Made an online appointment for a product that has been out since October ish. So about 4 months as mine wasn’t working. (Elite two controller) Go all the way there for my appointment to just be told I needed to do the warranty replacement online. So just a total waste of my time. If that’s the case I feel like they should still be able to do the warranty replacement verses telling me I was SOL.
Very cool store. Extremely knowledgeable and confident staff who also had great energy. I like the fact that you can try anything in the store from surface pros, to xbox, to all different types of accessibility devices. I was impressed with this store.
Awesome. Way better than the Apple store. Employees actually ask if they can help you and are excited to show you all that Microsoft has to offer. I was really impressed by the number of new gadgets in the store and how friendly the staff was. Also, I like to see prices as opposed to the Apple store where you cant find a price to save yourself from making big mistakes financially.
Where has the customer service gone? I have filled out many 5 star surveys for this location, but no more. The service has gone downhill. New staff that doesn’t care about their customers. I have a pen that stopped working. I tried all of the trouble shooting recommended so I came into the location at 10:45am and asked for assistance. I was told nobody could help me because I did not have an appointment. I have never had an appointment previously. (Especially when I dropped 3k on products, they sure didn’t mind. That was also when they had better customer service.) I asked them what about the 4 associates in the back, that I could see behind the glass, that were cutting up and laughing. The woman just told me I had a tech issue and could be seen at 11:30. No need, I’ll just go to Best Buy and skip the BS here.
Nice people but they do not tell the truth. My wife bought a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 and the sales person said she could make an appointment and bring the pad back and they would set it up for her and transfer her items from her old pad for free. This issue was discussed for over five minutes. We live 140 miles from OKC. We made an appointment and sent an email describing what was to take place. Both of us took off three hours from our jobs to make the 140 miles one way trip. when we arrived, we were told they could not perform the services unless we paid $50. We were shocked! We told the lady the chain of events and what was promised by the Microsoft rep but it didnt matter. She did not do anything to try to help us. Very poor customer service. Get what is promised to you in writing! Microsoft, you have a big problem with personnel and customer service! We are extremely mad.
The big difference between this store and the Apple store is the Apple store will fix things the same day. Even though all the employees are crazy busy in the Apple store, they actually try to fix it right then. Microsoft employees are standing around waiting for someone to come in, when you have something they need to do besides just sell items they seem to be annoyed and want you to leave it for multiple days. I love my surface laptop but I think I will go back to buying Dell when this one dies.

Great customer service! Especially from Reagan! He was very helpful with my issues and troubleshooting but eventually solved the issue with my Xbox controller. He’s the best give that man a promotion!
Everyone Ive dealt with here has been helpful and friendly, the store is a good size and seems to be well laid-out, and they even offered me something to drink! They have an excellent selection of a wide variety, which is nice if you need to try things out before youre sure what you want. Essentially this is something similar to the Apple store with one HUGE difference- there are actually enough employees at the Microsoft store! When I bought my computer and when I went back for help, I was greeted promptly by their very attentive staff.TL;DR: lots of nice staff, lots of good products.
Horrible experience. Second time I have had a bad experience here. As a small business of 300 employees that uses Microsoft devices. I recommend not purchasing Microsoft products ever again. I also recommend staying as far away from the store as humanly possible. Ordered $5000 worth of equipment to pick up at the store. My order was cancelled without notification. Drove up to the store and they basically told me they could not help me. Waited for two hours on the phone and was told my order was cancelled due to product availability even though they had what I needed. They replaced my order but the store would still not help me until the order popped up in their system. Left after 3 hours without my devices that I had to have. Will never go to a store ever again. Service and support is really bad. Would recommend going with Apple or at the very least Dell, HP, or Lenovo equipment.
The unwillingness to demonstrate anything not already on the demo machines even when it is a Windows feature was very disappointing. This could have been assuaged by some knowledge that wasnt just reading the status card beside the machine, but that was asking too much. If you know what you want and are just picking it up at the store then this is for you, anything else and just do your research online.

Took my laptop in for a tune up, the tech booted it up and everything was working just wanted to clean it up some. So two days later they call me and said they could not get the computer to boot after they ran their diagnostics. In my opinion they broke it and should pay to get it fixed. They said the mother board JUST happened to go bad during their diagnostic test. Dont think so. All they could do for me was give me a 5% discount on a new piece of equipment. Really poor service. Never never shop here again.

My husband had every intention of buying an expensive gaming laptop but when he asked questions they weren’t answered. The staff were rude and short so we went to Best Buy. Got exactly what we needed and were given great service.
Microsoft has a great line of surface pro laptops and desk top computers. They are displayed with a lot of space so that one may explore and discover the options that each computer has. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly.
We visited the Microsoft store for their weekly Fortnite tournament. This store is super clean and welcoming. They have it set up for customers to play Xbox for hours if they want. It’s very clever and super fun. I appreciate the tournaments and I think whoever is in charge there has a great futuristic outlook.

I bought a surface pro years ago and the staff here have reliably and consistently taken good care of me, going above and beyond to honor their warranty. When I upgrade I will be doing it here.
This place is great I went to the fortnite tournament there and got 3rd, one thing I didn’t like was how when I tried to call everything want automated.
Im not a fan of window phones but they have plenty of other stuff to buy an explore I loved the store an public display great experience
Really bad customer service. Always been told if I had an issue with my surface that they cant fix, I get a credit toward a new one. Well, I had an issue and was told I would not get a credit towards a new one. Called online support immediately after that visit, they told me I do get a credit. Really thinking about switching to Apple now. Microsoft needs to learn, you lose customers one at a time, not en mass. Theres a reason Apple Store is so busy.
The phone number to the store does not work, just puts you in to an endless loop of choices.I need to speak with an employee before I drive a half hour to make sure that my issue can be resolved. Unfortunatley, talking to a human in 2018 seems outside of Microsofts capabilities.In addition, the products they sell rarely survive past a year or 2. I would steer clear until they fix customer service and reliability.

