I recently purchased two Suzuki DRZ125L’s for myself and my son to begin to learn about riding. The process to purchase was simple and straightforward. We have had the bikes for one week and the experience has been immensely exciting. Overall, I had a good experience with Birds of Prey and would suggest this vendor in the future.
Even though I pass by Birds or Prey Motorsports, multiple times daily. I have never really shopped there until they had a certain used bike pop up on my radar. Gotta say, we had a wonderful experience! I am horrible with names? But Sawyer was our salesmen & the entire staff was extremely friendly, right down to the finance department! No high pressure sales from anyone on their staff!! Very pleasant buying experience. I traded in my bike on the purchase, and by my research and expectations prior to buying. The trade in value was very fair. Possibly even on the plus side of what I expected?A friendly staff & customer service seems to be lost art in todays world? Very polite staff and everything is clean and sparkly. Unfortunately not what I am looking for. They have to order the Harley parts. I went there in hopes of finding what I needed without waiting for shipping. If you own another brand of motorcycle go for it. These people do know their stuff.

He was very accommodating with scheduling and ensured I was well informed of all applicable charges and status of my bike while it was being worked on. I took my machine in for the 50 hour service. The scheduling and explanation over the phone was simple and easy. Upon delivery the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining all the details, I added an oil change and extra keys to the order. They met all my expectations and delivered my machine complete and on-time as expected. Can-Am is the best and they match that reputation.
I recently purchased a new Can Am at Birds of Prey. Everything about the buying experience was fun and easy, but unfortunately I had a fluke engine issue with my brand new purchase as soon as I got it home. Between Can Am, my salesman, and the owner the problem was quickly resolved to my satisfaction and they were all great to work with. First time customer here. Definitely will be back. Brought my motorcycle rims in to have them change the tires. And not only was it less than I’m used to paying. They even offered to drop the rims and tires off at my house when they were done because of my crazy work schedule. Much appreciated!!!
Super friendly staff, took my bike in for break in service, the only complaint I could make is they told me it would be done same day but, they got behind on a job before starting on my bike. Not a big deal however no one called to say it wouldnt be finished. I called 45 min before closing, and since it was a Saturday, was told it would not be finished until tuesday. However one of the techs offered to stay late and finish the bike for me so I could have it same day and not disrupt any riding plans I had. I declined so everyone could go home and enjoy the holiday. Their willingness to go above and beyond to meet their original delivery promise shows how committed they are to customer service. The only reason I didnt give five stars is that I had to call them for an update. I have dealt with their competition and can tell you they do not go to the same lengths as birds of prey. In fact I tried to schedule my break in service with the other guys first and they told me Id have to wait until September. Absolutely ridiculous when birds of prey got me in within a week. Highly recommend these guys and can tell you I wont be bothering with the other guys in the future.

Service on our sxs has been horrible over and over again since getting our machine 2 years ago. Pic is of what wasnt put back together on the last visit which was over a month to get a new speed sensor. UPDATE. We recently purchased the CFMOTO ZFORCE 800 trail from Birds Of Prey Motorsports in Caldwell Idaho. The entire staff made this a very great experience. Love this machine. We have recently had it on some of most challenging trails in Idaho including a recent trip into Buffalo Hump. This machine is awesome
My new Ryker had a steering alignment problem, probably from factory assembly, which was not entirely noticeable until I rode it home. When I called the dealer to report the misalignment, they immediately sent someone to pick it up, almost 200 miles away, took the bike back to their shop for repair and delivered it back to me a couple days later. In todays marketplace, it is almost impossible to find this kind of service. I would recommend anyone interested in a Can Am product to consider Birds of Prey Motorsports.

If you want to pay an extra $1,500 in fees, go to this place and they’ll tell you because of covid and lack of inventory, they have to charge more. I offered full msrp and your stupid doc fee. I even wanted to add a plow and wasn’t gonna try to haggle on price. These businesses that are using covid as an excuse to provide garbage service and gouge people on pricing will be remembered when the market cools. How many long term customers are they trying to lose because they want to make an extra dollar now or by giving bad service because they apparently don’t have to work as hard for a deal right now? Markets always change. A long term customer is worth more than today’s one time customer.
We were interested in purchasing a CF Moto side-by-side ATV. Stopped in here to look at one and they said there were none available they were all in boxes and hadnt been set up. They said they would have them set up in a week. Went back in a week they said they were all in boxes and would probably be set up in about a week. They didnt seem very interested in talking with us but that may be because I had my black son-in-law with me. Ive noticed a lot of times when hes with me theyre not as interested in talking with us in many places of business. By the way he could write a check for $200,000 if he wanted to and his credit rating is in the high 700s. Missed opportunity folks.
Just sold our boat and we went to this business with $30,000 cash to buy 2 side by side CF motos for our growing business in Mexico. We were met at the door with a person that told us they didnt have any to look or buy. We were told the only ones they get in are already bought. We stood there for a minute, no one offered us a brochure, a sit down not even a chat. So, we called another dealer far from here and had no problem giving them $28,700 to order us what we needed.

If it was a choice I wouldnt even give these guys one star. Will find any way possible to get out of having to warranty any machine. Taller tires exhaust oil change documentation anything. Absolutely pathetic one more dealer that will treat you awesome till after the sell then your nothing.

