Lane, who came out to do a walk around to inspect the damages to the vehicle helped me with everything I needed and informed me of all the work they will need to do to complete the job. Bob, was on the phone updating me with the progress of the work being done and how far along they have progressed. Needless to say I am very happy with the crew and I highly recommend Trew Auto Body for all your auto body repairs. Our Highlander had an unfortunate experience with our garage door which left the rear spoiler scratched. After getting one estimate for about $1k, I called Trew Auto Body and spoke with Adam. He had me come by the office and looked at the damage. He decided to try removing some of the marks with paint thinner to see how it looked. He basically removed most of the visible marks, with only the deeper scratches remaining. He suggested I get some touch up paint from the dealer (which I’m familiar with doing on other vehicles) and giving it a shot vs. spending a grand on something hardly visible to most people. He said he could certainly take my money to paint it, but thought I’d be even happier with his suggestion for repair and saving a bunch of money. So, here’s a shout out to Adam and Trew Auto Body (under new management). I definitely recommend giving this local business a shot. Thanks bro!

Ive taken two cars to this collision repair shop. They were always very knowledgeable, very professional, very candid about what insurance companies will do and wont do, and how to best handle insurance companies. They have good follow through which is commendable given how busy they are. They work with your situation and are flexible with your specific circumstances. They are always willing to communicate and go a little extra if they can make it better. I think you have a very good chance at having a balanced and fair experience when you go here.

I had some major damage on my truck and deflected on getting it repaired for years (literally). Kyle and the team at Olympia collision repair were AWESOME! While I thought my would take weeks to get fixed, they pre ordered all my parts and after giving me a realistic time frame of a week and a half which I thought was crazy they over delivered and got it back looking amazing in 1 week! It’s rare to see good reviews online and I wasn’t paid to do this for them but the way I see it you have to give props and recognition for great quality work and service where it’s due. I’d highly recommend them in a heartbeat and any repairs I need moving forward will definitely be going to them.

Apparently, like many Honda Civic owners, the splash guard covering my engine fell off randomly and crumpled under the car causing me to have it removed by a tow truck driver. I went to several collision places in the Olympia area to get estimates and was pleased at how quickly and thoroughly they checked my car and offered an estimate. I took it back less than a week later and they were prompt and courteous and stuck by the exact price they quoted. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for professional, quick, and courteous service.

They performed amazing magic on my car

Great service! Would highly recommend! I brought in my new Dodge Charger for paint correction and dent removal on a spot that ran across both passenger door panels that was damaged by the mirror of a car that side swiped me, and I was extremely pleased with the result. There is absolutely no visual difference between how the car looked new and how it looks now after the damage was repaired at this location. All this being said... they did a great job all for a very reasonable price.

They repainetd our Motorhome. ( class B)Looks fantastic. Took weeks longer than anticipated as they found shoddy body repair under the old paint. Fixed it right.2small points kept me from giving them a five.1 lack of communication on their part or online with progress as it slowly moved along.2 they forgot to put in screws for the clearance lights over cabupon driving it from Olympia to new home in Colorado, found this out when stopped in southern Utah on way back to find one just dangling. Stuff happens I guess.Yes if i lived back in the PNW I would take another vehicle there for getting it done correctly.

I had thought at the time that everything was ok. Wrecked the front end of my car pretty good. Everything seemed OK when I got the car back. They told me not to wash my car for 2 month, because of the paint. So I didnt wash my car. But when I could finally wash my car, there are water spots all over the side they painted. Now I am going to have to buff everything out. It wasnt like that when they got it. And I shouldnt have to work so hard to get those water spot out. Also they said they aligned my car, we were charged for it. Well we noticed my car going at 60 was shimmying going 60 mph. So we took it to Les Shwabs to see what the heck was going on. Its been a few months sense they repaired my car. I drive my car to work every day, and I only have to drive 6 miles to work and back. And I dont have to go over 45 moh. My husband had to go to Olympia for an appointment, he said my car was shimmying bad at 60 mph. My car never was aligned and it wore my tires out. Tires I had only had on that car a year. So not only did we pay our $500. Deductible, we just had to fork out over $600. For the alignment and 2 new tires. Then a few months later after getting my car back from them, and we still did not know these things about my car that were not taken care if, my husband hit a deer in his Jeep. Didnt do alot of damage. But the windshield was broke and needed repair. And some diets needed fixed. We have insurance and thats why we have insurance. So we were sent to them to have the damages repaired on our Jeep. Ok, money is money. And you make it doing the job you are signed up for. These guys refused to fix the jeep. Wasnt going to make enough off the job. Will never go here again. And will make sure we get the word out for how they are. And we dont live in Olympia, it takes us an hour and a half to get to this place, but that were our insurance company sent us. Never again. And the lady at the front desk, she is so rude. And looks down at you. She made us feel we were beneath her. And we are not scum. We have nice rigs work and paynour way. This place is a joke, and did not even deserve my one star.

