Placed order for curbside delivery at 6:30am for a pickup time of 5-6pm. Was less than two blocks away when I get a notification there is a “delay.” Went to dinner, ran another errand and still nothing. Tried to call the store and they wouldn’t answer, TWICE! Called the corporate customer service line, and while they were nice, they couldn’t get anyone to answer either! It’s now more than twelve hours after my scheduled pickup time and I still don’t have any answers. I would give them a negative rating if I could. Horrible customer service. Apparently Walmart has gotten so big that they can afford to treat their customers in such a manner. I won’t be returning to this store and would encourage others to find a better solution

Went on Monday. The whole store was rearranged and backwards. The dog food was on the exact opposite of the store. Couldnt find anything where it used to be. The chocolate I bought had been melted. A can of mushroom soup last week was $0.95 this week its a dollar 98. I really do not like Walmart. They rarely have more than two full check out open. If you want a nice store try Crest.

I wish I could give zero stars. the items are all over the place. they dont have the brand Im looking for. the lines are so so long, then, when its finally your turn, they tell you, card only, no cash. no cash? I thought they had to accept cash.. its still a legal tender. then, find out everything has doubled in price!when, when you finally make it back to the house, your bag breaks! Im 100% sure theyve made them thinner.boycotting Walmart now!

Good experience for the Belle Isle Walmart. Self checkout moves very quick. I also had but some indoor bug spay that didnt work and I lost the receipt. They let me exchange it for something similar at the same price with no receipt, so that was nice. Sometimes they are hit-and-miss customer service. But they were great. 5 stars.

I wish the managers in charge here would understand how important it is for customers to have cars when they need them. This is not my first nor my second time going there and not finding any carts here. I do not mind going out of my way and walking back to the parking lot and finding a cart, but sometimes people are on a hurry to walk in and out in as little time as possible.

Walmart isnt my favorite place. Im so broke because of all the inflation so I was pretty much financially forced into shopping there today.The air conditioning was barely working, thats why the 1 star. At least if youre going to take over the world as far as a department/hardware/grocery/everything in one store, you could at on least make sure your customers are cool and comfortable. By the time I was leaving, I was sweating horribly. Maybe I should just spend the extra bucks somewhere else.

They are always changing everything around and now they only average two checkers and the rest are self checkouts. We seniors DO NOT LIKE the self checkouts. If we wanted to check ourselves out we would get a job doing that. It takes too long and is hard to do if you are alone.I have been a loyal Walmart shopper for years but due to the changes they have made I will be spending my money somewhere else from now on!!I have talked to numerous other people and they feel the same!Now you also have to try to get around their people that are shopping for on line orders.I do not believe Sam Walton would have approved of what his family has done with his business!!!Greed seems to be the word of the day!

Not certain it was possible for customer service to drop any further; however, after stopping in to pick up a few items...it is. Or should I say, customer service is pretty much non-existent. Stood at a register with three employees within 15 feet talking. After a few minutes I asked if the register was open. It wasnt, that wasnt an issue. The fact that not one of the three, after each made eye contact, didnt even acknowledged my existence.Happy Target Patron.

Walmart definitely needs to improve checkout process with these crazy lines, if you want to go 100% checkout and no cashiers which it pretty much is now thats fine but install like 3x more checkout machines.

Shortages in personal care products: medicated shampoo, lipstick. Still a good shopping place. Personnel are always knowledgeable and helpful.

If I could rate lower I would! This place is a fire hazard and a train wreck! They have only a couple registers with people actually working them and the rest is self checkout! The fact this is allowed in this facility without even properly manning this store is ridiculous! Woefully inadequate staffing of the pharmacy. I waited 2 hours trying to pick up a simple prescription at the convenient pickup point in the parking lot. Ended up having to walk my disabled self inside, and finally was able to get the meds my wife so desperately needed.Absokutely ridiculous experience.

If you like having basic constitutional rights dont go to this walmart. Literally every shift thinks they have some right to go through your property and the night shift will go as far to physically bar you. Rather easy lawsuit in the waiting for anyone interested and have the time

The shopping carts are horrible.... Its like winning the lottery if you find one that can turn properly.... They never seem to have cash for some reason, forcing you to have to use a card... The greeters dont do their job and greet people, they just stand there and look at you

If you want to stand in line for an hour its the place to go. whoever makes the schedule needs more training and commitment to cover peak periods with more than 2 cashiers

Very full, no cashiers, long long lines, everything I went for was out of stock.

Staff is so quick to pass u by even when ur actually calling them for help. Nothing is in its correct spot in the house ware and appliance areas. Mis labeled price tags. Etc. U shouldnt have to take a loss but also, no one should have to spend their limited time trying so hard just to get an accurate price check- only for it to be wrong as well at the register. Jesus.

Not the best Walmart in town but one of the better ones. Has cleaned up over the past years.

The cashier was super helpful and nice. She saw me waiting to place my items on the self check out area and she was so kind to open her register and help me. I loved how kind she was. She saved me a lot of time.

Carry out is impossible to get. Finally got someone to help and they pushed the second cart out and stood there on their phone while I loaded everything.

Registers are always backed up with very few open. Its slim picking to find a self check out that accepts cash. The company as a whole does a poor job of making walmart a good experience. Employees do seem to work hard and do the best they can, but its an impossible task when walmart policy is ineffective.

Havent been to a WM in a long time & after today I remember why.....We walk up with 4 items, all self-check registers were full with people waiting in the aisles, only 4 full service registers open & those lines were backed up all the way across the main aisle....Hire some people & open registers.!

I tried to pick up a money gram sent to me by my granddaughter. They accused me of fraud without asking for my ID and refused to give me the money. Never have I been treated so disrespectfully!!!! I cannot believe any company would accuse one of being fraudulent without even checking ID. I felt Iwas in twilight zone. Never again will I step foot into a walmart.

