Very impressed with the quality of the product and exceptional services. I have purchased 3 different spas from Aqua Haven over the past 30 years and each one just gets better. Cary (my sales rep) was awesome. We purchased our spa in May of this year but because of COVID supply issues didnt get it delivered till October. Cary told us this was going to happen and keep us updated every couple of months. Jesus, Josh, & Christian delivered out new spa and hauled away the old one. Very professional and careful not to damage anything. Jesus took the time to go over all the new features and chemical treatments needed. Highly recommend Aqua Haven, selection is awesome and customer service is incredible.

Worst service ever. I paid thousands of dollars for a hot tub that just breaks down all the time it had multiple pumps and heaters and surge pump and light module and cost 100 dollars everytime and never got to use it being it was always broke and now out of warranty and broke again. I called and asked for a replacement since they can’t seem to fix the problem that it breaks down every month and tried to get me to take apart and sent stuff when that’s not why I paid for new one and still no help. Believe me or not that’s your money and your choice and I’m sure some of there tubs is great but ours never works and they don’t do nothing about it now it’s out warranty and broke again and still owe over 7 grand and a junk hot tub that never works. Very unsatisfied

We have been very happy with our new spa and especially the delivery and set up! Hauling away our old spa was not easy but the deliver team did a great job on both. Spa was a bit more pricey than we had hoped but the fact that they had these in stock was probably worth the cost. I am sure we will be enjoying this new spa for many years, and the owner was a pleasure to work with at time of purchase.

I was worried about the delivery process due to my accessibility where I wanted my tub but the crew short work of it and then made sure my hook up went smooth.Now comes the fun times.... On March 5th of 2021 my husband and I visited the Aqua Haven Spa event at the Fairgrounds. We ended up purchasing one of their spas. We were asked for a $2300 down payment as the spa wouldn’t be ready till Mid September. Once we left that show it’s been “crickets” … It’s now mid October and I’ve called the company several times with no returned calls back to me. I’ve left messages for Rocky and Kellie. At this point we just want out money back and the “administrative and restocking fee” void due to no such action needed. According the only sales associates that answer the phone when you call the store our order still has no serial number.. I know manufacturing is delayed in many productions of items today but the fact we can’t get out calls returned or any communication is bad business. It makes us feel like they just took our money and ran.

Aqua haven did a great job delivering and setting up our new hot tub! It came with a 30 day supply of chemicals. Thry answered all our questions we had after set up. 5 stars so far! Excited to enjoy our hot tub once the weather cools down a bit.

Recently got a spa through Ryan at Aqua Haven. I had some extraordinary needs to get my spa transported to my house. I live a little far away. This place is a RIP off, charged us over $500 to open our pool. The process took over 3 weeks and when they started they had completed the opening the pt even able to be swam in because it was so cloudy you could only see about 12 inches. I ended up finishing it myself. When we questioned them about it we were told the only thing that was included in the pool opening was to remove the pool cover. Given we did not have a cover Im not sure what they were supposed to do. I hope as many people as possible will read this review before using their service and think twice. They are incompetent at best. Please beware of this company.

We received our hot tub today. Marcos and crew were fabulous. They were friendly, courteous and were conscious about not damaging the hot tub or any existing items in our yard. Marcos was fabulous in explaining and answering all questions since we have never owned a hot tub before. I appreciate Marcos patience. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Had our new Twilight Series Hot Tub delivered on 4/26/21. Had a minor issue which required Randy (Service Technician) to come onsite today, 4/29. Randy is extremely courteous, promptly fixed minor problem, and answered several other questions we had as new spa owners. Cannot say enough good things about their service or Randy! A side note also about Marcos and his installation crew, they were very mindful and did an awesome job also.

Signed up for a pool and right before getting it, my husband lost his job. They refuse to give money back even though there was no work done on it yet. I was told I could get a hot tub with the money. However, they never follow through with getting the concrete pad in. I have had scheduled times for them to come out and each time they stand me up with no phone call. I have asked for the money back multiple times and get a promise that they will do better. I would never recommend this place.

The sales person was super knowledgeable and very helpful in getting us into the hot tub of our dreams! The delivery staff were also very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job setting everything up. We are very pleased with everything!!

