I have tried calling this company several times in regards to a order sent over for a pt. I have left several messages and to date NO ONE HAS RETURNED A CALL YET.... Please explain how you all are still operating and making sure pts are taken care of.

I have had dealings with NSM for the past 4 years with good experiences each time. Most recently, my disabled daughter needed a stroller and I couldn’t be more pleased with how smoothly things went. I got a text message each time the order moved to another stage in the process (dr paperwork done, insurance approval, etc) so I never had to wonder where we stood. Once the stroller arrived to their office I asked if I could pick it up in person rather than have it delivered since I wanted to use it for a trip before the estimated delivery date and they were incredibly accommodating. We went to their office and the ladies there were so sweet to me and my daughter, explained how to work the chair and didn’t act like we were intruding on their day whatsoever. I’m so happy with the stroller and that we got it in time for our trip and delighted with the service NSM gave us. Thank you all so much, keep up the great work!

Thank you, George, for your helpful review. I’m one month into trying to get a wheelchair for myself and they can’t even return phone calls. I’m done. I’ll find another provider or Drive to Dallas.

I tried to work with this company for a little over couple of months to get my mothers equipment. Lets start with the fact that it took about three weeks for them to even get the paper work from my doctor. The reason; I find out is that the fax number that was given to OU Family Physicians was not the correct number. To me, as a retired business professional myself, is completely unacceptable. When you receive your documentation in this format that is the first thing you verify. The next thing is I spent a lot of time on the phone leaving them messages over the expanse of the two plus months I tried to get my mothers necessary equipment because it was rare for anyone from this office to actually answer the phone. Now lets move on to the fact that I rarely received a return phone call to discuss what was going on with my mothers account. So going into the third month of waiting I called my insurance and this company myself and told both my insurance and this company to cancel my order only to receive a text about a week later telling me that my mothers order has advanced to the next step. This company or at least this store in general appears to me to be unprofessional and inept at being able to handle their patients needs.

I have call and call and call this company to check on the status on my sons wheelchair and i do stay on the line to talk with a representative until im asked to leave a messages but NO ONE ever gets back with me and my sons PCP said he has NEVER got anything from the paper work to sign that National Seeting and Mobility has asked for so yeah im not a happy mamma bear with this company .

Cannot get someone to answer phone, nor do I receive a call back after leaving voicemail. Assessment for repairs done July 1, 2020. PCP has signed off for necessary repair parts a while back. Always had good service in past.

They have taken over a year now to get me a wheelchair thats actually brand new and functional. I have been on a pillow waiting for a wheelchair to come with the new cushion, I has it delivered by the certified technician whom assembled it he then rolled into the house bent rims and everything then leave. I then called the company to say something about it the tech sent out knew nothing about fixing the problem, after five trys which includes ordering incorrect rims and so on yet theyre still having insurance company pay for their mistakeI now have a flat cushion once again from the tires rubbing my breaks, cushion and some reason I have to wait for a tech I need a proper cushion, wheelchair for the love of Go . Its been almost 19month since I have been fitted for the chair