I was referred to this company by my insurance for my window regulator the owner and the owners son. We’re very friendly and courteous treated me like family and took care of my car. I would recommend.

They replaced a door on our 1993 motor home that had been broken into when it was being serviced at Coombs RV. The door had been completely bent out of shape and wouldnt close anymore. Olympia Collision searched out a replacement door and did a great job of painting it to match. They were really nice to deal with and made two trips to our house to measure and make sure they were ordering the correct door. They were great to deal with. We were very happy we had full coverage on the motor home with Pemco, since Coombs insurance, Farmers, would not take any responsibility for the break in even though it was on Coombs lot. Live and learn, but do take your vehicles to Olympia Collision, wonderful service!

Took our car and truck here after a business got overspray paint on them, other places had told us it would most likely be a total repaint which would have caused the insurance company to call the car totaled. We took it to Olympia Collision to get another opinion before accepting the insurance offer and were blown away by the service. Not only did they not need to repaint, they were able to get the paint off completely, and come in under what the insurance company offered to pay us! We not only walked away with extra money in our pockets, we walked away with our cars looking new inside and out!

While I have no desire to visit them with a broken car again, if I have to...then I will do so knowing I will be treated right. They handled everything with the insurance. The staff were funny, fun, and kept a stressful situation light while getting the work done in a professional and timely matter. Last Wednesday, I had an unexpected emergency with my SUV. Couldnt get my husband so I called my insurance company. I went to Olympia Collision just to get a quote for a long scratch down the side of my pick up box. One of the employees took a look at it and said it could be rubbed out and said it will just take about ten minutes. He did an amazing job removing the scratch, they were extremely reasonable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company.

I own a 2005 Pontiac Vibe. It has a manual transmission. I completely forgot to set the parking brake and didnt put it in gear when I went in to pay for gas at a gas station. It rolled backwards into a cement pole that fortunately was right in front of the gas station building thus avoiding any damage to the building itself, which was extremely lucky. I damaged the entire rear passenger quarter panel though. After my accident, I realized that I was in no position to afford a new car payment. They understood this at Olympia Collision. I had full coverage with Progressive. Olympia Collision was able to avoid having my car being totaled and repaired the damage. They even threw in a few extras! They also conveniently have a partnership with Enterprise Rentals. They were able to provide me with a rental car while my car was being repaired. Excellent job all around! But a special shout out to Todd, one of the owners, who was very pleasant and funny. And Josh, who payed special attention to the details.

I came here years ago to fix my Audi when a deer hit my passenger side door. Luckily insurance covered most of it, and it came back looking brand new!In my new car I have some dents that unfortunately weren’t my fault. LONG STORY SHORT:Got in an accident that wasn’t my fault and Insurance sent my truck to Olympia Collision Repair. They made my truck look nearly brand new. Nearly $7,000 worth of damage to include New Paint Job needed/Body/Bumper/Wheel Damage. The quality of the work these guys/gals did exceeded my expectations. Not only were the repairs amazing, they consistently communicated with me and gave me updates about the progress on my truck, answered any questions I had, and also completed the repairs an entire week prior to the expected completion date! On top of everything they also detailed my truck inside/out and the quality customer service at the shop is insurmountable. I could not be happier!

My car was involved in a front end collision when the other motorist unlawfully entered the intersection. I took my car here to repair the damages since this was the preferred repair shop of the other motorists insurance company (which was reputable). After some months, a problem developed with the hood latch. I called and they told me to come in any time. When I brought my car back down, they were on-the-spot! I was checked in and in a rental within 5 minutes! All of the staff was professional and very friendly. They provided me with frequent updates to notify me of the progress and even accommodated me with the pick up time, allowing me to arrive a little after their closing time so I wouldnt be impacted with my work. I recommend this place to everyone. Olympia collision sets the bar for how a collision center should operate.

I just had Olympia Collision do some extensive body work on my 27’ travel trailer. They did a fantastic job and in a short amount of time.Every time I called to talk, everyone was very helpful.Doug and Todd should be proud of their business!

I’m so disappointed. The staff at the front were very kind and professional, however the work on my car is, at best, mediocre. My car was in a hit and run that badly dented my driver’s side door. I went here for repairs, and the work just isn’t what I expected. The lock on the door is still wiggly and loose in its setting, the seal around the door doesn’t seem as tight as it might be, as I can hear the wind more noisily than I did before when I’m driving, and worst of all is the window. I have the older kinds of windows that you need a little crank to roll manually. It’s difficult now to get my window rolled up or down as the crank is incredibly stiff and no longer turns easily. I really have to put muscle behind it, and I’ve hurt my wrist trying to do so. I brought it back to the shop asking for them to see if they could do anything about these problems, but they claimed it was, ‘fine,’ and sent me on my way. If your insurance company tells you to go here, I would advise asking for alternatives.

