I have always wanted a pool, I finally got one in 2020. The okc store was very helpful in helping me accomplish my goals. The sales team and parts is very helpful in my start up and closing the pool. Rustin came out today for some service work on my 70 year old mothers new pool. He deserves praises not only for going above and beyond during the job, but for being professional, patient, and attentive with her and her many, many questions. Family Leisure hired a 3rd party a few weeks ago to do the pool install and the aftermath of the install left us quite frustrated and ready to throw in the towel. However, Andy was eager to correct the issues and make it right so he sent Rustin to rescue. Hats off to Rustin and Andy!

We worked with Keith to get our pool purchased, I went and picked it up today. He did not pressure me to purchase anything I did not need, and answered all of my questions. The process was super easy, we are just waiting to be scheduled. Hopefully the rest of the process goes just as smooth!

Poor service. We chose a patio set and was told several different stories about having the chairs and cushions. We were called by the sales person, Donna, and told that they had everything we wanted. We were told that we would receive an email and be able to pay and set up delivery. We never received an email so we called back and was told that they did not have the chairs and cushions. Very unorganized and poor communication. We chose to take our business elsewhere. Disappointing.

Rustin Rustin did a great job on my hot tub and finished in a timely manner and I am very happy with his performance I would recommend him to anyone and I would like to see him come back and complete my hot tub repairs that need to be done again so we’re scheduling another appointment and I would like to recommend that he come to me and be the guy that comes out and fixes it because he is such a good hard worker and he did a wonderful job I’m very happy

Buying process was easy.FL contracted out for someone to come out dig, lay sand and level. They dug right into my sprinkler system and into my internet lines. The worst part was they didnt level out the dirt they left behind just made mountains in my yard. Which cost me a lot more money paying someone else to come help level the yard.The pool set up was great and the pool looks nice.Everytime Ive ever needed service, theyve booked me quickly and have given the best possible customer service.Would have been a 5 star review if it wasnt for whoever they contract out too for the digging. I definitely recommend Family Leisure, just do your research before you let their contractors dig your yard.

These guys are the best! I have purchased my pool and hot tub there over the last few years. Their outdoor furniture is more expensive than the Lowe’s etc.....but it is so much better comfort and quality. We love our new sectional!!!!

We purchased our above ground pool last March. We were given the wrong pump and had to go back to the store to get the correct one and was given an upgrade without asking due to the wrong one given to us. The pool was installed the next month, we built a deck around it and we have enjoyed every minute of it. We love our pool from Family Leisure OKC.

I walked in knowing nothing about patio furniture, but after talking to an associate named Ferris I can honestly say I learned quite a bit. I explained to him my soon to be wife and I are moving into a new house in a couple months and he helped me pick out some pieces that made sense for the house as well as my budget. He was very laid back and unlike most salesman, he was not pushy and I didn’t feel rushed. I will ask for Ferris any time I come in from here on out.

My Fiance and I bought a new home, so we went in to get a new pool and a hot tub. At first we were just looking at prices, and werent necessarily going to purchase that day. After speaking with James C (salesman) and he was able to either answer all of our questions, or find out for us, we were so pleased with the service, and the absence of a Hovering salesman, that we decided that day to purchase both a pool, a spa and a set of theater seating. James C was very respectful, but also had a great sense of humor. He got us exactly what we wanted, as well as a couple deals since we were buying multiple items together. He keeps us updated on delivery dates, install dates and all the information we requested. We have bought from them before on our previous home, and the service department is amazing. But im a thrifty shopper, so i wanted to get the best price, as well as the best service, and this place had both. If you want a great deal, a great salesman that wont be overbearing but will help answer your questions and make sure you get exactly what you want, go talk to James C at Family Leasure!

Weve done quite a bit of business here over the past 10 years but never again. Their commitments arent held and customer service is very poor. We bought an expensive fire pit. Deliver was rescheduled about two hours into the range they were supposed to arrive and I had to take off work for. Then we discovered it doesnt work. Called for service - delayed a week. And then they call to ask to reschedule a full week later. Demanded our money back. Save your time and shop elsewhere.

My hot tub is very important to me because of my chronic pain; I’ve been without it since October. They ordered the wrong pump and cancelled installation or just did not even show up to install it 5 times. They did the same thing to us a couple of years ago with another part. Lame excuses each time and charged a $200 deposit that they weren’t supposed to charge. It’s a new year and still no hot tub!!! I recommend using a different company if you are expecting respectful and professional service.

Awful delivery! Scheduled one week out, did not show for appointment, called 5 - FIVE - hours later with story about broken truck. Not worth it, go to Lowes, Big Lots, anywhere. LEISURE is for their delivery model.

Family Leisure had a large selection of high quality patio furniture. Donna was a wonderful, knowledgeable salesperson. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. I bought a patio dining set that I’m very excited to start using. It was overall a fun experience!

