We had a very positive experience with Carpet Corner. My old neighbor, Keith, works for them doing measuring, so we thought it would be good to see what they had to offer. I talked to Maria in the Olathe store, and she did a great job listening to what I wanted, then showing me what was in my price range. I like that I could take samples home to look at them in my space, and pick out exactly what I wanted. They were not pushy salesman, just very good listeners and helpful, which was very greatly appreciated. I had 3 small children with me when I went to look, and they were very patient and accommodating. The installers were very professional and did a great, quick job as well! We had 3 bedrooms needing carpet. I would definitely recommend Carpet Corner!

Maria Harris was very helpful. The carpet is excellent. The pattern we picked needed to be manufactured and Maria kept us informed when we could expect installation. Installers were professional and courteous.

Highly recommend this place for carpet! They came back with with a lower quote for the same carpet and padding as that big place up near legends (you know the place that has a State in the name). It was $500 less for two rooms. In addition to being less, they also go it done sooner than the other place said they could do it, by 2 weeks. Buy from Carpet Corner if you want a better deal and to have carpet sooner than the big yahoo company that said my living room grew from 10 years ago when I had the big company do our carpet. Excellent customer service too. They called us a couple days after install to see how we liked it.

Worked with Maria and other staff to easily pick a stair runner that matches with my other stairs. She directed me to exactly where it was and I picked in 10 mins. We are very pleased with or engineered wood flooring. We decided to do the entire first floor. Maria was very helpful, and brought various samples to our home multiple times. We have received quite a few complements on the improved appearance of the new floors. Brian and the staff at Carpet Corner in Olathe were outstanding in helping us with our carpet needs. Theyre a locally owned company, with CUSTOMER SERVICE a number one priority, and it shows! No more big big stores for me when it comes to carpet or flooring.We know we have a local company who will always be there for that personal one on one interaction if we ever have a problem...they offer Lifetime carpet restreching (if needed), and only use the best folks to install their carpet.They were also great in explaining on how the carpet manufacturer warranty works, in that every 18 months you need to have the carpet PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED in order to keep the warranty in force. They had a local company they recommended to us, so I put them on our calendar for our first cleaning.We coulda spent $400 less for the same carpet installed at a BIG STORE competitor, however we went with Carpet Corner simply because they have been, and always will be, that FRIENDLY store down the street who knows your name when you walk in the door.

I always try and shop local business if I have the opportunity. Apparently I didnt look like a customer who could afford their products. I went in to look at a runners for my stairs. I didnt have measurement yet, I just wanted to look at my options. I was first told they didnt have runners, then they do but they have to order them. I asked the price point and the two salesmen didnt know. After looking it up, they said it was with installation and still didnt tell me insinuating it was very high. We discussed maybe finding a carpet I liked and bounding the edges which Ive read on many diy blogs that people have done. I was then taken to their close out special section bc again I felt like they didnt feel like I could afford anything else? It looked like they had a good selection in the store but I was not shown or treated like I could purchase any of it. I was told I should go look at Lowes or Home Depot. I really felt demeaned and talked down too. Im just 30 year old Mom with two young kids who was trying to finish her stairs and couldnt get any help here. Very sad.

Large selection, definitely high mark up prices found the same products at half price online with no delivery or taxes charged, which I could understand if there was more service but found the associate cold, and felt she was judging and made me feel stupid and worthless
