They ppl are always pretty nice. Check in via phone was a breeze. Just took about two hours for the oil change. I didn’t notice it until I had left but there was some oil smeared on the hood. And I’m still waiting on my truck to get detailed right. I received it dirty on the inside from whomever delivered it. Crumbs on the back seat and in the cup holder. I just thought given Covid, ppl were still going above and beyond with cleaning. Went back another day to have it done. Was told it wouldn’t take that long….hours later I was still waiting cause apparently they were short handed and wasn’t told up front, so I asked them to give me back my truck and left. No I have not gone back to get it detailed. Just did it myself.My sales guy (Justin) was a cool young man. Made sure I got the truck I wanted. He checks on me from time to time as well. Still there to answer questions I may have.

I purchased a 2018 Genesis G80 on 7/5/21 and Justin was my salesperson. He took good care of me and offered great service and follow up. He is passionate about helping the customer and that is so important for me. Bradley was also very pleasant and patient when going over the paperwork and getting signatures. Very pleased with the service I received at the Olive Branch location.

We actually used the service department and I highly recommend them. I know most people think that the dealers probably charge you way more for the service but honestly we had priced it out elsewhere and it was Apples to Apples and not only that we know that we got the proper parts and service provided by quality trained professionals.

Service was good. However, I had a bit of sticker shock when I picked up my car. The service ended up being twice as much as I was expecting. It was not clear up front that the cost would be so high.

My salesperson was Mr. Michael Car. He was very informative and knowledgeable about my Genesis GV80. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. I will also tell everyone I know about my experience and advise them to buy a vehicle from that Hyundai dealership.

My husband brought the car in for oil change and tire rotation. He never ask questions. I would like the wear of tires to be documented on receipt each time the tires are rotated. I would also like to know if there is anything else that will need to be done such as suggestion of what should take place next time car is brought in for service according to mileage. I know for sure the cabin air filter should have been changed or at least mentioned. Im not sure when the air filter under the hood was changed. I dont drive the car as much since I am now working from home. How many miles is it between oil changes? 3000 or 5000? I know u can depend on ya’ll for good service. I have bought my last 2 cars from yall. I will probably buy another one in the next couple of years. Be safe!

I am completely blown away by the amazing service we received. My pregnant wife had brought in her vehicle because a rock had punctured our condenser coil. This happened on a day where the heat index had hit 100+ degrees. The Olive Branch service team went out of their way to help her and had the AC system repaired the next day. Service just isn’t the same.. I’mNot sure if it’s customer service, Covid, or what, the people aren’t as friendly, I couldn’t even get my car washed/vacuumed nor was there even any sense of urgency… got back in my car & none of the paper was taken out from the dashboard, or my steering wheel, I shouldn’t have to discard that type of stuff myself. Definitely wasn’t pleased with this visit. It’s like they did the bare minimum… I don’t even know if they really rotated my tires.

I purchased a Genesis from here and the service department has failed me numerous times in getting anything done. This is the second time my vehicle has been there for almost 72 hours and still havent gotten anything done. The workers have every excuse like the first time, I didnt have an appointment. Two months later, I got the appt (feeling hopeful this time) and still highly disappointed. DO NOT BUY A GENESIS FROM HERE BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET A DIAGNOSIS OR GET YOUR VEHICLE FIX. IT SADDENS ME THAT I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS! THEN FROM WORKER TO MANAGEMENT HAD AN ATTITUDE AND TOLD ME TO COME GET MY VEHICLE WHEN IVE CHALLENGED THEM ON THE BEHAVIOR AND INCOMPETENCE OF THE DEPARTMENT. TAKE HEED THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING MORE THAN AN OIL CHANGE TO A GENESIS

I show up at 8:30 am was told it would be 2 hours. 2 and a half hours later I find out I still have 3 cars in front of me then Im told they have to take appointments first. Now Im not able to do what I need to do before I go to work tonight. They should say you need an appointment so you dont sit here all day.

I am 76 year old widow who struggles with knowing about auto repair- I came in and left car several times to have it looked at with ac issues without them getting to me. The second time James Delucia came up and said he would get it taken care and he did!! He was gracious knowledgeable and efficient. I have had a problem with issues with this dealership in past and did not trust them. He has restored my trust.

I went to this place very late at night hoping to test drive a car and was met with Jacob Sullivan. He was super welcoming and helpful despite us being there so late. Then, during negotiations he never made us feel pressured, seemed like he wanted the best for us, even if it wasn’t with him, and did everything in his power to help. The first person I spoke with (name unknown) told me it would be days or weeks before they could diagnose the problem.
