Shawn works hard and goes out of his way to make the customer happy. He put a seal on my window- but then fixed a couple of other things that needed attention. And all right in the middle of his busy morning. Highly recommended!

I left with less bolts and screws installed then arrived. Project time was more than three times as quoted, no clear invoice on the breakdown of time or work performed, and electrical work done incorrectly the first time by unfamiliar technician. Lost portions of parts I gave him. Poor communication of project. Clearly stated afterwards I did not like the project to start. Nice guy but business is not up to any standards.
