You go here for the reason everyone does, good prices and reasonable service. If youre going for some type of repair (Id normally suggest calling but its a coin toss if someone answers) be prepared to arrive a couple of hours before closing or else they probably wont get to you. And also make sure you need something very simple and straightforward, or else they might not be able to help.

I called two days in a row just to see if my tire size was available. I was placed on hold for 47 minutes on day one and 52 minutes on day two. Unfortunately no one ever came back to the phone on either day. Customer service doesnt seem to exit at this location anymore.

I wont ever buy tires at Walmart again, it it takes to long to get mounted or rotated later because they are so under staffed. The workers they do have were nice an worked which is why I gave them 3 stars.

I went to inquire about my tires after I had taken my car to Firestone for a courtesy check and was told all 4 tires were bad. Since the tires were purchased from Wal-Mart I took it back to let them check them. Joey was very attentive to my needs he listened for understanding and not just to respond. He repeated several times what I was saying to have a full understanding of what I wanted to do. He scheduled me an appointment for 03/18/2021 at 2pm to have the tires checked. When I arrived he knew who I was. As he began to explain what they were going to do a young lady name Lisa stepped in and gave him some different instructions. So I asked him why he couldnt do what he was explaining and he said shes the boss. So I said, Ms Lisa why they cant take the tires off she looked at me very stern however she was polite and explained why. She said I will have them look at your tires what kinda of car and color is it. I was a little frustrated but I didnt say anything, Ms Lisa came back in and said she was going to order me 4 new tires and said they would be in on Friday and told Joey to schedule me an appointment to have them installed on Sunday 03/21/2021. Today I arrived and Joey and Lisa provided world-class customer service. It didnt take long either. Mercer was really nice as well. When I got in my car it showed low tire pressure for 3 tires I asked him did I need to pull back in to get some air he said no they all have 35psi and it should reset just drive. Mercer was right it reset. My experience this time around was beyond my expectation. Thanks Lisa, Joey, and Mercer for the legendary customer service.

If you want your tires to blow out 4 months after you get them this is definitely where you should go.. Replaced all 4 of my tires 4 or 5 months ago and 2 have blown out. 1 a month after being replaced and the other 4 months after being replaced.. Not to mention their service is terrible and they are very slow.. If you leave your car up there for anything they do not call to tell you when it’s ready you have to keep calling until they finally have it ready hours later.

Myself and several customers waited in line for 30 minutes before a cashier came to assist us. I felt as if my oil change should have been discounted or my air filter should have been free. But no compensation was given to me or any of the other customers. After standing and waiting for 30 minutes. I still had to wait of course for services. Only a feeble apology was given. I normally get my oil changed there every time but not sure if I will go back there.

Service was extremely slow, employees spend more time talking than working. Great service, but when I only get two tires it shouldn’t take over 2 hours. Most if not all places have you in and out with 4 tires in less than a hour and a half .

Unbelievable! Went in for the lifetime mount and balance deal today. Lost at least $150 in missed time on the job. The clerk today was friendly, she said it would be two hours and I saw her check the boxes for new valve stems. No worries. Sure enough they pulled my truck in at the two hour mark. It took three techs 45 min to lift my truck, 3 hrs tire time plus 2 hrs I was notified about. Low and behold- no valve stems. 1 has a split in it. No way I was going to risk another 3 hours for valve stems. Took my truck and ran. Tech tried to be friendly about it, but there is no excuse for taking 3 hours to change 4 tires. I’m certain this Walmart will not see me for the balancing times. Headed to any store but here to pay more to have my valve stems replaced. Walmart- struck out today! 2 others were waiting behind me and I heard another customer get referred to the big box tire stores by a tech. The DMV moved up one notch on my list today. Slothville!

Customer service is just too much to ask from Lisa. Communication was absent about what to expect even after I called first. Prices are great, and I didnt mind the 2 hour wait I was told about AFTER I arrived. However, I chose to get a refund and pay more elsewhere due to the eye rolling attitude of the employee. She stood at an empty register while to guy next to her had a line of 5 people and helping a phone customer. When I asked how long the wait was, she walked away and sat at a desk in an office. Never said let me check or anything at all. Just walked away. I asked for a refund and she rolled her eyes and whole neck.

Clueless people. Couldnt take the spare off because the lugs were messed up, so they put a new tire on the rim, put it in the trunk and wanted to charge $92. Its a tire place, for crying out loud, should be able to replace the studs and the lugs if need to. Instead I guess they expected me to drive with a brand new tire in the trunk of my car.

I been waiting for 5 1/2 hours to get two tires change on my car. Workers have no since of urgency. They do a lot of talking and less work. Customer time is definitely not a priority They just need to shutdown the auto care department of this wal-mart

Slow slow slow. It took 2 hours for a simple 11 minute oil change. There were only 2 cars in front if us and the employees are lazy and slooow. Stay away. This Walmart location needs more fast and efficient employees.

The man that worked on my car at Walmart there in Olive Branch he was a good worker his name was Kenneth he would do anything he needed to to fix my car and found out that it wasnt what I thought it was and he repaired it to that he was being honest and I do really appreciate that

It just took far too long for me. I came in around 8:20a.m. for an oil change and didnt leave until almost 10a.m. There were two people in front of me. As the line got longer, it also was moving slower. There was only one cashier ringing and she seemed very confused. I wont be back theres no way an oil change should take that long.

The wait was extremely long it was 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived, only getting an oil change i arrived at 5pm and left a little after 7pm so prepare to wait.. customer service was friendly

Staff was VERY funny and friendly. The only thing is, I was told 45-60 minutes and it took almost 2 1/2 hours.....but they did do a good job on the tire rotation and balance.

Very slow and lazy. I rather paid $100 for oil change smhUPDATE: After getting tires aired up here to travel, my front tire blew out on the highway. It looked horrible and was wobbling bad. Its something that they should have saw if they really checked the tires.

Worst place l have ever TRIED to do business with. I went three times to purchase tires....not in stock...ok...5 hour wait???? No thanks! Employees were friendly...l blame MANAGEMENT!Oh and please let me mention being behind endless people trying to check out with mega baskets each time l tried to get help...never again!

Went to the auto center to get tires. Took over 4 hours to get car in a bay to put tires on then another hour to get them put on. Only one guy was actually working like he should have been. The others were taking their time milking the clock.
