This store has been around to long now to still have stocking issues. I dont know who buys for this store but they need to learn their customers and what this store sells them!! Also manager in customer service was disrespectful and honestly just rude. I was trying to return a pair of work boots on top of my weekly shopping and he wouldnt exchange them even though it was obvious they were defective. His reason was they were dirty. Well NO KIDDING THEY ARE FOR CONSTRUCTION THEY GET DIRTY THE FIRST TIME THEY ARE WORN! The back ankle came completely away from the base of the boot. They were DEFECTIVE that means this pair something is wrong! You could tell by the top they were new because that part is protected by Jeans but the shoe part of the boot WILL ALWAYS GET DIRTY FIRST TIME YOU WEAR THEM TO A CONSTRUCTION JOB! I honestly am just tired of this store its always a wasted trip or requires 2 or 3 more to get everything we need and never are treated with courtesy except maybe by the checker! Dont ask for help or any questions! Weve decided to go back to Price Chopper, Target & Kohls at least these stores know how to stock and treat their customers! The company that made the work boots are helping with the defective pair so wont need Wal mart for anything THANK HEAVENS!!
