The lady behind the counter never got out of her chair with her chin leaning on her hand. She spoke and I could barely hear her I said I’m sorry what was that for her to scream at me. You don’t treat customers this way! I went next door to O Riley and they were super nice and helpful.

Napa can always have the parts I need when I need them. Also if they dont have it in the store they get it in less then 24hrs. Napa is the most professional of all the major parts stores. They truly have the answers and know their parts. No one does parts better then Napa. Plus they match prices of competitors.

I purchased rotors and pads for all 4 corners of my car. The front rotors were the wrong part. I took them back and was told they didnt have the correct part but NAPA on 51 did. I went there and exchanged the rotors. I measured 1 of the rotors and told Danny (assistant manager) that is was a 1/4 too big. He insisted it was correct. Of course it was too big, but the 2nd rotor was the correct one. I took the wrong part back to NAPA on 51. Danny said he gave me the wrong part...just like i said. And he didnt have another, but NAPA in Olive Branch has 2. I told him they sent me here. He called and NAPA in Olive Branch said yes they have 2. I asked Danny if he could maybe discount the parts for all my trouble, he said no. I go BACK to Olive Branch and low and behold Danny gave them the wrong part number. I asked at Olive Branch NAPA if they could discount the parts. I was told they would take care of me next time. I proceeded to get a refund on the last rotor and told him there wouldnt be a next time. I went to Advance Auto and got the correct rotor the 1st try.

The customer services was good, but the price was high!.

Spent plenty of time with me and my 80yr old mother to figure out headlight problem, that cost under 20bucks when dealer wanted 300
