On my tour of Retail Rebel stores I find this location to be the most clean and well organized of all the stores. This location has a lot of good stuff on both sides. Very worth checking out.

Amazing prices. Great place to shop but very busy. Not a good place to be taking kids as it can be hectic and youll need lots of time to dig through the bins. Prices cant be beat! One of my favorite places to shop. I never leave with any spending regrets because of how good things are priced. Be prepared to spend lots of time in there though!

Security guard is extremely rude. Tried to argue with me that the pop its I found werent in a set of 6. I swapped out the hearts for 2 others (because my son wouldnt like those and theres no rules saying you cant do that). The security guard told me the cashier would charge me $5 per pop it (more than they cost new).Guess what lady... They do come in sets of 6 and cost $3.33 each new. Theres seriously no good reason to treat people poorly over a cheap kids toy. I was not trying to steal anything and was not trying to hide what I was doing in any way. Ive been here before on Thursdays and Fridays and have had a good experience. I definitely will not shop here again when this lady is working.

If I could give a no Star rating I would. The minute I walked through the door I felt like I was being accused as a thief. I was told my purse was to big and I had to take it out. My mom was with me same size purse and nothing was said to her. Lady checking out had a bigger purse than mine, nothing was being said to her. If you are going to enforce this rule it should be for everyone, dont pick and choose who you treat this way. I WILL NEVER BE BACK AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW I WAS TREATED.

We called this store this morning at 11am and asked what she kids have to be to dig in the bins. The person who answered the phone told us that as long as they could reach the items inside without getting in the bin they could go through the bins. I drove 30 minutes to get here and once my 12 year old daughter touched something in the very 1st bin, we were told by security that kids cant go through the bonds. I told him what we were told on the phone this morning but he insisted that my kids couldnt touch anything. So, we left because Im not gonna leave them just standing there while I go through stuff. Complete ridiculousness and a waste of gas!!

Fun store where treasure hunting still exists, and the knowledge you have pays off. Great deals on everything! Food, general merchandise, supplements, cloth, cellphone accessories, lamps, and weird stuff too! Something for everyone. Bring gloves. Bring reusable bags.

Love this new location! Pretty clean compared to the other ones, and they stay stocked with new items every week. I LOVE retail rebel, its my secret obsession! Its always like a treasure hunt. Just make sure to always bring along some gloves for digging through the bins, and be patient... You will find something amazing!

Ok, so its an experience for sure. If you go, plan on spending a lot of time there - Im not sure there is any other way. There is definitely a wide and varied selection of things. At this location, there are the big bins of items to go through on the one half of the store. And the other half of the store is the more structured side. You must download the app to be able to scan items for prices on the one side. While the I price is a set price per item depending on the day. Definitely check the website before you go for more info.

Came in on a Saturday at the 2pm restocking time. So they would be available at 2:30pm. I was one of the chosen fast pass and was pretty excited about it. I would recommend though to do the early morning on Saturday’s instead than the afternoon restock.

Fun store to explore. Plenty of options and everyone will find something they want/need. Take your time and happy hunting.

Everything sealed in a box/bag should be a single price. She opened the box it has 2 earrings so she changed me $4 x2. Thats wrong. I told her there more boxes that has multiple items in it, she totally ignored me. What a rip-off.

I understand that private business can require you to wear a mask. My issue is this, Johnson Co. Dropped mask mandate. I enter no mask, stopped by a security guard and told I need mask, as security mask is well below nose, practice what you preach.

The lady miscounted my items so Ou was overcharged. Really irritated about it but didnt realize it until after got home. Had to but some things on one side and others on another strange. Also couldnt carry my purse inside and its just an average size purse nothing enormous or crazy big. Literally made me put it in my car. Very stage way too treat a customer! Very dirty inside wear disposable gloves if you have them for sure! Got busier as the day went on its alot to go through so if youre not a patient person or a digger for things this is not your place! The requiring me to take my purse to my car was very strange and honestly kind of rude. I still spent way too much money in there even after being treated that way and being over charged was a bummer. I also had to watch how thing rung up on the south side of store they were ringing up higher then they actually were showing in the app at register so thank goodness I caught that. Anyway very time consuming some things not worth a penny let alone$4.

This place is not for the weak hearted!! Lots of bins that you dig thru. Can find some goodies, but have to keep an eye out!! Pricing per item varies depending on the day tapering from $10 each item on Saturday to 50 cents on Friday.

Dirty, unorganized, hard to find stuff. Have to be in the mood to look thru stuff. I dont think the cleaning or household stuff is a great deal depends on how much its marked down. Clothes are better deal if I can find anything.

Why do the patrons take things out of the boxes?Why do you need to pull out the sheets out of the bag? How can I tell what size they are if you take them out of the bag? I wish theyd kick out people that are only in there to tear things apart.

Filthy dirty, several bins had broken glass and other sharps and many of the items we bought, even on their retail side were missing critical parts or broken but packaged still as new. Very disappointed.

This place has some very good stuff, but it takes patience to find it. You also have to wait on the weekends when they restock the items. It can be very frustrating. You need to dig deep into the bins, and it can get very dirty... but it can be worth it. I found a watch that was worth over $150 online. So, I feel like this place is very helpful and cheap, but youre kind of taking chances when buying stuff there. I really enjoy this store.

I absolutely love Its $5 I have gone there three times this wk and plan to go Saturday. It’s so fun just digging through stuff. Never know what you are gonna find. It’s so much fun and the staff is amazing very friendly. I have told all my friends about this store and they are now all addicted as well.

