I waited an hour and watched and noticed Hispanic people get prefferable assistints first! Really quite upsetting. I watched Hispanic people that showed up got immediate attention as I was before them thought it was first come first served.

Always have had nothing but good service.

To be honest,They were dismissive and disrespectful,I needed the wifi for a sec to activate my money card,She insisted she had to do the wifi...?4min later approx,she hands me my phone,And I go thru the process,And when they sent my approval code to my phone it was being inercepted!I resend and resent only to be ultimately shot down,The young lady (TMobile) associate said Well your not gonna get a message with no serviceI was on Mobile wifi!!!

Friendly & Helpful. English & Spanish. Very good at helping people to get new phones on T-Mobile monthly pay plans.They are Super Busy when everyone comes in on the same day, to pay in person. This is not a billing department. This is not phone repair. No used phones here. New Phones, only. New Accessories, Good Service.

Every time l go to get a problem solved on my phone it seems to be that by the time l get home and check it out it not really solved at all. One time they transferred all my pictures from GALLERY TO PHOTOS..... NOW THEY WILL NOT GO BACK INTO GALLERY.It is a real MESS. When l first bought my phone l had problems and went back the second day and they would not exchange the PHONE.... said some phones just have a keyboard that STICKS..... no WAY...... not happy with T-MOBILE.

Signed up for 3-week trial. They said if I cancelled before the fees will be waved. Cancelled in 2-weeks. Got a bill of $75 for those 2-weeks of service and another bill of $50 for cancellation. They still proceeded to tell me I misunderstood when I clearly made him repeat the fees will be waved more than once. Horrible experience.

Was told by switching to a new plan I would have a cheaper monthly rate an everything I currently had would stay the same . Not true Bill went up almost $50 an my data wasnt working had to call tmobile help line 3x to finally get it fixed an put back to my original plan, idk if there is a qouta each store needs for new plans but I did not like what was offered an being lied to.

Worse experience ever the guys there were so rude and basically told me to shut up. They dont know how to explain themselves. One of them didnt even know the customer service.

I went to just pay my bill and thats it and sat there for 45 minutes waiting while other people were getting their phones fixed or going over service plans it was ridiculous they should take care of their customers thats going to be quick about it first then take care of the others

The assistant manager, tall chunky guy stole my money I gave him too much which was my fault but he didnt give me the right change wont be going back to that store and will change companies because its been nothing but struggle with tmobile.

You pay insurance for a cheap phone and they want to charge you $50.00 on a $100.00 phone and jump on demand is not worth it

The representative Daniel assisted me very well and I have gone to other branches of t-mobile and I did not like the treatment but Daniel assisted me well and helped me with the transfer of the cell phones more apart if I have any questions he definitely helps me I recommend this tmobile, and daniel is a friendly representative and all the other representatives are cool!
