On Saturday, I was in Auto Zone and I witnessed a customer walk in with total disrespect for the staff. He was complaining about the short staff and how busy they were. Marquis a manager stepped in to try to help this customer but he continued to be difficult and disrespectful. Marquis showed great professionalism and kept his cool as the customer stormed out yelling racial slurs. He then proceeded to help me find my lightbulb and offered to put it in. Marquis was awesome. He could’ve let that customer rattle him but he didn’t. I will definitely be back.

My experience was amazing there! I dont know anything about a vehicle or trying to take my battery off my truck... The manager saw me struggle and came out to help just like a gentlemen should... And it was raining yet he came out of his way to help Thank you mister! 😊☺️ It was also clean and neat environment ☺️

It was raining and my windshield wipers were not clearing my windshield. I walked in, they welcomed me, they found my wipers, and they put them on for me in a matter of minutes - in the rain! So, thankful for great service!

Called to ask about the part and price.I arrived spoke with the salesman, he pulled it back up on his computer everything was wrong.Needless to say left without part!

I had a dead battery and stopped at the Olive Branch AutoZone store. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The store manager, Marquis (hope I got his name right) was so pleasant that I felt I had won the lottery. This is the second time I have received service above and beyond. I will continue to shop this location. They are not only nice but seem to be very knowledgeable.

The customer service was amazing! Two young men assisted me. I did not want to go inside, so I was able to complete an order curbside for a battery. They had on masks and that made me feel very comfortable. Great experience! Gladly spent my money there today. I don’t know anything about cars, yet my experience was not frustrating. The entire process was smooth and quick.

I am a regular customer at AutoZone. Usually the customer service is good, if not great. Yesterday my experience at the Olive Branch, Mississippi location, on Goodman Road, was by far the worst I have ever experienced. The clerk had no interest at all in helping me with the issue I was having with batteries that I had purchased from that very same store.

The staff was courteous and helpful. They even installed my windshield wipers as it was starting to rain. Great people, place, and prices!!! 😎

I called this location this morning, after a less than satisfactory experience, at another location yesterday. And I have to say these guys were awesome! Honest, fast, and they changed my battery with no issue!! Marquis was kind and honest about their policy and Dennis was efficient and swapped my battery with no hesitation.Many many thanks and kudos to Mr. Marquis and Mr. Dennis for their help today and for getting me in and out quickly. Craig and most of the Associates are experienced to handle most mechanical questions/needs. They also take the time to train new/inexperienced employees the right way to be able to help more experienced customers by encouraging them to learn from the customers and their peers. This is a recipe for success.

Do not buy windshield wipers from here extremely high for no reason

The manager, Marquis, and his staff helped me a great deal and saved me a lot of time. They knew exactly what I needed and had me in and out the door with a great attitude. This is my favorite AutoZone store to go to hands down.

My fiancé took his truck up to this store to get his battery checked. The workers informed him that they would be right out. After waiting an hour, the staff ended up giving him the testing kit so he could “test it himself.” Thought that was a part of their job to do these things and I found it extremely rude. He went to test it himself since that was his only option and the battery was too low to get it checked. The store closed in 20 minutes at that point and he could not get a new battery. Extremely horrible service.

Oil and what not. As usual they didnt carry parts for my Honda civc.

Store Manager Marquis Faulkner has taken the initiative to expand the tool loaner program to include donated basic tools like ratchets and extensions. This allowed me to replace a part and be on my way despite just passing through town. He was also great at making sure people were being waited on in a timely fashion. Great job Marquis! Thank you!

They were very helpful and nice. I purchased the wrong alternator at the Hacks Cross location and returned it to this one. They were very friendly and handled everything in a timely manner. Spent maybe 6 minutes in this store, maybe less.

My A/C went out on what I swear was the hottest day in the history of Mississippi. Alex (Assistant Manager) was SUPER helpful and help me re-ful my freon! Great personality and great service! I will definitely recommend and be back if I ever need vehicle related assistance.

I enjoyed the fact that the associate assisting me was knowledgeable about how the electrical system of a vehicle works. Between the two of us we didnt determine the problem with my vehicle but it was nice to knock around potential issues, especially after talking to the dealer, a local mechanic shop, parts stores and tow truck drivers that didnt have a clue.

This location is kept clean and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

This place usually fails to make any kind of good impression on me. Seems like I always end up with the wrong part or someone just doesnt have a freaking clue whats going on. The one on Hacks Cross is much better if you just have to get a part immediately.

Greeted as I entered the store, trainee cheerfully provided the part I needed & the trainer assisted me in finding the appropriate weight & oil type. Both gentlemen provided good service.

Service was slow but that seems to be the case at any autozone Ive been to given the limited staff vs patrons. Aside from having to wait the service I received was great answered my questions and even let my use their tools to change my battery. Will go back.

Went to store to buy a pair of windhsield wipers. The person who attended me was an old white guy named Gregory (I guess).This guy picked up a pair of wipers without asking my preference of price and billed me 40 bucks. Instead I asked if I could buy a pair of cheap ones. This person instead understanding my need shamed me and made mean comments about my choice due to my circumstances at that point.What a jerk he was shaming me in front of others !!This was my last visit to this storeI would have given -1 for this unpleaamr experience.Not sure how this jerk got a job there !

Called before I went up there to see if they had the part, and the assured me that they did. They didnt. Employees seemed aggravated that they had to be at work. They called another location. They had it, but they were just as rude. Dont go into customer service if you dont have any customer service in you.

This used to be the best auto Zone to purchase my parts. They have got so many unhappy employees there now. Very difficult to deal with. The night shift guys dont know enough about cars to help answer my questions I asked and couldnt look them up on the computer like some other employees have in the past.

I didnt appreciate my battery being $200, but the customer service was good.

The price is economic, the customer services was really great, I like it!.

I was not happy with customer service. I arrived about 3-4 mins before closing which I didnt realize, but the first guy ignored me the 2nd guy rudely told me that they were closing. Well if the door is opened then youre not closed. Anyway just needed my battery checked because the light had popped on. Needless to say my car stopped on me. Thanks Auto Zone.
