Started in January we talked to Scott from the Company, He had us come in fill out all the paperwork to subcontract through them it sounded great. We signed the subcontractor agreement and emailed them our insurance. They came back at us said we needed to upgrade our GL to 2 million (we thought was odd we were already covered for half a million) and add their name to a COI, we upgraded our insurance which was almost $1000) during this process Scott kept sending messages to us via FB saying he has jobs lined up we just need to get them that COI with their name on it and insurance to get us started. Well we got all that to them and were ready to go, for them to stop communication we call them and ask how things are going, Scott says I have a job and so does don Ill give you a call back by the end of the day. Then no return call from anyone. Thats happened 4 times now in 2 months. The communication with this company is very sketchy and unreliable for small businesses.
