Would rate a zero if I could. Ripped me off by charging me to repair a broken part and then when I pointed out that it was broken and if I can see that it is and Im not a mechanic then how could they miss it. They kindly offered to do the work for me again and fix it... at full price! They wanted to charge me for the same job again to fix THEIR mistake. Thanks but no thanks!

I just have to say that these people that work here are amazing! They will treat you like family and I felt very comfortable working with them ( I am a female so most places would try and take advantage of that fact, but they did not!!!) They are down to earth and do NOT try to over charge, and they even fix the problem :) .. Their communication is better than any place I have been too. (I own a jeep, so I have been to a lot) I would recommend them for anyone needing an honest answer!

The owner has a history of ripping people off. I have seen many peoples remarksAbout poor work and extreme price gouging.

Hands down one of the best auto shops around for so many reasons: fast, provides a pick up ride if you need one, honest and excellent pricing. Above all, the people that work there are professional, nice and have lots of good tips too.

Great job with my sons truck. He had multiple issues that we thought we had figured out but when we got it to McLees, they helped us determine that the issues were completely different. I was grateful that they didnt just do what we had said and took the time to determine the problem. They really can do all things automotive and I recommend stopping by.

I recently had Mclees replace my engine. I was worried but they were upfront and honest all the way throughout. Although many more parts needed to be replaced - I know that it wasnt their fault - just an old Ford truck. Im very happy with my new engine and plan to keep going back for more work that my truck needs. I believe you will be happy with these guys! !

Brian & his crew made getting my daughters car fixed easy on me even though i am over 100 miles away. I didnt have to arrange for towing Brian took care of getting the car to the shop. They were Efficient, Friendly & Fair prices. Thank you all at McLees for taking care of us.

This place is awesome.The staff there is very nice,helpful.I had brought my 1992 class c rv there(actually had it towed to their shop).It wasnt running and Brian and Doug told me they would let me know when they diagnosed the problem.Next day Doug had called and told me a few things that was the problem.They were very honest with their diagnosis and I was able to make payments as they worked with me.Never charged me a lot fee at all for keeping it while I made monthly payments.Again,I would recommend this shop to anyone.Awesome guys at this business.

Absolute worst mechanics in the area

Brian, Doug and all of the employees at McLees are always honest, fast, friendly, and helpful. McLees is run the way that an automotive repair shop should be, with their customers needs being their top priority. This company has definitely earned my continued business and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a great place to get work done on their vehicles.

Do NOT use these people . They told me I had a huge expensive repair I needed that I did not need . I have since had my vehicle inspected and found that what they claimed is wrong was not . The owner was nice at first, but seemed off . I had a funny feeling and called around . Once another shop told me they would do it for less, I decided to get my car back . The owner became aggressive and charged me a lot of money to give me my keys, including a fee for inspection, which his website claims is free.As a woman, I already feel vulnerable in this industry, and this place re affirmed my fear of being taken advantage of by a mechanic .I wish I werent posting this, I dont enjoy giving negative reviews to people, but hope someone else wont have to go through what I just did .

Had a appointment to see Brian at McLees about oil and on the way there may car started making a funny noise when I stepped on the brakes. Ask him to take a look at it for me and he he found a small rock had got stuck in the brakes. They removed it & checked everything. Problem solved! He didnt even charge for the service. You cant find better service in olympia than McLees. Your friendly neighborhood repair shop. I brought my RV in for service and had the best experience.
