It was time to replace old carpeting in our large master bath with contemporary porcelain tile. I took four bids on this project. Joe, the owner of this franchise, was not only professional but also personable. He gave a fair bid, and including some extra details in his bid that others did not. We are very happy with the work. Hugo, their tile master, was wonderful. He did a superb job. We will be returning to Floor Coverings International for more projects next year. Thank you!

I was very happy with my experience using Joe & team to redo my kitchen floors. I had gotten other bids and was finding so many people just not being very responsive or following through on timelines, even providing a quote. My experience with Floor Coverings was completely different! There was always great communication. Carol was amazing and always very responsive to any questions I had. My floors look so great and are exactly what I was envisioning. From a pricing standpoint, it wasn’t the lowest bid I got and it wasn’t the highest. I was happy to pay a bit higher than the lowest bid in exchange for the communication and transparency I experienced with Floor Coverings. I would definitely use them again for any flooring project.

We loved that experience so much that we went with them again for all new wood throughout our main level. One of the best experiences i have had with a home remodel. Demo and Install was done very fast and very professionally. We had one minor issue with all the product coming in, however, when the issue was notice we were given a call immediately and presented with options instead of excuses. I had searched several different places and contractors to do our floors. On a whim I found international flooring on the internet and booked an appt right online which was great. Joe came out, took measurements, even had various samples in his car and was able to give me a quote that day where other companies I had to wait a week and then some wouldn’t even get back to me. I had several different things I wanted to do including carpeting, hard wood flooring, switching out spindles, and vinyl. Joe’s company was able to do all of it! Many of the places I went could only do the flooring part so I would have to hire someone else for spindles and trying to coordinate the 2 was going to be stressful. When Joe said they could do it all, it made things so much easier. When I decided to book with them, it went very smooth. The communication was great. They had so many samples and I didn’t have to leave my house to go to a showroom to look at anything. As a full time working mom, this was super convenient. Carol his partner was in communication during the entire project and dropped in frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. If there were any issues she was easy to get a hold of and get it worked out. The guys came in and got it done. I was surprised how fast they did the hardwoods. Super happy with the end product. Definitely recommend this company. Easy to work with. Pricing was just right too.

We had Floor Coverings International install the tile floor in our guest bathroom. We were so happy with the experience and installers that we only reached out to Floor Covering International when we were ready to have our master bathroom tiled and wood floor laid on our main level. Having Joe come to our house to help us pick the tile and floor makes for the best buying experience (especially with two young boys) and the installers did a great job, going above-and-beyond on the installation.

Carol came by within a couple of days to look at the issue, i had new wood flooring dropped off a day later and her team was out the following week to replace and stain the floor boards....no cost!
