Always get the job done well, but my last oil change was pretty pricey and they added a shop fee that was not called out to me in advance. Expected to pay $149 and ended up paying around $182. That being said the staff has always been very friendly and flexible when I needed them to be so you get what you pay for! The only Honda dealership we will purchase a car from, we have purchased 7 cars from them and always give us a great deal!

I took my 2008 CR-V, recently purchased at a different dealer, into the shop. The car was experiencing very intermittent starting issues which can be extremely difficult to diagnose. The staff took the needed time and was very diligent in diagnosing the problem. Although they could have performed $3000 to $4000 in repairs based on the symptoms, they involved multiple service technicians to correctly diagnose the problem and minimize my out of pocket costs.Due to the delays in returning my vehicle and the potential high cost of repairs, Honda of Olathe provided me with a loaner vehicle. Today, I received my CR-V back with a new starter which, although expensive, cost far less than the potential alternatives. Now, we have to wait to see if the intermittent issue rears its ugly head again in the next week or two. (These types of issues are very irritating for both the customer and the service personnel.)My thanks to Alex for his patience in working through the process and with my multiple visits and calls over the past few days.

These guys ... and gal! ... were wonderful! Got me right in, at almost closing time, to replace a battery in my old Honda. They even brought the battery out to the entrance bay, and installed it there, while we kept the car running. (Battery wouldnt hold a charge, and if turned off would have needed a charge just to move it.) Off and fully running, new battery installed, at closing time, on a Friday! Cant get much better than that!!

Omg these guys rock. I had my car towed there cause it was dead. We tried to jumpstart it but it didnt work. Turns out we just didnt do it right. They checked everything, charged the battery and I paid 0.00. To top it off they delivered my car cause Im Ill. These guys are honest and the best. This teacher would give them an A+.

I took my vehicle, which I purchased from them, for an alignment Friday July 23rd. So my service advisor (man bun) needs to have some customer service lessons, believe me! Also, figured my alignment wasnt done or done correctly, because they didnt give me a printout of it, because they said it was shredded. I asked for a reprint and they couldnt give me one. I took my vehicle somewhere else for an alignment check afterwards and it showed out of alignment, which I figured all along. This is the second time I received a bad experience from them and wont return for service. They lost my business and the purchase of the car was absolutely great! So, now to get my money back for the alignment. For the record, I tried calling them more than once, before posting my review, but no one has even cared to call me back. I was told a manager would call me, but hasnt.

Every member of the service staff is very nice and will do their best to help fix the issue you are having with your car. The waiting room is very spacious, and they offer complimentary coffee and individually wrapped snacks like granola bars. During non-Covid times they have donuts, fruit, and other snacks. They also have free WiFi as well as computer stations to use while you wait. They also do quality work and stand behind it. The main reason I bring my car here is because I bought it here, but I would recommend any Honda owner to bring their car here for repairs.

Scheduled alignment and transmission service. Price seemed high when I arrived. Came out to pay and an oil change had been added without my approval. If I had not asked and looked I would have payed for a service I did not or need. This is why people do not trust dealerships.Check your services and bill before paying.8/9Update: Honda offered to replace the oil with the usual Amsoil I run and reimburse me for the oil. I agreed and had the oil replaced and service manager stated I would be mailed a check. After 2 weeks and no check I called multiple times with no return call. Finally contacted person above service manager and he was able to get me in contact with service manager who either forgot or never intended to reimburse me.Again this is why no one trusts dealerships.After this service I will not be returning to Honda of Olathe as I feel they do not value me as a customer or wanted to earn my business/trust.

My wife took her car into this dealership for an alignment. No one came out to greet her, so she went up to a counter and happened to get JJ. After the alignment, they pulled the car in and asked for payment. My wife asked where the new readings/measurement were that show the vehicle was properly aligned. JJ said its shredded and showed it to her which my wife couldnt even read. So my wife asked for another one and after a few minutes JJ came back and said he couldnt get a new one. So how do you really know if the vehicle was properly aligned? All she knows is that she was asking why a guy was out driving the vehicle around and JJ said maybe he thought he over-compensated and wanted to check it out. After my wife paid (14 miles later), she ran it down to the local Goodyear shop. They did an alignment check and she got a printout showing the vehicle was out of alignment. So she paid for an alignment from Goodyear (who had MUCH BETTER customer service than Honda of Olathe.) I called Honda of Olathe and left a message with Shawn Wakeman, the service manager, and let him know what happened and asked for a refund and if he could call back. I never heard anything back from him. We have given Honda of Olathe a lot of business, but wont be giving them any more of our money.

I’ve been going to Honda of Olathe for years to service my car. They are clean, professional, and efficient so when it came time to buy a new car there was no question about where to go. Austin and Tony made the experience simple and a pleasure. It was quite the change from my previous car buying experiences. Most importantly the whole process was quick and didn’t waste my whole afternoon.I highly recommend them for their service department and now their sales!

This place caught what two repair shops could not figure out. My rear brakes needed to be repaired. I was perplexed and they gladly showed me the repairs that needed to be done. This place was clean and efficient. They got me in and out last minute notice in under two hours. Keep up the good work Honda of Olathe will consider purchasing a car when the time comes. A1 service.

Always very timely with service. One time they even took my son and myself to a restaurant of my choice, and picked us both up while my car was being serviced. The driver was extremely friendly and professional. Every time my car is in service, the cost is brought up at the very beginning so no hidden surprises. Highly recommend Honda of Olathe for service and for car purchases!
