I just left there this morning. The place was clean and organized. I went in to order my food and the girl that was working the drive through gave me a genuine smile and a good morning. I tell you that, nowadays, it is rare t find restaurants that are clean and orderly and actually have people in them that engage with you. 5 stars to this location. Keep up the good work.

The staff at this location was very friendly and patient with us, since this was our first time eatingbat Braums. I had the Jalapeno burger combo. The burger was great but the fries were very heavily salted. If I could do it over, I would have asked for lightly salted fries. My wife got a banana split that was really delicious! Overall a great experience.

As always, the best service and ice cream. I wish Braums had some locations in Houston, Texas.

The service was fast and would have been great if we hadnt had allergies. The staff was friendly and quick, but, I guess we were holding up the line too much during a busy time by asking 1 question. We were told nothing is gluten free. Which is not true as far as the other Braums Ive been to. My kids said the food tasted great.

Delicious!! Im pressed how fresh and hot the cheeseburger & fries were. Its hard to get a fresh off the grill burger and fries both hot at the same time.. A little disappointed in the cookie & cream shakes, cookies at the bottom. And already melted.

A Good Breakfast. It is close to the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety/ Department of Motor Vehicle where we were getting a Driving Test.

Ive been going here since i was going to High School near here and i gotta say it never fails to disappoint.I never really have a problem with anything when it comes to going here but its a company so i expect proper etiquette and automated responses

Restrooms were clean, however one associate had protective mask below the nose and barely covering the mouth. Management is not taking store policy seriously. Associates did not present a professional appearance. Milkshake was satisfactory, but not good enough to warrant a return visit.

Had to come try one of their new sundae flavors. 4 new flavors for sundaes that I think lasts till summers over. 6 new ice cream flavors in total

I do believe that I am effin done with this place... ...last 4 times Ive been there, 2 orders missing things...1 price difference at the window... ...this time, I was just abandoned making my order, apparently, so they could take someone elses order...(not to mention that what was on the screen, was 5 dollars more than what the menu would have added up to (including tax) ...darned sure wont be back to this location...not even so sure that Ill ever get anything at ANY Braums, again...

It was good. Basically what youd expect from a Braums. Pretty good food, it was clean, and the staff were kind.

Service is always insanely quick and ive never had an issue with the food, id recommend this to everyone if youre looking for quick and affordable fast food.

The food was good and the staff was really nice, I only gave it 4 stars because it was pretty dirty. The restrooms looked like they hadnt been touched in a few days, and most of the tables hadnt been wiped off.My wife and I both got salads. They were amazing and super adorable!

Got a burger, the onions looked very horrible and I had a bug on burger. When going back at first she stated it wasnt a bug and when giving my money back she stated it was a bug Im sorry. Will not be back.

It is what it is, not the sharpest crayons in the box but everyone has to learn somewhere. Not unusual for orders to be wrong is unusual to get a smile from anyone working.

Coming here is a treat. Sometimes literally if going for ice cream. The staff have always been friendly and curious and service has been quick. Coming in for a few groceries is also always a breeze. Its fast food, but a better example than most. Recommended for a quick bite.

I have been there twice and chocolate milk shakes came out as chocolate milk. No firmness at all. You have to wait on icecream products while hot food comes out quick.

This place is a hit or miss when you go there. The chicken sandwich was rubbery tasting. The fries were freshly made but not hot. Dont understand after having to wait on fresh made fries.

Went to the Braums on Shields for an ice cream. Ordered a banana split. All the staff handling ice cream were not wearing gloves. Didn’t see any non-touch technic followed. The staff who took my order was nice, but he was slicing and placing the banana on the ice cream dish with his bare hands. My husband asked him whether its the company policy not to wear gloves. He apologized and said its the managers choice. While waiting for my order I saw one staff was holding a paper cup for filling drinks and was pressing the cup to the side of his face. I don’t know why he did that. Felt bad for the customer who’d drink from that cup. I love Braums ice cream, but this ice cream I had was not good. Kind of melted away. Not sure what’s going on with that store. We pay for the services. Please improve your services. Dont think Im going back there again.

Took 10 minutes for them to get my vanilla icecream cone to me. Then another 7 mins to tell me to pull around to the front for the chocolate malt, and it was trash..

