The automotive center was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. They had my car in and out relatively fast. The manager introduced me to the tech who worked on my car to explain an issue I had with my car. MAC was extremely nice and explained the situation perfectly. That manager runs a great crew. Highly recommend having your car serviced there.

The guy who helped me was very polite & attentive, he pointed out some things on my car I didn’t notice. However, I wasted my morning because they couldn’t service me due to my tire size. Which is odd because most people’s tires are somewhat bigger in the back. Anyways, they told me to get more tires or I could go somewhere else which is also odd because if I could get serviced from somewhere else why can’t you do the same ... I called multiple places before I even bought the tires & they told me it’s fine to have bigger tires in the back. Idk it was just a little weird to me.

I had my car serviced a few weeks ago and I must say that I have NEVER experienced the outstanding customer service anywhere else. The manager, Lisa, was very understanding, knowledgeable, and polite. She was truly concerned about my safety while driving my car. Also, I must add that Mac, the head technician, took time out (when he was VERY busy) to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. My safety was their top concern!! I will continue to go to the Sears Auto Center in Orange Park and I will recommend my friends to go there as well! Thank you so much!!!

Did not enjoy my experience today and Ive been coming here for the past few years.Got two tires here in May with an alignment. July came I get an oil change and Roberta tells me I need an alignment. I explain that I just got an alignment. She checks the computer and says, yes you did and its still under warranty so well take care of it. Here we are today, October, I go in for an oil change and I get the whole spill of your alignment is out of wack. I ask how, when I got one in May, then again in July, and here we are 3 months later I need another one. Robertas words are, well we wont know for sure until my tech puts it on the machine, but he said the front is loose. Now by this time my warranty has expired. I asked, Roberta who signs off insuring work has been done and completed correctly? She says, Today, Im signing off. Roberta is not a tech! She stays in the store with customers and inventory!! How can she sign off on something she does not see or check?! I told her, it makes me question if the alignment was done in the first place. She assured me that they dont change for services not received. So I paid for the oil change and left.When I arrived my tire pressure light was on. When I left my tire pressure light is still on which tells me the courtesy check is fraudulent. My paper work says Tire Pressure: 35/35. They say things checkout to be good and they are not.Im very disappointed and only plan to return if something happens to my tires and need take advantage of my warranty.

When my care broke down in the OP mall today, I was devastated because I had my daughter with special needs with me. I went inside the Sears Automotive in a panic and these guys were SUPER! They took care of me with the greatest degree of compassion, concern and humor (to lighten me up a bit). Because it was a simple fix they did not even charge me. WOW! Clay and Mack are truly awesome guys! My most sincere thanks for getting us back on the road! YOU ROCK!

They are completely incompetent in my opinion. We were in from out of town. My tire was low, but not flat, the day before. I brought it here to have it replaced after being told they were the only store that had our tire in stock. They said they couldnt find a leak. When I checked in, they clearly didnt want to handle a road hazard claim. It continues to leak over the weekend, we refill countless times but there are no stirs with our tire where we went, so as we head home and pass back through town, I called to tell the store manager we were still having a problem (per her instructions). She says now she doesnt have it in stock but Regency Mall does. We reroute and head over there. They say Orange Park is the only store showing them in stock. Grrrrrt! We bought a tire pump from Advance Auto Parts and will take it home to our local Sears Auto center, where the techs and manager are actually helpful rather than just wasting hours of my time on not one but two days this week!

Forget this place. After coming here for years, the service manager just told me I cannot buy tires from them unless I pay for an alignment. I told him the car just came from the dealer and didnt need it. His response? It is required. I cant sell you the tires without it. OBTW - over $300 quoted for two compact car tires. Forget about this place!

After leaving my car with them they called me to inform me that the tires that they said they had, were actually no longer in stock. I told them to put a different brand on (they found some that were cheaper, even though originally they told me that the ones I picked out first were the cheapest). I came back an hour later, only to find that they had not even started on my car. total time it sat there was 4 hours. I wont be going back. The employees that I spoke to seemed very nice though.