Fixed my car after animal damage and looked brand new!

Easy and seamless if you have Progressive insurance. They let me know I was eligible for a rental car and had Enterprise pick me up and I was able to leave the rental at Olympia Collision when my car was fixed. They communicated often and clearly about the status of my repair. My repair was flawless and the car was squeaky clean inside and out. All staff members were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Olympia Collision.

Wow what a great experience! Normally when a deer runs into the side of your new Audi, its not going to be a good day. The customer service at Olympia Collision Repair was a 10. I was even able to talk with the owner Tim for awhile. My Audi came back looking better then ever. Tim even gave me tips on good products to use on my car to keep it looking like new. They did a great job of taking a bad experience and turning it into a great one!

One of my favorite businesses in Olympia. I have been here 3 times over the last 5 years for collision claims. Even living 40 miles away this is still my preferred spot to bring my car. Progressive works excellently with them and the last time I brought a vehicle in they had me back in my car 4 days later. Every one who works there is extremely friendly and they have continued to dissolve my stress over auto accidents over the years. It is also very convenient to be able to drop off your rental from Enterprise when you come to pick your your car.

I was in an accident where I was sideswiped on the highway. Progressive insurance told me to take my car to Olympia collision. When I got there we went over the damage and they circled all the spots that will wrong with the car. When I went in to pick up the car the work that they did was good but they did not do all of the work,. And they said that some of the damage was previous damage which was not true. They were very deceitful and did not fix all of the work that should have been done. I do not like people that cut corners. If you want your car fixed correctly do not go here.

I dont typically write reviews, but my experience at this shop was so positive the I felt compelled to share. This was a recommendation from my insurance company (Progressive). I was able to manage the repairs remotely from Portland without any issues. The repairs were thorough, and the owner was very helpful in explaining all the work that had been done. I was also very happy to find that all of the valuables that were in the car during the repairs (guitar, tent, grill) were just as I left them.

Amazing service! I went in to get an estimate on how much it would cost to take out a dent on the passenger side door because it was impeding it from being open.Instead, they just went outside and took out the dent in less than 5 min. Free of charge. It was something simple that they did, and most places would hide the fact that it is simple to charge the client an immense amount of money.But they didn’t. They just cared about helping me solve my problem. They’re great! So glad I went there.Hopefully I dont do anything that I need collision repairs, but if I do. I will definitely go here.

My brand new car got struck by a downed power line in the strangest flash storm Ive ever seen. It bent the door frame, took my side mirror off, and bent my hood, scratching down the driver side door. Nobody was hurt, but after what I went through to get my beautiful new car I was about to cry. They made fixing this nightmare into an easy and pain-free experience. Thanks to Olympia Collision my baby looks like nothing happened!

Im impressed with Olympia Collision because they did a good job fixing a minor dent on my car, and went beyond the expected good customer relations by bringing me to my house (thanks, Todd!), doing the repair work while I was out of town, and storing the car in their secure lot while I was gone more than a month. An honorable experience. I had one of the body side moldings come loose on my Town & Country. It had been previously repaired by someone prior to my ownership. They were hesitant to take on the job repairing it again as there was also a kink in the moulding. But, they did it. They took the moulding off and heat massaged it and cleaned it and reinstalled it. They had only quoted me about 70 dollars for the repair but had far more time invested. I paid them some additional money which they appreciated. They were su per nice. They too care of me after hours also. Great people to work with and have another job for them to do next week.

After 2 failed attempts at other repair centers, Jamie from Olympia Collision and her co-workers did an incredible job on my 2008 Chevy Truck.My truck looks show room new.The rental process thru enterprise was just as great. Took my car to Olympia Auto Collision to get my car fixed. Got a phone call saying that the car wont be fixed a week after the rough estimated date it should be done. I waited patiently and it was worth the wait. My car looked brand new, it looked like it came from a dealership that sold the car brand new. Even though I waited for so long, I say it was worth the wait and time. Im glad I took the car here and let them fix it up for me. They also hook me up with some new carbon fiber fins to make my car look even more aggressive!

So impressed!!! This company saved us so much time and money, giving us a lower quote than two other local car repair businesses. Not only did they fix the collision damage done to our ancient work van, they even repaired some wear and tear issues with a wonderful attitude and without charging extra. Im not local, but if I were I would never go anywhere else.

I lived behind this place please look into protocol for your neighborhood as well as workers on nano materials in collsion centers With the weird stuff in the environment it really affected me.Also the electric box outside your place vibrated the ground me and literally moved my furniture in my home .I am still sick because if all of the time there and I know you do good work but please check with health Dept on collsion center campaign.These new materials can be highly toxic.
