I am happy to say I am very pleased with the work that they did on my automobile I would recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

First off, I never write reviews! But I just had to for Gerber Collision. This Gerber Collision location is the best! Someone had hit my car on the way to WA where I was planning on visiting my family and I had a very tight timeline to get repairs.I had gone to about 3 auto repair shops around Olympia who all told me that they couldnt fit me in before my departure date. Luckily, one of the shops recommended that I swing by Gerber. I met Ethan, Jenni, and Sharon--all who took care of me and my car.They told me that they could get me my car in 2 weeks and they got it to me in about 6 days, just a day before Christmas Eve! I was literally in shock.Not only that, they were extremely understanding about my insurance claims (as it was my first time getting into a car accident and I had no idea what I was doing). In addition, when I went to pick up my car, I had hit some awful traffic on the way but Jenni and Ethan hung out at the store an extra 15 minutes after closing time so that I could get my car!In short, these folks went above and beyond their jobs. My car looks incredible and the staff were so helpful, patient, and reliable.

They gave me a low quote to get me in the door then called with a new quote that was 2000 over the original once my car was in the shop. I canceled half the work on the original phone call about the new quote then thought it over for 15 minutes and decided that Id cancel the repair due to the new inflated bid. Called 15 later to cancel but had to leave a message saying to cancel and that Id pickup the truck the next morning. Showed up to pickup my truck and they claimed they didnt get my message and the truck was disassembled and if I canceled the repair they would have to charge me labor and parts return. I decided not to loose my money and just get it done since Im a customer pay guy and I wasnt going to pay for nothing to be done. You could say they tricked me pretty good start to finish and if youre paying out of pocket I would never suggest these guys. There too busy running up prices on insurance companies and do the same tricky stuff to cash customers. All in all I believe I was bait and switched and didnt have the time or energy to argue with them. They did a great job on the repair though for all its worth. AVOID IF SELF PAY

So, to start, I just bought a car and within a week someone decided to key the front fender. I was sent to them by my insurance. Well, Ethan took a look at it, had me wait a moment, and had Loren come out and polish it up. Lo and behold they managed to take care of me on the spot no questions asked! They were kind and professional and by far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. I’d highly recommend them and I will be recommending them to friends and family. I’d also like to thank the ladies at the front. They were super professional and very easy going (even offering coffee) which makes unnecessarily stressful things like this a bit easier. Thank you!

These guys are awesome! The work done on my car was amazing, you can’t even tell where it once was damaged. The staff was also very nice and communicative!

Helped attach a piece if plastic trim ripped off by a deer collision, free of charge. Very friendly. Ill go back for big repairs.

They were so much faster than the other body shops I’ve used in the past - in and out in four days - and the repair is perfect. I’ll use them in the future.
