My check engine light came on on Monday evening and where I normally take my car couldnt work me in on Tuesday so I checked around and found Dipman. Jason was great and worked me in for a quick diagnostic in the parking lot. He cleared the light and sent me on my way to return if it came back on. When it did a couple hours later he had me return and worked me in dropping it off. They were able to get it fixed up reasonably priced and get it back to me by 4p. When it acted up and concerned me on Thursday they worked me in and lent me a car so I could get to work on time on Friday morning and went above and beyond to make sure it was okay. Everyone Ive dealt with there was very kind, friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend and will definitely be back (hopefully not too soon!)

I highly recommend Dipman Auto Service. I was told by a tire service to be nameless that I needed car realignment and that my front tire was showing bad wear. I bought 4 new tires elsewhere and made an appointment with Dipman for the alignment. They called me to say that my car was perfectly aligned and no need for service and no charge. They could have easliy charged me and I never would have known the difference .

My daughter’s Volvo SUV was dropped off at this location after she had lost a wheel. Not only did they follow up with me to find out what was going on with the car, but they were able to get a salvageable wheel, add a tire, and install it for us making me feel much better that my daughter was in a safe vehicle. Outstanding service, very professional, and the communication was great!

I went to have my car checked before a 13 hour road trip. I asked them to do the usual check and check my brakes as well because my wheel was shaking when I used them. They called me saying the brakes were fine but I had a loose tie rod that needed to be fixed and fluids changed. We were 1 hour into the road trip and my wheel started shaking again. I took it to another mechanic after the trip and he immediately told me I needed all new brakes, my rotors were warped, and I was leaking rear differential fluid.The staff was very friendly but sad to say the service was not good.

I dont know if anyone really loves getting their car tuned up, but these guys at least take a lot of the stress out of it. Since they went in on 56 highway my whole family has gotten in the habit of scheduling here for maintenance. Quick work with good communication, and the prices have always seemed real good.

Barth and Brad took excellent care of me and even saved me money by showing me what was causing the battery to drain. I think great mechanics are ones that charge you fairly ... but honest ones are the ones who dont take advantage of a chance to charge you.. I will definitely refer them to anyone

Ive been an occasional customer of Dipman for a number of years with a number of vehicles, and they have always been fair, honest and professional.My most recent experience involved my Explorer. It needed the fuel pump replaced and there were extenuating circumstances with this job, but Barth was very accomodating and worked with me.A short while later the same vehicle developed an exhaust system problem that really just needed a weld repair. Dipman wasnt able to do that kind of repair work but they recommended another shop in town who ended up doing the job.What I really appreciate is the integrity and honesty with all of my experiences with Dipman, and I will continue using their services whenever needed.

We had our sons car towed to Dipman to check out the issue which happened to be a blown motor. They were very nice to recommend a tow company, look over the car first thing on Monday morning and call us with an update. Although we decided not to have the motor replaced, I would highly recommend using their service.

Dipman stood behind a repair made a few months ago and covered it under warranty. It may not have had anything to do with the repair work or the replacement parts but they chose to warranty the repair anyway. I believe a lot of other auto shops would have used the opportunity to take advantage of the situation. These guys are straight shooters.

Wheel bearing replacement. I am very pleased with the service I received. Barth kept in contact for the whole time. Wheel bearings were difficult to do. Mechanic did an awesome job.