We have an uplifting experience today at Walmart at NW Expressway. Not only everyone look willing to help us, but also they were really focus on getting the carts sanitized and controlling that EVERYONE wear a mask. By the way, the store was well stocked and clean. Congrats to this team because is not that great all the time.

As always reasonable prices,but lacking in checkout you may spend as much time waiting to checkout as shopping.

Tried to exchange a ring had to have 3 ppl come and ok The exchange I finally got fed up through my hands up and said forget it we left there in Oklahoma City at that Walmart and came to kingfisher and went to this Walmart went straight in told him we need to exchange it took it straight to the jewelry department and exchange it was amazing in kingfisher Walmart

This is one of the bigger, well stocked Walmarts. Close to Sams just down the way also. But on a busy Saturday its tough for them to start stocking. Blocking lots of aisles. Usually they seem to stock when its less busy. . . Like early Sundays. I wonder why they changed? But it did make for some minor mishaps.

This Walmart is better than the ones in Philly. There are lots of lanes open with cashiers...not self check out. The greeter appears happy and genuinely says hello or good day. That unlike the rude and abrupt WELCOME TO WALMART yell that the greeter gives you in Philly. I really enjoyed shopping at this Walmart.

I felt very claustrophobic, all the isles have been moved around and now there is barley enough space to walk around people. A very strange thing to do when people are supposed to be social distancing from each other? Also food was missing off the shelves. Stocker shortage?

Trying to find an associate to help you in any way is impossible. When you do find someone, they act as though you have inconvenienced them in some way.

Being the only one there for 2 new tires, the wait was too long. They had 2 oil changes they finished before starting on my tires. They did say they were short handed, but an hour and a half seemed quite long to me. However, the gentleman helping me was very kind and accommodating and was good about paying attention to detail, including putting the donut tire back where it belonged.

Went to nw expressway to purchase approx.30 items on my written list. Need to use electric cart due to back and leg injuries. Also due to Covid I can only walk short distances due to getting short of breath. Went home 2 hours later having purchased NOTHING! One employee checked 1 time while I sat at Money Center. Door people knew to bring one as soon as available, but went on break or got off without passing it on. From experience, users of cars do not shop for 2 hours, yet never became available. So I left and went to Bel lIsle and was helped right away. Home 45 minutes later, shopping completed and drove home all in that time. If disabled DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

This place isnt very busy very often. I enjoyed my food. Selection is ok.

I dont know what is going on with this place, but it looks like crud and it keeps getting worse everytime I go there. They keep removing express lanes and there are hardly any cashiers,so the lines are ridiculous. They never have anything on the shelves anymore. This place is a joke…associates doing everything they can to get out of the store when the 2 lines that are open are 15 deep…only one side of the self check outs are open with a line 15 deep for that one side too…completely ridiculous and out of line!! And this is the 2nd time this week. I’m over it!

The store was out of a lot of products. One thing that always drives me nuts is no one has ever taught employees to pull merch forward. I have to climbeverytime. Thats not even technical. Its common sense. Lazy,,?

Like most people with common sense i wear a mask with the risks these days. I try to stay home, and order online. Walmart is wonderful for most of my shopping needs. I can get things sent right to my door, and do grocery pick up. If only everything in life was so easy. They tend to have the lowest prices also. And i know you are thinking what about freshen or damage to your fruits and veggies right. They really aspire to picking the best and making the customer happy. I sometimes get little gift bags with sample food, drinks, and even laundry soap to try and coupons to. Back when it was safe to breath, they gave out roses to the ladies on mother day and cookies on Valentines. Even when i have to go instore to shop they are so helpful. Like flu shot at the pharmacy. It is a great place to shop!

I bought a speaker from here the other day. I was excited because its normally $99 and I got it for $35. I opened the box and it was not only used, but also broken. It was so used it was dirty, busted up, had a silver marker on it, has glue in the speakers and doesnt power on. I took a shot at contacting the company directly to see if I could get a replacement

Extremely angry at the laziness presented today. There seems to be a shortage around Oklahoma of the item I ordered so I placed a pickup order for the last two at this location. My order was placed around 1pm and they waited until 6:45pm to grab my items, so of course they were sold. This was a critical household item that I needed, and because these employees waited until the last minute to do their jobs, I am the one suffering. Ridiculous. Will not be shopping at this Walmart ever again.

They had 3 self check outs open and the line went across the store. We waited for 30 minutes and the line did move.

I havent went to the big wallmart in a very long time. 80% still wearing mask. But the tension is getting better between people i think. Alot of people buying memorial flowers, some mothers day flowers. Very pretty. Its clean and not long lines at 9pm when i went.

I cant stand walmart and this one in particular is a mad house all the time. Would rather go to a neighborhood market in the area.

Came in to get one single item and had to wait for 15 minutes in one of the SEVERAL long lines. It is a Saturday and not a holiday or big sale, but yet there’s TONS of employees standing around doing literally nothing but staring at their phones. Props to the employees who were actually doing their jobs, but the others straight up are terrible employees/coworkers to just stand around and not help.

I love my Walmart. I always use self checkout. Rarely wait. They are usually well stocked and the store is clean.

Its WalMart so I never expect much from them, especially since both me and my husband used to work there they treat their employees like dirt. Their customer service is especially terrible at this location, everyone ignores you, and most of them are rude or just dont care. Not to mention the fact that their self check-outs still do card only payments (I mean really?? Come on!) Oh and the best part is that any WalMart you go to only ever has 2 to 3 registers open (god that is annoying!). All in all I like shopping there but if someplace else opened that offered the same prices and had the same stock and online services I would switch in a heartbeat. #getbetterstaffwalmart.
