I love Ace...its smaller but the staff always knows where to find anything. And you can always find someone to help you.

LOVE ACE! The staff here is amazing!! They are always helpful and if for some reason they don’t have something and/or can’t order it, they let me know where to get it. Always come first!!

Maybe because it was close to closing, but gentlemen working the front was less then helpful. What seemed to be the only associate working the floor was trying to do his best between paint, hw, keys, etc. I always go to this location bc of the customer service, but it could have been an off night. Still was not a good experience

Love the small store experience and helpful associates but the prices are a little higher than the big box stores and there are times when they dont have what I need.Its a price Im willing to pay.

While up to date and modern, I am reminded of the good old-fashioned hardware stores of days gone by. Associates are very knowledgeable of the great variety of merchandise but also know where to find it! They willingly help you out even on the smallest purchase.

They wer a little short-staffed the day I visited, but they were always stocked up in the things you need. When theyre fully staffed they are very helpful.

I do not understand the negative reviews the store is getting. I have started going to Vision Ace because it has a convenient location. I have always had great service by the staff. I needed a particular paint which was out of stock and they went to another store to pick it up and had it ready the next day. I would like to see that kind of service from the larger stores. They can not possibly have the same inventory as a large chain; however I like that I can walk into a small store find the essentials that I need and check out quickly.

Always relied on Aces great selection of nuts&bolts... but walked away disappointed today because of the limited length options of metric (M2,M3). Had to go to Amazon for what I needed.

Good selection of products. Found odd item i needed.

Not happy at all with this Ace Hardware. Went in for a few items. Had our masks on as required and posted. Not only were there people walking around without masks but a man working at the station in the back at his pulled down under his mouth. How is that going to help? When he ask what I was looking for he told me and I said I would get it. I did not want him close to me. Store aisles are small and stuff piled everywhere. I couldnt walk all the way down them and had to back up. I will drive to the Dunedin store next time.

Ace is the place for helpful employees. I had questions they had answers and knew exactly where to find what I needed.

I needed lawn mower blade, plexiglass and a small hex screw without a head. I could not find them at a Home Depot or Lowes. Lowe’s guy suggested I try Ace. They had all items. I also found other items there unavailable at Big Box. Prices are reasonable. My go to store for many things from now on. Staff is fantastic.

I have been to many Ace Hardware stores over the years and was very satisfied with the inventory & service, but i must say that the past two times i went to Ace Hardware on Tampa Rd. it was the WORST experience of any Ace Hardware store ever. They dont have a good amount of inventory, its a small store, and what they do have is hard to find, and if you ask any of the clerks working there....good luck. They have very little knowledge and cant locate anything for you. Two older people working there are very nice but dont know where anything is. One young kid working there is lazy and is totally lost with an attitude from hell. They didnt have or couldnt find what i needed so i said i guess i have to go to Home Depot, he responded with a very nasty GO TO HOME DEPOT!, not sorry we couldnt help you today! Will never return to this location. BTW, i went to Home Depot, got what i needed and spent another $140.00 on something else. Thats a lost sale now and forever at Vision Ace Hardware.

When I need anything for the house, yard, etc....I go to ACE HARDWARE in Oldsmar. every time I walk into this store I am greeted and the attendants always ask what I am looking for....A great place to shop.

After my electric garage door apparatus came completely out of the wall I was in a mild panic.However, I was determined I could fix it myself. So off to Ace Hardware in Oldsmar. After describing my dilemma to the store manager LD, he explained the options ( since I didn’t know if the garage walls were block or solid concrete). He took a lot of time explaining what I needed to do as well as offering to assist via phone should I have any questions.I’m happy to say the project was a success and my garage door is firmly attached to the wall again!Thank you, LD!!! I Highly recommend LD and the great team at Ace Hardware Oldsmar!

With every visit we become bigger fans of Ace Hardware. They have a wide choice of products and beautiful plants& flowers. But the best part of Ace is the staff. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I genuinely like talking to them as they all seem to have mastered the skill of giving understandable answers to my questions without being condescending.

This is a great hardware store that is located in a wonderfully accessible location. We went there because we could not find anyone to make a key for us and not only did they make the key for us, the service manager make sure the key worked after working on it several times and going over it and double-checking all of the sequence of events that go into making a key of this type. We had been all over town looking for someone who could do this. And, the best part, is that the price was very reasonable! At least $10 less than we have been quoted at other places. We are so glad that we came here and that they were so helpful! Plus I was able to get some more flowers for my flower garden! Wonderful place if you need help with any kind of needs, even need you to know you

If you love hardware stores then you need to go here. Place has all kinds of things you would struggle to find at thebig stores. Simply put, its a hardware store. Helpful staff.

Always very helpful staff and they are always ready to help. The store is not as big as some of the other companies. But I find they have almost every thing I need.

Call to get a piece of glass cut. The person who answered the phone said, yes we cut glass. So headed out of my way to get a simple 16 by 32 piece cut, come to find out i will have to wait a few hours. The manager said she would cut it herself when she gets off the floor. Waited in the parking lot for 3 hours for them to tell me no one knows how to. Than the manager told me the machine was broken, hard to believe . So drove 8 more miles out of my way to the next Ace. They had it cut less than 10minutes. The store needs qualified people for that department. Also a person might have to wait a few days to have something laike that done.

They missed the mark as a new business in the community. I bought a hose on sale right after they opened. With the name ACE I expected a measure of quality instead it was a cheap low quality hose that split at the kinks. Since it was a back up hose I didn’t keep the receipt so when I tried to return it they told me they never had it in stock and could not find the product number. I asked them to look it up in the flyer that advertised the sale. The response: “ I don’t keep those things” Sorry, I won’t be going back there.

A+ for service. Prices are okay. Pretty good selection as you would expect from an Ace hardware. Its still new, but not up to par with the other Ace hardware in the area yet. I try to shop here so we have the option over Lowes and Walmart.

We love that Ace reopened a store on Tampa Road. We so missed having the friendly and knowledgeable Ace employees, who assist you in finding everything on your list. Sometimes bigger is not better, when it comes to home improvement, repairs and just general needs for your home.
