were missing and my rear tire almost fell off! Had it towed to Firestone and manager tried to feed us a line that “oh we never took the back tires off to rotate because they were cupping” Then why did you charge me full price!! I checked the other tires and another tire was loose too!! Horrible shady place, will NEVER go there again.

Mark and the crew are nothing less than awesome. They have always been upfront and truthful.When we first moved to the area my wife stopped at a different service center. They not only skipped over her, but they performed an a/c repair that was never repaired correctly. My wife was extremely upset and did not want to deal with them anymore, so I started searching for service centers. Thats when we first came to Firestone.They performed an a/c diagnosis and found the other company hadnt put the proper Freon level in. They fixed it good as new. Not only that, but instead of charging us to replace the a/c cab filter they told me what I needed to do to repair it myself.On another occasion, my wife got a flat on her way to work. The tire was changed out for the spare so she could get to work. After work she went straight to Firestone and explained what happened and wanted to buy a new tire (the spare was old). While she was waiting for the new tire to be put on, the tech came in and told her there was nothing wrong with the tire that it only needed a new valve stem. So, instead of taking advantage and making way more money, they were honest and sold us only what we really needed.I dont know if they are a little more pricey than others, but Ill pay it to know Im being treated right and with honesty and integrity.

Nice staff and good service

Balanced and rotated a co-workers tires and his rear tire fell off. They never tightened the lug nuts. The manager then stated they never removed the rear tires.... during a tire rotation. This is the most despicable excuse I’ve ever heard. Could have killed someone and could possibly happen to you! Stay away!!!!

I’ve been very unhappy with the services of firestone after repeatedly having to take my vehicle back to firestone due to faulty work on previous warranted service to know avail, with each visit I found myself paying more and more money for something they found associated with the same repair even though it’s warrantied, they look at it as a separate repair and each repair still doesn’t get properly fixed.Recently I had my bearings and axle replaced for the third time, took it back with complaints of vibrations just to be told oh it’s probably just the tires.the vibrations got worse a week later “go figure”. Disgusted with Firestone’s service, I wound up taking it to a totally different shop whom found that the left caliper bracket bolt was missing and the second bolt was loose...this could have been soo bad.I want my money back Firestone!!

Normally i am satisfied with my service. But this time apparently. The last technician over tightened. My oil drain plug, so this time it was stripped by the training tech. The Tech in charge told me to call next oil change and they will give me a new drain plug. That was after waiting for an almost two hrs because everyone went to lunch but the trainee and the other tech.

This Firestone garage has maintained my vehicles for more than 10 years. Recently, they outfitted my 1973 Porsche 911S with new tires. This is not an easy task for an early 911. It has period rims with some odd quirks that modern parts (valve stems, in particular) are no longer designed specifically to address. These professionals did the research and found a way to get the car outfitted safely with the new tires, providing me a safe alternative that probably saved me $600 in permanent modifications to the original equipment. Thank you!!

Took my car for an oil change and was driving home and smelled burnt oil and oil spilled all around engine and was smoking after hood was lifted and took back immediately to have the oil cleaned up and wiped down. Was told they did spill some oil and I said well I still see some on the engine and they took it back to wipe the rest of it down ... very short staffed in front area ..

Poor customer service, refused to accept responsibility for a mistake that could have taken a life. Please go somewhere else that cares.

I needed a diagnostic ran on my car so I called & s/w Mark, who is the coolest man on the planet because he didn’t charge me a DIME. He was so kind to me & he even fixed my check engine light that’s been on for awhile. This is the only place ill go to have my car serviced. Thank you Mark & staff!!

Called yesterday to bring the car today. They informed me is 9.99 to check the car today is 49.99. I asked about how much it can be a air condition compressor and the guy said dont know maybe 500 to 800 I will have to check. REALLY CAN YOU JUST LOOK 500 TO 800 is not easy for everybody be nicer.

Quick service!!! The staff is very friendly! I received a call after their new alignment lift was finished being installed. I went in for an alignment the next day and was done in less than 30 minutes.

Mark, the manager, and the mechanic resolved my issue so quickly. I totally trust this location to review my car problems and give me their professional opinion on how to resolve the issue. I have been to this location many times and never had a problem or felt their decision or pricing was too high or wrong.

Inspected my car and said all was clear but 3 days later we discovered my break pads were so worn they were scraping the rotors. I guess I shouldnt have taken a free inspection after a tire purchase so seriously, but I trusted them. If they had mentioned the breaks I probably would have bought them from them. It was a busy Saturday and the rain broke their front window while my car was being serviced so I know a lot was going on. If thats the case just say we didnt inspect it. Dont lie to me and give me a false sense of security about the safety of my vehicle.

This place is the worst place ever to call themselves a place to take your car to be fixed. The mechanic told me he had no idea what a part did when he removed it from the car. He said that every car hesitates when it starts. He said that a car could run fine without the main relay fuse which is true accept nothing else in the car will function. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything.

The gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful . He didnt make me feel like I was being sold the whole store like most places do.

Manager is very nice but it is always a little busy. Maybe a good thing really.

AWFUL NEVER AGAIN. My car had 2 damaged tires with 20,000 miles on them. Took my Honda Odyssey for balance and alignment told them my car was shaking they said it was the passenger axle, they didnt notice tires damaged put them in front,I drove six hours car felt it was going to fall apart, worst nightmare with my kids. Went back to the store, they argued I decide to leave went to Tire Discount didnt say a word just ask to check my tires. Both front tires damaged they did the claim got a great deal NO MORE SHAKING. NO CARE FOR SAFETY.

A couple years ago, both me and some other family members took vehicles here for service. 5 different cars in total for tires, oil change, and other basic services. ALL 5 vehicles left the shop with radiator issues that they didnt have previously. Very questionable 5 cars with the same problems After leaving the shop! when one of my family had to take their car back and get it fixed. Well $1500.00 and 3 visits later they finally fixed the problem.5 cars all left with the SAME PROBLEMS. Very fishy....Very, Very fishy to me. Never been back, never will go back!!!They were suppose to top off the fluids with an oil change. With a 10 minutes drive home afterwards, the radiator should not be empty. That kind of leak should be noticeable when they top off the fluids

Been going here for 3 years. Was great up until last time. Went in for a routine balance and rotation. Well now my car drives worse.To top it off, the service guy who rings you up looked up my cell phone number and started texting me from his personal cell phone, not business related. Horrible customer service! Came in and stood in front of guy behind the counter for 5 minutes. He was on the phone with what appeared to be a personal phone call and did not even acknowledge me. What confirmed it being a personal call was when I heard him talk about someone being gay and laughed about it. Another guy came through the door and immediately said, can I help you.