I went to the store intending to purchase a computer for our business. Before traveling one hour to the location, my wife called to make sure of store hours and to find out if they take business checks. She made sure to ask if this was the Penn Square Mall location and she was told it was and that they do take business checks for payment. I traveled 1 hour, got to the store and spent approximately 1 hour selecting a computer and accessories. I had $2800 in products selected. Once they start ringing my order up they realized I was paying by check I was told they dont take checks! I explained that I had driven 1 hour and that my wife had called ahead of time for the specific reason of finding out if they take business check. I got a very half hearted sorry and then a rude female employee wearing a bandanna on her head (very unprofessional dress) commented we have never taken checks in a condescending tone. I never write bad reviews but I run a business myself and if we treated customers like this we wouldnt have any. Very unprofessional and no offer of any kind of solution to the dilemma they created for me. I went to Best Buy and found an employee that knew more about the exact same microsoft computer that they sold at the microsoft store. I of course didnt purchase the microsoft computer after having been treated the way I was at the MICROSOFT store. I bought a Dell and saved $1300. Dont wast your time or money at this store.

Did not have a great experience at all. The staff was blah and not friendly at all. They seemed to not want to be there. I had to go up to one to even be served. Then we I asked about the price of the Pro 4 (sale ended yesterday) he said oh well. Wait what?! Thats not how you react!!! Im a MSFT fan but this store needs some improvement FAST!

The customer service sucks! Went inside only to have been bypassed by a sales clerk. So after I stood there with a pissed off look on my face, it happpened again. Finally one of their assistant managers came to me and asked if I had been helped, I said no and wanted to express my frustration. She basically said whatever and asked me what I wanted..she never apologized.... she showed me a computer and i told her that I wanted to check Best Buy out first then she said that they would get my money either way which was an obnoxious statement. Her smell proceeded her as she smelled of cigarettes and liquor. I actually bought a $1k laptop that I returned a few days later because the service pissed me off that bad. I only purchased it because I felt racial tension... really dislike that store and I wont be back.
I got the run around from the 1-800 tech support for days. They set up call back appointments to never called back and couldnt figure out the problem. I finally decided to just bring my laptop to the store and was glad I did. The support staff was able to identify the problem quickly and even stayed after hours to fix my computer.
The staff there were very helpful, even on Black Friday they allowed me to bring in my Xbox One to finish an update for Forza Horizon 4 because my internet went down. Wouldve taken pictures but, there were people everywhere. Definitely will come back again.

Really disappointed in the fact that they would not let you try any of the actual products except for like the xbox or the laptops. Wanted to try some headphones (NOPE), wanted to use the hololense which I have experience with he tried saying that it was not connected and was dead, lol dude its an independent unit and had 33 percent battery left, and when I turned it on and started using it he acted all surprised that it was working and told me to take it off. Experience sucked. Also did not have a very good selection of actuall computer stuff such as keyboards and mice.
Came here from Norman just to buy a VR setup, people were rude and not interested in making a sale, on my way to bestbuy

It seems like the Microsoft store is not actually a part of Microsoft. Unable to order online site-to-store a product that is very much in-stock. And trying to purchase the product in store, they are unable to process my Microsoft Store credit that is on my account. An account that the physical store looks up to complete my purchase in the first place. Why is there such a huge disconnect?

Terrible customer service. i went in for support, they act like its a big deal that I dont have an appointment, with 6 people walking in circles on the floor. The guy standing in the door front says he will get someone. Regan comes out of the back, and he was pretty poor support. Every time there was a question he had to check with a manager... the guy standing in the door. And this went back and forth 5x. Pretty crappy.
Always go for online services if you have technical problems. The store technical staff are not helpful at all. I went to the store for a OOW exchange for my surface. The replacement was a flawed device with withe spot. I went back to ask for an exchange. The technical staff told me the device is ok and every surface has this kind white spot, which is B.S. I own two surfaces, and none of them has this issue. They refused my request and said the return policy doesnt work this way. So I went for online service next day, and was told the white spot is a hardware issue called bleeding light, and I was granted a replacement within 2 minutes.

I walked in and in 2 mins every single employee asked me if I need help one by one it was so frustrating.They dont have any structure or game plan, they are all hanging around and half of the staff look like they are hating it.One of the staff came to me and say whats up bro like he was working at a flat iron kiosk. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM. Same employee right after he said whats up bro he add ugh I got one hour left actualy 45mins then Im done. SEROUSLY?Im not an Apple fanboy but to be honest I have never experienced anything like that in any Apple store.Every thing is sloppy and not think through. Employees are not trained enough.

Showed up at 9:00, unfortunately at closing time, even though Google and the Microsoft number said they closed at a later time.The guy at store couldnt give me the 500 Xbox one x that Ive already paid for because they had already shut down their system. after I drove 2 hours.

No-onsite support for broken devices. Buy something that breaks within the first month from a manufacturing defect and they have to ship it off to get you a refurbished item thats been through who knows what.

Had a crisis when my computer restarted and deleted my capstone paper that I had saved multiple times. Went into the store to try to get it recovered, there were no employees to be found but all the lights were on. Online it says that the store is open til 9:00pm. However the employees all came out from the back and told me they were closed and could not help me today even though it was only 6:30. They then proceeded to lock up and leave.
Had a strange situation while ordering a controller to pick up in-store and the manager took care of everything! Super great customer service!