I should have known how this was going to go, I get to OKC to purchase a hot tub which I was already approved to purchase. The sales man was so busy running to other customers that I should have walked out then and there. Once the deal was completed the salesman was in such a hurry to shake my hand he failed to prepare me for what was next. He failed to tell me what size wire was needed because they dont provide those(which I did not know and was not told I needed to purchase) and he didnt explain that the tech (after promising the tech could hook it up) would not hook it to the breaker. He failed to tell me anything about how to get it hooked up.Then after two days of trying to track down the wires I need, and finally having time to call and ask, Im told this is 100 percent my fault. Im also told by my salesman that hes sold 1000s of these and he did no wrong. Terrible customer service. Didnt even try to help. Blamed me for not knowing, isnt that what a salesmen is supposed to do?

Horrible experience with Aqua Haven. Kim Wigley sold us a hot tub on March 16, 2021, paid $3100.00 down. Assured by Kim should be in this summer, worst case scenario at the very latest October. Called to check on purchased hot tub, told by their sales manager Rocky, looking at December now, unless we want to pay more money??? We were in Texas this last weekend, and same hot tub is available. Tried to get a refund on our down payment since it’s looking like winter 2021-2022, even though we were misled and told would definitely arrive sooner, we would be out of pocket over $2500.00 should we choose to request a refund, on the purchased hot tub, we have yet to receive. Complaint filed with BBB for misleading advertising, we will update this review should Aqua Haven make things right.

Service after the sale does not exist with this company! If I could give no stars then that would be more fitting.. We have battled with them for a year about issues with our swim spa. They say they will call you back and they never do. In the last 2 weeks we are 8 calls in about issues with our skirting and that the company cut it too short leaving the interior exposed. They give nothing but excuses. Horrible company and buyer beware!!!

Aqua Haven is the best! I’m in Tulsa but still use them for sale & service of my spa that I purchased from them over 10 years ago. The best part of Aqua Haven service is lead spa technician Randy. I knew nothing about swim spas and Ryan with AH made the learning easy. Helpful links to financing and low pressure sales. The Challenger by Master Spas is an amazing alternative to lap swimming in a lap pool. The added full array of exercise equipment means I can get a full body work out. After long research dnd consideration this offers year round swimming with the convenience of being at home. Maintenance is so so easy! Love ❤️ I tried a competitor brand but the current produced by this Master Spa product was preferred plus the comparable competitor product was substantially more money. Ryan has gone out of his way to make this purchase as simple as possible!!

I cant say enough about their great service over the past two years. Even though I have never had an issue until now, I have called many times with stupid customer questions and they have always responded with explanations and answers. Absolute terrible experience we purchased a pool on Friday 4/30/21 and were told by justin schulz that it was in okc in a warehouse and just needed to be preped and would be ready for pickup by the following Tuesday or wednesday i called on tuesday and spoke to him again and he clearly didnt remember his lie because he then told me that it had all come in the previous day by train from ny and would be ready by friday it is now friday and he is telling me that he never said it was all in okc and never told me it would be ready for pickup so here i sit out 4000 dollars and no pool and on top of that i have excavator rented for the weekend and im now out the 400 dollars in rental and delivery fees for it which i cant get back all because justin schulz in a liar and no better than a sleazy used car saleman

We had a great experience with Aqua Haven. We knew we wanted a Master Spa because we had one in the past and I wasnt sure I could make it happen since we live 3 hours from the closest dealer. Called for a quote to move a hot tub that i purchased from them. 1st call was made Feb 5th. I called back 6 times before they finally got me the quote on Feb 16th. (Almost 2 weeks after 1st call) It was not like this when I was purchasing but didnt want to help when trying to sell. No excuse for this

We bought our Master Spa 15D Swim Spa from Aqua Haven a couple of years ago and we absolutely love it! Over the weekend, my jets stopped working so I called and Ryan said it was probably a blown fuse. If so, I may have been able to fix it myself but I went ahead and had him schedule Randy to come check it out. Randy came today and yes, the fuse was blown but I also had an issue with the pump. Randy repaired the fuse and the pump (under warranty), tightened my paneling, tightened and cleaned some of my jets and waterfalls, adjusted and went over some of my settings and control panel, and gave me a few useful tips! I really appreciate his patience and knowledge. It was a great weight off my shoulders and I couldnt be happier. Thank you Randy!!

Worst to deal with. We have had a great experience buying and getting it set up. But we bought ours in June and now it’s leaking. I’ve called twice now and no call back. Worst customer service. Wish I would have never bought this hot tub!