Super friendly people! From the time I walked in I felt like a member of the family. They helped me pick out the pool table of my dreams and even delivered it! 3 stars for the service... 5+ stars to the pool installers. 5+ stars for the least amount of money we are paying for our pool, install, and delivery.

Purchased an above ground pool 3.5 weeks ago. We were told at the time of purchase that it would be installed in 2 weeks. I understand weather plays a factor in the companies ability to install the pool; however, now im seeing lots of reviews that talk about installation and customer service issues. When I picked up the pool I had to walk the guy at the loading dock through the purchase order multiple times just to make sure all my boxes were in my truck. It took my 3-4 times pointing out to the young man that my ticket stated that I should have 31 boxes and he had only loaded 20 something boxes. Still worried that I may not have everything needed for the install. Pool was supposed to go in tomorrow now its pushed, again, to Thursday. We will have to wait and see. Not impressed thus far. If it ever actually gets installed and is what Im expecting I will change this review. But for now I see lots of areas where they may need to consider some improvement. Staying optimistic for a good outcome.

I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service. I fully understand the current situation we are all dealing with at this time due to Covid 19. I do not have a problem with the amount of time it took to get my pool installed as I was told upfront it could be 6 weeks. What I do have a problem with is the fact that I paid IN FULL for my pool, installation and delivery on June 11, 2020. My pool was installed on July 17, 2020 with no filter/skimmer, accessories or chemicals to put in the pool. I purchased a small pump and chlorine in an attempt to at least keep the water moving and clear, to no avail. I now have approximately 13,000 gallons of water in a pool sitting in my yard turning green and becoming a health hazard. I was told by 2 different people they would deliver chemicals to my home so that at least we might be able to keep the green out. I have received nothing. The last phone call I got was July 24 telling me the filter/skimmer should be here on July 29 and they would call me for installation. I have documentation of all communications with Family Leisure since I purchased they pool that is almost 2 typed pages long and too long to place on a google review. I am exhausted calling Family Leisure trying to get answers, so I am resorting to a poor review in hopes that something will get corrected.

This is the only place that I go to get my pools supplies... Bought my pool from Family Leisure 8 years ago and its still working perfect... Staff is great and the Perma Salt system that they sale is the best around... Super low maintenance and cheap to maintain each summer... Go see Connie and Phil... They are the Best!..

Ian and Jason went out of their way to ensure that they repaired things. That was impressive and went a long way towards squaring things with me. We bought a pool from family leisure. Everything was super easy and we felt like the price was right. We bought it in the winter and it wont be installed for a month or so. Pool was delivered quick to our house within the week we bought it. I will update review after installation.

Just bought a high value hot tub from Family Leisure. Delivery should be in 2 days, however I just wanted to leave this review for anyone/everyone.The other day I went up to the store to pay off my hot tub. I had been given a military discount on top of our negotiated price and the extra off was a little over $1000. Now I knew this might have been a lot, but after all thats what I was offered. Upon trying to pay off the remaining balance this was brought to the manager on duty, Jasons attention. It had been incorrect of the cashier to offer me that but after a second negotiation with Jason, I told him in the spirit of good business we can compromise. He did just that. Now although I didnt get the full $1000 off I still was happy with how it ended.The point of that is this, businesses still have to make a profit otherwise they wouldnt be in business, and that is understandable. As the customer we have great bargaining power but we also have the responsibility to be fair. In the end Jason and I came to an amicable agreement that was fair for both sides.Jason, you are a class act. Loved doing business with you. Hope to come in and do business again soon.

My husband and I was looking to purchase a swing set for our grandchildren my husband first spoke to Donna the swing set she suggested that we purchase she said it was all ready on the way to the store it will take about 4 weeks once they receive it we waited about 5 weeks we then called Donna back numerous times was told she would call back then was told she was always with a customer finally we texted her and told her we no longer wanted the swing and wanted to be reimbursed she then responded said she will have someone name Jason call us back still no response from him either after numerous calls and left messages when we finally got him on the phone he said Donna should not have told us 4 weeks and allow more time we then waited another 2 weeks with no response my husband and I then went to the store when we walked in Donna saw us and turned her head we then asked to speak to a manger we then spoke to a man name Jason we explained everything again he then said we had a special order and could not get our money back we had text messages from Donna saying the swing set had already been ordered so it was not a special order he told us that we would have to speak to the owner he will have him call us we said ok, he then said he would give us $500 off the swing set and the swing set was there and he could have someone there on the following Thursday which was November 6 between 10-2 we took off work and no one ever showed up and we have not heard from Jason or anyone from Family Leisure I will never recommend this company to anyone I know.....As of November 11 2020 we have heard from know one it will not allow me to post this without giving a star but frankly I dont think you deserve any stars....