I called several shops in Colorado looking for a rear cargo box for our 2020 CFmoto and no one had them in stock and they didn’t know when they would get one. 1 dealer that I spoke to looked it up to see if there were any shops that had 1. They gave me Birds of Prey Motorsports number, I called them right away and of course they didn’t have it in stock. The parts gentlemen offered to take my name and number and call me whenever they got them back in stock. 2 weeks later I called back to out of curiosity to see if they got any in yet and they did. I asked them if they would be willing to ship it to Colorado for me and they had no issue doing that for me and I received it in less than 1 week. Everyone I dealt with were great. Brought in a wheel for a tire mount. I bought a used bike from them in 2013. The bike is older than 10 years so they wont even work on the bike that they sold me. Very frustrating. Be careful what you buy if you want them to help you out.

I took my bike in with a high idling problem thinking they would just focus on that issue but comes to find out they couldn’t get the bike started without starting fluid witch I’ve never used on my bike. It has always started with the choke on and 3 twist from the throttle and about 3 kicks and it’s on. They gave it back saying they can only do a carb clean and couldn’t diagnose the bike because the sprocket was lose. Safety issues they say. And now can’t get my bike to stay on. 500$ down the drain
No one was really helpful when we went in to look at what they have or could get.

Called to ask a few questions about a motorcycle and wanted some quotes on what needed to be done didnt exactly get the info needed. Then I was told that the representative on the phone needed to go because he needed to go take care of some customers and show that hes actually doing some work. That took care of me coming in to get any work on my motorcycle done here.
This is my third bike i have bought from BPMS, everytime has been great. Everyone there is awsome. I will be purchasing many more from them as time goes on.

Great service on the phone with plenty of knowledgeable tips on what set up works best for my application.Order placed on Tuesday PM in California and at my door on Thursday AM in Idaho with only one small part back ordered not affecting install.

The staff was great and professional. It took a week to get a tube for my tire from Boise to Caldwell but not anyone’s fault. Just the way things are right now. I did rate down one star due to the time frame, but I would go back in a heartbeat for any other service I have in the future. Truly was a 5 star service.

Birds of Prey Motorsports is top notch. Dakota is the last salesman I dealt with and he was great. Their customer service is unmatched in the valley. I have bought machines from many places in town, however, my last 3 purchases have been from Birds of Prey. They give you the best out the door price they can the first time you ask, and have no hidden surprises for you when you sign the paperwork. Their service department is excellent. They will pick up and drop of your equipment at your house when it needs serviced. I will do business with them many times more in the future.
Got nice bikes. But their staff are bird brains.They constantly order wrong parts even when you tell them exact part.Better to go elsewhere. Made me wait 2months for a back tire cause they cant read specs. And the manager has no idea whats going on.

I was helped by several of the knowledgeable sales staff. I explained my limited experience with motorcycles and was politely directed to relatively light weight duo sports. I was invited to test ride any bike i liked. So, i rode about six bikes. I especially liked the smooth ride of the V strom 650. After reading many online reviews, i chose a DR650 dual sport motorcycle because it ranks relatively high in an off road environment. Several independent consultants recommended the DR650 for me. I bought one. The staff in the service area helped me get outfitted in a helmet, jacket, and gloves. We did the paperwork, and i rode home on my first bike.

Was a great experience buying my UTV so far. Salesman went above and beyond to deliver to my house and pick up for parts install. Only knocking down because I received a new unit with less than half tank of gas. Great experience but just that little thing would have been 5 stars.

This review is based upon the service side and parts department. Parts department I’ll give them five stars. They got every thing in that needed to be repaired replaced on my ATV as soon as they could. The service side is what I’m not happy with. They are so backed logged and have been back logged it is not even funny. I only wish there were other dealers I could take my unit too to get repaired that I like. Birds of prey have had my unit since about the 18th of May. Crash inspection did take some time but they did get it done sooner than they thought. Then order parts right away. I understand that these things take time but waiting a month and a half just to get it repaired is a bit excessive in my opinion. I love the General manager there. I truly believe he does everything he can to keep things running smoothly. Maybe they need to hire more techs or advertise for temporary work until they catch up a bit. As of right now, they say they are out till the end of August for a crash inspection. I do call about once a week to see if anything has opened up no luck so far. They say my repair is booked at 6.5 hours. However i am sure it is booked at that time frame but as a former tech, (non atv tech) good mechanics beat book time All the time to make more money when they are paid by the job and not the hour. Bottom line, Great service on the Sales side and the management side for what they can control. But don’t expect a fast repair if you need something more than an oil change or minor service. I will amend my review once things are complete.Update: They surprised me by getting the repair done earlier than expected. I had a small issue and the General Manager stepped right up to Fix it on the spot. I will still continue to come here for repair and new units when I need them. Sounds like they are getting better on catching up on the work.
On Saturday 3/5, I pulled into Birds of Prey parking lot with a bolt stuck into the sidewall of the rear tire of my Harley. I asked the person at the desk if they by chance carried the tire I needed. They did not. However while I was considering my options he was already on the phone to the Harley shop in Meridian. I called my insurance carrier to set up a tow. Meanwhile the manager came to me and said he was going that way around 11 am and would tow me free of charge. Keep in mind that I was not going to be a paying customer yet they went out of their way to help me any way they could. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs their services.What a great group of people. He informed of this

I just bought a Suzuki M109R Boulevard. What a machine! My old friend Casey was my salesman, back after a hiatus, and it was great to see him again! This is my second time dealing with the service department first time was a train wreck with warranty parts and just simply getting my machine I bought from them looked at to figure out what was wrong. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt because Chris the service manager smoothed it out! I went ahead and had them do the first service on my machine and was quoted one price, told them I had a discount for the problems the first round, went to pay and they informed us they didnt quote it correctly and my wife payed more than quoted originally for a service not understanding when she picked up the machine. Would not use there service department or buy a machine from them and expect to keep it maintained by them.
