This is the absolute worse store with the most disgusting example of customer service from the so called manager Edlin and Caro, a phone company that dont have a working phone and try to call customer s from private numbers, how smart when Metro blocks scam calls and then treat you you horrible because of it, I have never been so upset and humiliated in my life. I am cancelling my service. I wonder how the CEO Roger Linquist would feel about how his customers are being treated and how his employees act

Customer service is outstanding 👏 👌Jamie was very knowledgeable and helped me right away, I thought I left a review but when I looked it wasnt there. Jamie knew alot about the latest phones and how I could get more bang for my buck 💸 you wont be disappointed here!Both ladies definitely are great workers!

Horrible! The phone does not work even though myself and customer service checked the coverage map and i am suppose to be in a great area for coverage. The hotspot barely works. I cant even push 1 mbps download speed or upload speed even though i am well within my 15 g of highspeed data. My phone calls contantly drop and most of the time i have no service. I pay for Metro Pcs by T-Mobile highest package and let me tell you it is not worth it. I have called customer service 10 times and still nothing has been done. I will never recommend this service to anyone.*****So as you can see i got a response from someone within a day on my google review. I tried to respond to the email provided and the email wouldnt go through. They email i kept getting back from google was that the email i attempted to contact was not allowed to go through because any incoming mail to that email was blocked by the servers. So that email was giving to me via response to my google review knowing that my email would never be received. I wish they would let put the screen shot on here. I am beyond mad. Do not get metro by t-mobile. They are horrible! Absolutely the worst service i have ever had!!!!

Jamie work with me from the time I entered the store, she made me feel like a million dollars. She is deserving of a Big bonus or reward of her choice within the budget. She is keeper!!!

This location has a wonderful manager that seems to really care about her customers. I have been in there when very rude customers would come in with the complaint and by the time they leave they are laughing and thinking the manager for taking care of their problem. I travel 40 miles just to be able to use this location when I pay my bill I will give it 10 Stars as a rating if I could

You may want to shop around before paying the asking price at this place. The phone I am looking for was almost $150 cheaper from the Metro website and over $200 cheaper as an upgrade from a different location.

I really recommended this place to most of my friends. The athmosphere is always welcoming. And last time I was there I felt like I was part of their family. I was helped by this nice pretty lady named Judith and she was very kind in helping me get a new phone and started a great and affordable plan. As soon as I walked in and until I got out I was treated very politely by her.

I came in today with a few questions and I was helped by a young lady named Judith. She was able to answer all my questions, was very polite and efficient at her job. I walked out a satisfied customer. Thank you very much for the great customer service.

Rudest people I know. Hanging up in people’s faces when they ask questions. They won’t even tell you their promos over the phone want you to waste your time to come in and see there rude faces.

Judith was amazing ! She helped me with all of my needs. She was able to get me on a plan, with my mom & Save us both money ! She was super patient with my mom & was able to teach her a few things. She loves her new phone ! We will most definitely be back.

The employees here are trained to deceive and to give partial information.Only after the rep accessed my account and switched my number did she tell me that I had to pay IN CASH ONLY for a device that was advertised as FREE. They didn’t open on time, and were more interested in playing on their own phone than taking care of business. The rep then added two extra features that we didn’t discuss or approve.

Wonderful atmosphere with very outgoing employees who are willing to help. I had a great experience when visiting this location. Great smiles and very cheerful staff .

Metro pcs in general is not what they use to be. I was totally ripped off by this company. They dont mean what they advertise. That 100 dollar deal is bogus.. I paid 160 for the two phones and never received the tablet

Very unprofessional and I wont ever come back to this store....Theyre very rude and the big mexican chic with tattoos over her will try to tell you what you gave...The manager had to count all the money and I was right....Im not crazy and when I tried to ask for the person over him number he wouldnt give it....I wont ever come back to this store....Thats not the first rude unprofessional encounter I had.. They dont even deserve one star

Workers are helpful with information and technical issues. Vendors not great with keeping store stocked. Was checking on cases and screen protectors frequently & finally came in. Was told Ill give you... Nothing said about discounting. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick up and was told there would be a charge.

New location! Nice. Clean. Attentive but not overly pushy to sell...gives you space but their when you need them! This is my personal choice of all the metropcs I have visited.

Went in after being told by a Metro PCS representative over the phone, that I could transfer an existing number with another carrier to a new phone and add a new line to my existing Metro plan. When I got there everything went well right up until I wanted to make sure I could get the same number transfered. After I selected a phone and the clerk rang up the sale, I was then told it couldnt be transfered, that numbers are pre assigned. I restated what I was told over the phone, and the lead supervisor said I was lied to. I had already discontinued service with the other company that I had for 5 years, based on a lie? That is NOT OK . Nore is it OK to be spoken to in such an irritated, and rude manner when trying to resolve an issue from a supervisor who didnt want to hear it. I cancelled the sale and left completely unsatisfied.

Came to pay my bill at 7:54 and they were already closed but supposedly they dont close til 8? To make it worse when I pulled on the door the girls behind the counter just looked at me and smiled. Not sure if I want MetroPCS as my phone carrier now?