Bought a pool in May and still waiting to have it installed. Called and left message several times.. no call back yet. Had a site survey done prior to purchase. No issues is what was said they figured the cost and in good faith moved forward.The installer showed up without the pool after multiple calls to tell me what he could do. Said $1300 extra and I can put it in. Sent him my email and asked for him to quote it. Still waiting for him to send the quote almost a week later.Just want a pool and for it to be installed.How hard can it be!!!Update pool has been installed!!!However we are still missing items and it wasn’t the pool we originally picked out they had sold out of the pool we purchased. I will give compliments to the installer. Did good job except 1 sharp item can be felt in the middle off the pool now that it has been filled.Let’s hope we get the missing items including the pole that you connect to your cleaning items and broom.

While shopping for a swim spa we went to all of the local businesses that had swim spas in their showroom to learn about the different brands and models available in our budget. The experience at Family Leisure was by far the best. The customer service, information, and time they spent with us was amazing! They were patient, informative, and even let us come in and get into the swim spa and test it out for ourselves!

My parents bought my boys a tree house over 2 months ago! No phone call or anything, we had to call 6 times got told it would be 2 more weeks, it’s now been 6 weeks since my parents paid for this!!! The worst service and experience ever!!!

Customer Service is horrendous. I’ve been trying to get my pool replaced for since June 12, 2018 and visit the store weekly. So far nothing has been resolved. We are loyal customers and are PAYING to have our pool replaced within the warranty ramifications and I still cannot get my pool replaced. Anytime I call, the managers’ supposedly with customers. This is funny because I go in there every Friday afternoon after work and have been up there on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and there are never any customers; but guess what my pool still has not been replaced and summer is almost over. Save yourself the hassle and do not buy anything from this company. We used them because they were close to our house and we thought it would be convenient and easy. We should have shopped around more. Anytime anybody asks us where we got our pool from I’m going to tell them do not use Family Leisure and we get asked every summer because we have an amazing backyard. Our neighbors and friends came over regularly when we had our pool. Thank you Family Leisure for the worst summer ever. I have three kids at home but they cannot swim in a pool and no friends have come to visit them all summer and our oldest is getting ready to graduate so this was her last summer at home thank you for all the lovely memories (NOT)!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We bought a very expensive robot pool vacuum here two Summers ago. That vacuum is now worthless because the cord snapped in half. I was happy to buy a new cord... but you can only do so through Family Leisure. The company that makes the vacuum, Aquabot will not accept individual orders on parts, they have to be ordered through Family Leisure. Fair enough. I tried, many times to accomplish this. I left multiple messages, talked to multiple people and got the run around for almost 3 weeks. Not once, out of more than half a dozen messages, were my calls ever returned. The only time I actually spoke to anyone was after sitting on hold for 15+ minutes until they were free to talk. Then I was told I needed to speak to someone else... who surprise surprise never called me back.Finally, on week 3 of this, and my pool getting filthier and filthier I gave up and bought a whole new unit from their competitor. We will not be buying anything else here, and anyone with a pool knows that’s thousands of dollars of business a year. Don’t waste your time, buy somewhere else.

I have called the service department no less than four times for the same issue with a one year old pool. With every call I had to explain again the issue I am having. Each time I speak with somebody I am either placed on hold and dropped or they do not return to the phone. On two separate occasions I have left my name and number for a call back but never received one. I will never give them my business again even if they offer free merchandise. That is not what I seek. I only expect more professional customer service and education on proper ways to troubleshoot my issue. There is absolutely no excuse good enough for the staff of this store to treat any single customer in this manner. TN. Look me up. Id love to tell you the same thing in person... but then again you never return calls.

We had a pool installed June of 2016. I had an issue with the liner and I didnt want to empty my pool that we just had filled, we wanted to enjoy it for the rest of the summer. I had contacted Jim (whos a delight) earlier this week and he got Josh and Jordan to come out to fix it within days. Josh and Jordan were absolutely wonderful to work with. Very nice and professional men.

Purchased a tree house a month and a half ago, when I called last week they said our tree house was in just waiting in the guy to get to it who has been putting them up. Still no phone call or anything!!!!! Worst service ever!!!

Terrible customer service. We had issues with getting phone calls returned when we were trying to schedule installation. When we finally got it scheduled, I sat around waiting for the installer to show up only to find out that he arrived at FL to find that our swingset was missing many pieces and was undeliverable. I had to call to get this information- Family Leisure didn’t reach out to me. There was dishonesty, lack of communication and lots of contradicting information after that. Only 5 months later, our swingset is peeling and chipping. A few damaged pieces were noted the day of delivery- again, a promise to bring replacements that never came. We are once again left with empty promises of returned phone calls from both Greg and Jason.

Bought our pool from Family Leisure last spring with the Perma Salt system. The maintenance was incredibly easy all summer. We closed the pool in October following their maintenance guidelines, re-opened last weekend. Super simple and the water was clear! This is our first pool so we didnt know what to expect. Now a year later, and we are very excited for the summer!