I expected a higher level of professionalism from Dipman Auto Service based on their high 4.9 review score. Which makes me wonder how many customers check the work done to their vehicles. I took my Tacoma in for an alignment and specified that I wanted the tires balanced. The truck is new to me, and Im tracking down some vibrations, so troubleshooting starts with baselining the alignment and the tire balance. Drove the truck home, didnt really notice any change, but the alignment printout indicated the truck was properly aligned. Drove to work this morning (during the ice storm, thanks Fort Leavenworth!), and found the truck to be really sketchy, which I attributed to the road conditions. Ultimately I ended up in a ditch. Thankfully the truck wasnt damaged and I was able to continue on my way. Even after the ice on the roads melted I still felt like the truck was sketchy at speed. So when I got home I parked the truck, went inside and let the truck sit for about 4 hours (tire pressure can only be properly measured on a cold tire). When I went out to check the tire pressure I found that the front tires, which were supposed to be inflated to 26 psi per the vehicles specification as detailed in the door jam, had been inflated to 35 psi (see pic). I also noted that the wheels werent balanced since all the weights were very weathered (see pic). Needless to say, if a tire shop cant get tire inflation right they shouldnt be trusted to touch anything on your car. I wont be back, and youve been warned.

I didnt know until I picked my car up that no one at this business is wearing masks. Mechanics were socially distanced, as far as I could tell, but the customer-facing guys were unmasked. This was in February 2021. They dont care about customers health, so they lost this customer. And as many as I can get to listen.Reply to Owner Response: Theres nothing to do to help at this point. Three men sitting at the counter all unmasked in February - they all violated your mandatory policy without consequence?

This is one of the best managed automotive service establishments I have witnessed in my entire life. Shane dipman (owner) is not only the best person to run an auto service business but he is the most impressive manager in regards to his employees not to mention his customers who come first. Throughout my husbands career hes been treated like dirt manager after manager in the auto service industry but the only manager / company who treated him with respect and dignity is Shane dipman. I recommend this business not only for your auto repairs and maintenance but employment as well. Great prices, friendly staff, and quick thorough complete service.

Went in for a new headlight. They fixed it quickly. For some reason the headlight was bad. Called them up took my vehicle in a week later and they jumped on it and fixed the problem very quickly. Had me out within 10 minutes. Staff is very friendly. Will be going back whenever i need something done.

I have known Shane and Shawna Dipman for years having been a coworker of Shawna’s in the past. We have used Dipman’s for some minor things in the past but had usually relied on dealerships or service providers closer to home. This was the first time we used them for what turned out to be extensive repairs on an older vehicle. I worked directly with Barth their service manager throughout the process. He kept me informed made certain we were comfortable with the recommendations being made and stuck to the letter of the estimate. On the day our car was ready we had no surprises. Even better when an issue raised its head a few days later Barth found a used, warranted part to repair something that was missed through no fault on their part. Even better had it installed with no labor charges.These folks are like family, everyone is friendly and work hard to make sure they take care of you and your vehicle. I can’t sing their praises loud enough and I’m not one to leave reviews good or bad let alone give details of my experiences. If you want honest, on time service for your vehicles you can’t go wrong calling Dipman’s.

I called the day before to make an appointment for my oil change and he (Tate) explained to me everything they would do (rotate tires, check car over, etc.). I was there a few minutes after 11 the next day. They were super friendly and nice. Everyone who worked there was so positive and happy. They were done by 11:45 and everything went great. I booked an appointment with Dipman Auto for an oil change and to have the air conditioning checked on an older van. They were very professional and efficient. They called me as they were working on the van to update me on the progress and ask if I approved an additional (under $20)repair that they recommended. I will definitely use Dipman again and for my other newer vehicle.

Had some serious issues with my F-150 recently. A few major parts had to be replaced over the span of a few weeks or so and these guys are so friendly and understanding of the situation and make you feel good about whats going on with your vehicle. It was a long process to get to the root cause of what happened with my truck but they were all helpful and gracious with me the whole time. These guys are always top notch, friendly and don’t hit you with a big “up-sell” every time you’re there. Never have to double check their work, lugs are torqued appropriately and work is done right. There may be cheaper places to get tires but you won’t get the same customer service at one of the other big chain stores. Feels like a family run shop.

I took my duramax 3500 in to get a front end alignment. They were courteous and professional. They took care of my alignment in a timely manner and at a fair price. They also found an issue with my truck that had nothing to do with the alignment and pointed it out to me. I really appreciate that kind of extra effort. I highly recommend this shop.
