I emailed in off a 2nd party site inquiring about a vehicle they had. I asked if they traded. I got a response back. After I gave them the info on my vehicle as Im 200 miles away I didnt get a response back. I then emailed directly through their site. Got a response back again asking what I had. I even said if they werent interested in my trade I could sell it to Carmax. They never responded back again. Poor service.