My husband and I are new to the area and recently purchased a used hot tub and were pleased with the unit purchased, as well as the overall service. Aqua Haven even provided the unit with a cover, stairs, inflatable drink holder, and a beginners kit. When delivered, there appeared to be some cosmetic outer cabinet damage. Aqua Haven scheduled and repaired the damage in a timely manner. Sorry for the long review. I purchased an already made and ready to ship hot tub in July at an expo in Tulsa. At that time I was not ready for delivery as we were building a house. I informed Brian (salesman) of that and was told that that was no problem and that they would hold it as long as I needed them to. I paid in full there on the spot (my mistake) and we made plans for me to call when I was ready. At the time of purchase I was given the contract with SERIAL NUMBER on it. I received a call 1.5 months (September) later asking if we were ready in which we were not. At that time we were another month out on being ready. I was also told at that time that the hot tub was almost built and hadnt been assigned a serial # yet. After I questioned the serial # issue, I was told that I would receive a call right back in which I never did. I had to call later that day and was told by another person that he figured it all out and that there was no problem. We scheduled delivery for Nov the 4th. 1 week prior to delivery I received another call from someone saying that the hot tub had finally been assigned a serial # and was almost ready for delivery. Once again, after I questioned that and informed him that my contract already had the serial # for the tub that I had purchased listed I was told I would receive a call back from Brian (owner). almost 2 weeks later and I still have not received that phone call I was promised.BE CAREFUL, SEEMS LIKE A RIPOFF as I am still waiting for my hot tub.

Wish we could get ours. Told we’ve have it first Of October ordered on Labor Day weekend. Now we are being told it’s another four weeks. And we have to pay a 25% restock fee if we cancel although we have not even have possession of the hot tub yet we’ve paid for it. The buy of the tub was simple and painless but the install people thats a different story. The complaint is when attaching the cover lifter they put it lifting to the front covering the stairs and controls. Made no attempt to advise they were doing this or make it right. Make sure you check all work before they leave.

We love the product we bought and it was simple process and the hot tub show people were friendly and not pushy. With that said dont expect any phone calls to be returned after the purchase.We went into the store on a weekend as thats the only time we can and a product sales rep was on hand and friendly as well but not useful for our situation. We have left 3 messages, 1 in person and 2 over the phone and weve had our tub about a month with no return contact from them. So just remember you will be on your own after the purchase. I give the people we dealt with 5 stars but Aqua Haven customer service after the sale I have to agree with others and leave that at no stars.

I purchased a 10k dollar plus hot tub in February 2020. I have made numerous calls to get help with water balance problem. I have talked to a few people that couldnt help me. I was told I would receive a call from their water treatment expert. To date no return call. I left 2 voicemails for the owner Ryan with no response.I have read many other reviews from other Aqua Haven customers and it seems to be a pattern for Ryan to not return calls. I am not a happy customer with the service after the sale.

We bought our hot tub a week ago at the pool and spa show in OKC. Brendan went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, and Ryan-the owner-chatted with us for a couple of minutes during the process and was very nice. Granted, I havent had the tub delivered or installed; but if the delivery, installation, and performance are as good as our experience so far, I know we wont have any issues whatsoever.

Aqua Haven installed an inground pool for me in Feb 2019. Doug lead the project, could not have asked for better, he kept us inform at every step. Even though there were days that the temp was cold, Bos crew worked despite the cold and got the job done and were the best construction crew I have every worked with. Sean, the young man that came out and did the initial pooling clean did an excellent job and was very informative on how the pump and filter system worked and walked me through all the steps to maintain the pool in a way that I understood everything. I highly recommend Aqua Haven if you are thinking about installing a pool, great people to work with.

Aquahaven is quick to take your money... We purchased a pool and a hot tub in March of 2018 and told 2 month wait. Which was fine. After calling the owner Ryan Franks many many times and the threat to go pick up our deposit the pool was finally installed in December 2018. It is now June 2019 and the water fall does not work due to the way they poured the concrete (still waiting on that fix). We have been calling and calling... Ryan to get the hot tub delivered but he does not return phone calls. If you dont mind waiting and constantly leaving messages with no call backs then this is the pool company for you! If you want good customer service and promised delivery you may want to call someone else : (

Very helpful crew. Got a wrong part the first time, but they found the correct part and shipped to me very quickly.

Mike and John delivered our hot tub today and were awesome about working with us to put it where we wanted it to go. I would have probably given up because it was a difficult spot but they said we can try it and sure enough they fit it perfectly where we wanted it. Could not be happier with the customer service Mike and John provided! I would ask for them specifically if you can. Thanks again guys!

Joe, Will and Mark were very courteous and helpful. They helped us get the hot tub up on our upper deck and got everything set for us. I forgot to move the porch swing and chairs they even did that for me. They explained when to change the filters and made sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly guys!