We went to the Sears in Orange Park to do an oil change for first time ever after getting out of work at 12:00 pm and were told that unless we had an appointment we could come back next week because there was an air show today and they wanted to close early to go to the show. Said how his crew work too many hours etc. Glad they can get to the Air Show but left having to go to another place to get my oil change. Needless to say wont be going back as that is not what is advertised.

Wow this place is the worst I have ever been too. Horrible customer service they acted like I was disturbing their free time. I walked in and nobody was in the showroom I waited for 7 to 10 minutes and nothing! Finally after the manager got done talking to his mechanic friend he acknowledged me and ask if I had a appointment. I told him no I did not have an appointment but I can wait. He than said well is going to take all day cause his mechanic was working on a car so I left. Never ever coming back here.

The one star counts for the fact that the store was open and had a clean showroom.Having lived in and around Jacksonville since 1988, I have done business on several occasions with the Sears Auto Centers Orange Park Mall location. NEVER AGAIN.Long story short - this store refused to honor the Sears Auto center nationwide warranty. The service writer, Dan, was verbally combative, and refused to hand me up to his supervisor, stating that the supervisor told him to never bring his problems to her. The bottom line is this store knowingly and willingly let my granddaughter ride around on a failed idler arm installed by another Sears Auto center. Instead of simply replacing the warrantied failed part, this store insisted other parts on the car were causing the problem with her steering. I even got on the ground with Dan, and showed him the sector shaft wobbling in the idler arm.When she did return to Leesburg and took her Tahoe in, the store there had no problem honoring her warranty, and found no other part to be bad.Shame on you Dan, and shame on your manager, who was in the showroom and a silent witness to this event.

If i could give them negative stars i would!!!!!!Everytime i call i wait over 20 minutes and very time they give me some excuse like they only have one tech or they arent taking any cars because they are over booked when i call 3 days ahead. And people wonder why sears is going out of business. Its there horrible customer service and employees not wanting to do there job

Scheduled an oil change online for Sunday at noon. Cold, disengaged, awful and condescending describes Lisa who is the manager???? Poor representative of leadership and customer relations. ATTENTION SEARS MANAGEMENT!!!! pay attention to your customers and their experiences!!!! I honestly wanted to walk out after not being greeted but thought that we would give her a chance, but her total demeanor and attitude are deplorable. Being the face of such a major corporation is bad for business. Additionally, the service tech had to ask if we knew how to reset the service light on the vehicle...really???he then appeared frustrated at us for not knowing. Hello, youre supposed to be the expert!!! Last time here...period!! Ill just go back to the dealership.

Terrible place.. the manager Lisa wigington is such a nasty person I have no idea how she is still employed.... I bought a Groupon to use there and when I get there she tries to charge me an extra 50 dollars.....one of the charges being that because they ran out of filters they want to charge me almost 20 dollars for a more expensive one....she rolls her eyes when other customers are coming inside..... disgusting attitude. Very condescending....I made sure to call corporate sears and inform them of their incompetent manager.

The customer service I received while I was here was horrible. The lady behind the desk was extremely rude and argumentative. I mistakenly thought I had rescheduled my oil change appointment online for later in the day, however it apparently didnt apply. The woman behind the desk showed a complete annoyance with me and extremely put off that she might be able to squeeze me in. Showed no empathy to my situation at all, which is the basics of providing good customer sevice. I appreciate the ease of scheduling online, which is why I gave the 2 stars. However I will never give this place my buisness, nor do I recommend to anyone else. Especially when there are so many other options in the area. I left and went to Pepboys down the road for my oil change.

I went in for a full synthetic oil change with groupon and worst experience ever. Ended up paying even more for the oil change which they dont let u know and they didnt fill it up all the way.. I shouldve read the reviews but instead I thought why not give it a shot and I totally regret it. They try to find things to bill you with when I just had the car serviced before bringing it to them!! Poor services!!

Came in to get an alignment, tried selling me on new shocks. Told me that they couldn’t align it until I bought new ones. I’ve worked on cars for 10 years and know that shocks do not effect the alignment. This store and employees are a joke.
