I ordered our hot tub a few months ago. I thought I would not get it until later this Fall. It was to be started on the 27th or so of this month, August. We got a telephone call last Thursday and it was delivered last Friday.My Son is an Appliance Tech and was able to wire it in and set it up for us. I love it. It was well packaged and is what I wanted. Love the water fall and colored lights. It sure does help with my sore knees. We use it after dark so really am enjoying it.

I have had my hot tub six months. I wanted to wait just in case there were any problems and to give an accurate review. The hot tub is exactly as described. The salesperson was very helpful and courteous. The delivery was exactly as described (it did take a while but they were honest about that from the beginning). Delivery went fine. My husband and I are really happy with our purchase and wed recommend Aqua Living to friends.

Excellent experience buying. Did it all via texting and phone calls. Super responsive to all my questions and concerns. Tub arrived sooner than expected and was delivered by very courteous gentleman. I absolutely love my spa! Best quality for the money. I’m glad I chose Aqualiving. 😊

The hot tub arrived earlier than expected. Very nice. Due to the way the world is the chemicals I ordered are going to be later than I would like. Sometimes you just gotta know everyone is busting tail. Overall a great experience. The tub is awesome.

I ordered my hot tub on 9/22/20. Today it is 1/15/21 and I still don’t have my tub. When I bought the tub I was told beginning of December. Every time I’ve called I get told a later date. I’ve even emailed with corporate and was then told first week of Jan it would go into production. I called today. It’s just now getting started today. Terrible.

Becky was extremely helpful and was up front about the lead time to delivery. We werent in a rush so we were fine waiting to get a deal. Got the tub in roughly 12 weeks from purchase date. Initial quality looks good and the wife enjoyed her first bath. My main issue is that the installation instructions were quite lacking and the slimline drain gasket doesnt stay in place so Ive had to adhere it with silicone. Id still buy again. Price is worth the wait.

Overall we had a good experience, we went in knowing about what we wanted and the sales associate was helpful and answered our questions. It took a bit longer than Id have liked to get the hot tub, but during a pandemic its about what I should have expected. I only have a few things I wish had gone better: I had no idea when the Hot Tub was going to arrive. I called often to check on the shipment dates and they were always (5-7) weeks, even after 4 weeks went by. Suddenly the Hot Tub was ready for delivery. I was excited and frustrated because I had called the week before and was told (3-4) weeks. Silver lining was the delivery people were VERY helpful, helped cut a hole to lower the hot tub into the electrical spot on the bottom of the hot tub and did all of this AT NIGHT. I was the last Hot Tub on the truck, but they still showed up. Overall a good experience.

Waited over 2 months to receive tub and was missing hand rail and chemical kit package. we really needed the hand rail because my husband is disabled and need something to hold on to to get in the tub. I understand the chemicals were delayed due to weather but we should have gotten the hand rail. I paid $350 for delivery and I dont think I should have to make a trip to the warehouse to pick it up. Becky was great but Im still not happy about waiting on the hand rail. Also I hope they dont forget about sending the chemicals.

I have had the HB19 for almost a month. It has been working great! It took several days for the temperature to heat up to 104, but once we got past that, it was smooth sailing. For a 110 model, this is a very good hot tub.

We have been waiting 12 weeks with no delivery in sight. Very frustrating. The local staff is great and I understand delays - but at this rate we are regretting not just buying something in stock locally.Update: still waiting and after being told it was scheduled to complete production in 2 weeks we are now told it hasnt even started production. So we are probably another 4 weeks out - more than 20 weeks away. But you can guarantee they are charging interest on the financing from day 1.

We are loving our new X-3 Spa. We studied the website and decided the X-3 met all of our needs. After placing our order, Becky called to touch base with us and offer any assistance. With all of the Covid-19 related obstacles, we had expected 10-12 weeks waiting time for them to build our spa. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an email and phone call from Becky telling us they were shipping out our tub a little over 6 weeks from origination. We received our beautiful spa and all of the extras just as we ordered. I ordered a hot tub at the end of may I was told it would take 6-8 weeks. Today july 18th i called time get my delivery date they told me 6-8 weeks and 4 weeks ago i was told 6-8 ave when i wanted to go somewhere else becky told me i could not get my $700 deposit back . If i never called i probably would have never heard about this. I’m extremely upset with this experience . I will call her tomorrow and update this post accordingly.

Sold me a lemon took longer than expected to get the tub, they rushed the manufacturers for of the tub, after paying an electrician a lot of money to install come to find out it’s missing pieces

Friendly sales rep, but when I received the delivery of my hot tub a piece was missing. I have had promises that have been unfulfilled. I was told the part would be here on a certain day and when it finally arrived a few days after that, it was the wrong part. They assured me that they would be overnighting the part and when I called to get the tracking #, I was told, oh Im sorry. We were out of the part, but it will go out tomorrow and you will definitely have it by Saturday. When I check the tracking # it says I wont get it until Monday. 😕