What an amazing place! I had no idea what this new store in Olathe, Kansas was all about, but I went in, and I am hooked! I’m glad that there is a clothing side, as well. I’ve encouraged my daughters to come shop with me! 🦋

I love this place! I have found so many awesome things, many that were on my Amazon wish list. The best part is when I get them here I have them instantly and for less than $5. I even found wine drinking crowns for myself and my SIL.

This is an amazing place to visit if you have an hour or two to spare! You never know what kind of treasures youll find! Last Saturday two people found the iphone xr! You never know what youll find. Everyone that works there is wonderful and are extremely helpful! The Manager Derek is great with the customers and keeps a well run store! Go by and visit sometime, like the cashier said... I love this place so much! Youre always going to find an awesome bargain no matter which day you go. As a single mum to 4 kids ( 3 between ages of 14 and 18) a dog, a cat, a lizard and multiple fish tanks, Im always trying to save money where I can. Before I found this place I used to do tons of thrift store shopping. Multiple store-more gas- tons of time... but now Ive found its5 and have gotten so much more! Ive been to my store maybe 6 or 7 times and have really gotten great deals. I have yet to go on a Saturday and want to this weekend. As long as you dont mind picking through bins and putting in a little bit of work, youre going to love this place. Even the clothing side is awesome! I am a tall chick with big feet and theres always cute shoes in my size! One of my favorite finds is a long sleeve black shirt with the shoulders showing. When I wore it the first time, my daughter said wow! I never felt so good from a piece of clothing! Another of my faves is an aquarium heater for my huge 65 gallon tank that I would have spent 50~ bucks on for 2.50$! I also love finding tons of body jewelry and ear buds! (Always losing those!) I would have spent so much more ANYWHERE else. Including online purchases. (Theyve got tons of xmas stuff out now too). You never know what youre going to find! Its just tons of fun! I always bring a pair of work gloves (and headphones to jam to my music) because theres sometimes broken glass around despite best efforts. Only wish they had a vending machine too! I get thirsty and dont want to leave. Also, I really wish they would consider donating any items theyre tossing away to our local charities. Not everything I know. They could do so much good with it! But I understand... maybe in the future!Definitely worth your time. Plan to spend a couple hours. You wont be disappointed! Happy hunting!

Love this store. Found a Chi straightner and my best find ever a brand new Galaxy smart watch! The New management will help keep this location the best! Love it here and will continue to come multiple times a week! They truly stock, and manage the store by far better. I was number 87 when i found the chi and watch! Crazy place. Lots shoppers grabbing stuff for internet resell items. You have to dig through various bins to find items. But sometimes you find some good stuff too.

Highly recommend checking this store out if you havent yet. You can find some great deals and great items.

I really have found some amazing deals at its 5.I love that you always know the prices of items depending on what day of the week you go.Ive gotten everything, from a brand new blender, energy drinks, a weighted blanket and a back seat cover for my puppers for $5 or less.Saturday and Sunday are the best days for new inventory, but Ive still found a $230 item on Friday for 10 items for $5!And yes, seriously, you can find Chromebooks and Iphones too.

Hubby and I came here for the first time and after visiting two others (Belton/raymore, and Excelsior Springs) this was the biggest by far. It was a Saturday and it was insane! I got in line which was very long and when in the front door I was astonished at how large this place was! They ran out of Carrs, and so I was unable to carry as much stuff even with the bag that they gave me (gets heavy real fast) it was so packed, difficult to move around when you have a toddler. Went to the other side which I had to leave my items at the counter for them to hold until purchase because they were seperate. Now this other side was my dream place for buying clothes that are brand new. (Better than Burlington, which I love.) Now all clothing regardless of what day of the week sells for five dollars. I went with a limited amount of money on hand and couldnt choose which item of clothing I wanted so I decided on shoes. I love shoes even though I cant wear a lot of them (mostly heels) but I do resell them. So I purchased the shoes on this side and went to the other side to check out my other items that they were holding. The line was so long, it was too long for a cranky toddler, so I left with out the items I wanted. No big deal, I really came unprepared and to see what a Saturday looks like here. Think I will come an hour earlier to be first in line to get a cart and probably on a Friday when I can get 10 brand new items for $5.00!🎉 How amazing is that? This Franchise is my new favorite and really my husbands too.

I would recommend u to hire a better managers! This Manager named Derek was so disrespectful to me ! I had the worst customer service experience ever! I went before they close and I was new to the town! I went and grabbed something from the area that they was preparing for the next day but I didnt know so bc Ive never been there before! A men comes and asked me to put what I took back in a way that I was stealing wich I didnt! I gave him the stuff back but he didnt believe that thats all what I got from that side! He latterly told me to give him some other stuff! He was so disrespectful and I would never go back to such a store where a manager thinks he can treat people like garbage!

My family & I love going going to It’s $5. It’s always an adventure and surprises as to what you may find. It’s a typical store where things are neatly displayed on shelving & you go in to pick out what you want or even have something specific in mind you want to find, as it’s different every time. This is a treasure hunt....literally!!! Digging and looking but it’s so much fun!!! We usually spend at least a couple hours over the past year, we’ve managed to on every day of week at random times & have always been very satisfied with our finds.It’s fun to make a list afterwards on the actual cost vs what we paid. I think our best trip yet was spending only $50 on over $1,200 worth of merchandise which included a home security set, juicer blender and a dyson hair dryer....yes you read that correctly....we got a $400 brand new never opened dyson supersonic hair dryer for $5....AN INSANELY GREAT DEAL!!!We’re also super happy we no longer have to drive to Belton or Claycomo, those stores are great but having one in Olathe has been awesome!! I also like how the reloads work on the weekends vs trying to drop a pallet of new good with everyone in the store. I feel the set reload times provide a much safer shopping experience for staff as well as the shoppers!!
