I am leaving a review for a very good reason.. I brought them very valuable jewelry and with every store I went into, I was offered very little money, if not anything at all. I literally walk into this store and the staff was really nice, I forget her name or really the 2 women that were there, being really nice and they gave me way more than what I was expecting any other place Ive been to. More money, super nice staff and really good with KIDS! Even though my son was just sitting there doing nothing, they were really nice to him while we counted out the jewelry. I WILL BE COMING BACK to give more jewelry to this place. By far the best Buy gold and Silver/jewelry place Ive ever been to! I was in and out in under an hour and I feel like I have so much more to say and for a man to be alone raising a child in this time and era, it is very hard and rare to find nice people like this. They told me which jewelry was best to sell elsewhere and put piles in areas where you can see that they are not trying to mess you over. I will be referencing this company at the top of my list. Seeing as I get jewelry on a regular basis, you guys will see me again. Thank you to both WOMEN that helped my son and myself out! Thank you- Thank you-Thank you!!!!

Emailed the business after hours to check on whether I needed a appointment to come in, wasnt expecting a reply after hours on Saturday but Wade emailed back. No appointment needed he said and even gave me his cell number to call him with any questions, I called next day and he was very kind and helpful. I went to see them on Monday, got right in with Wade and others. All very nice, we showed what we had, some not unsealed in tubes and within 10 minutes we had everything done. Their facilities are well protected as bringing in our valuables. Will 100% do business with them again.

My experience at Cash For Gold was much different than places that I have been in the past. Taylor and Jenna went through three or four boxes of my late parents items and walked me through the whole process. From showing me how the x-ray machine works, educating me on certain things that I could get more money for elsewhere (really impressed me with their honesty), and showing me how they price their diamonds, this experience is so much more than I was expecting when I walked in. I went in there today to sell some jewelry that my fiances and my family gave us for our wedding, we had been to a couple other places and the price they were willing to give us just didnt seem right to me. I only came here because it was on a Saturday and they were one of the few places open on Saturday that would buys diamond ring. I have worked with Wade and Taylor on multiple occasions. I usually get 2-3 offers before selling anything, but now I dont even waste my time. Not only do they give me the best customer service, but they educate me on why they offer me what they offer depending on what the market is doing that day.