I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff! Great workers. I have grown up with Braums milk and everything else they have for years. Been in Florida for a while and haven’t had Braums in a while so I stopped in for breakfast. So sad. The bacon egg and cheese bagel I was served was 90% bread. Hardly any egg on it. I remember these having MUCH more than just a bagel and cheese. On another trip back to Oklahoma I had a bacon cheeseburger and was SO DISAPPOINTED. The patty was small and didn’t taste the same as I remember. Braums still has it going on with milk but I think I’m done with their food. Maybe they shouldn’t try to fix a wheel that isn’t broken.

Their birthday cake sundae is delizh yall need to try and their chicken dinner is bigger n better than sonic u get chix strips fries rolls sauce n shake n pudding 😁

The problem I had at this location was I repeated my order 3 times and they never rang it up correctly so the manager was upset because the burger was made the way they rung it up.. was no mayo no braums sauce.. the rang up no sauce so I repeated no mayo 3 times and the girl yes I got it. Not only do they have delicious ice cream they also make a very very amazing hamburger. Cheese bacon burger heaven... You can get your meat fix and you can also have some delicious dairy. They make the best shakes around and any flavor you could desire. But do not buy their gallon of chocolate milk, and I repeat do not buy their chocolate milk. Out of everything that Ive ever had at the braums that is the one thing I will never have again. They can make hamburgers they can make ice cream they can make regular milk but they cannot make chocolate milk.

It should not take 10 minutes to get food when in drive thru. Plus it is annoying that they put straws in the bag instead of handing them out with the drink. They also dont seem to realize that people may need napkins when ordering out of the drive thru.

Love their food and grocery selection. They should try to be more courteous through the drive thru. These workers are rude.

Each location I go to a braums has excellent service I go on braums on i-240 and shields and I go on bronzer 44th and Sunny Lane both of those locations are very excellent customer service they noticed you when you first walk in there keep up the good work guys

Cooks please read the order correctly, I come here alot and this is the second time I bought a burger that had mayo on it when I said no mayo or braum sauce . The operator read it correctly back ...I hate mayo and my other bun is covered with it so now I get to eat a burger with one bun which is the bottom . 🙄😐 Sucks other than that food is always good

You never know what you will get with a bag of burgers here. I ordered 2 bags of cheeseburgers n the staff is so lazy they just threw burgers in there. I understand they are just burgers u microwave real quick, but u could at least put the correct burgers in the bag. SMDH only get icecream from Braums n then ones the cant mess up.

I went there this past Friday for breakfast and paid with my debit card. The next day I had 10 charges from the Apple store on my card and I have never bought anything from Apple. The only place I had used my card in weeks was here for breakfast on Friday. I will never buy anything from here again. When I called to inform the manager the response I got was well thats the risk you take by eating out maybe next time you will just skip eating all together.

Always check your order i guess. They always give you half what you pay for. Even if your order a bag of burgers with cheese youll wanna open each GD burger to make sure youre not getting gipped or youll be getting 1 cheese burger and 4 hamburgers for 8 bucks. YOU HAVE ONE JOB

I have the BBQ Bacon cheeseburger and it was pretty good. The milk shake was so thick I had to use a spoon it was nice. Almost like soft serve ice cream.

A group came in just before us. The associate helped them with their order and then handled their cash payment. We were up next and made our order which included a banana split. The associate did not wash their hands and proceeded to put their hands all over the food. In between we tried to quietly bring to their attention that we noticed and it bothered us. While they did go wash their hands after that, that was it. They just came but to give us the total for the sundae we no longer wanted. If you arent going to be providing gloves for your employees you should at least make sure theyre following proper hygiene protocols. This is disgusting even without everything going on. Wont be eating at braums again.

Love the burgers here. Fast service at a good price. I came here with a group of people (about 15 people total) and we arranged the tables to our liking. However, it seems a few of the workers had called in that day and the employees that were there seemed as if they were somewhat irritated when we ordered so much food. I know it may have been a stressful day for them with the added work, but I had nothing to do with their coworkers calling in. Thats why Im giving them 4 stars. Other than that everything else was great.
