Me and my husband went in to find a new wedding set because another store told me my current set couldn’t be fixed. I went in looking and after talking to the guy (James) and he realized I didn’t want to give up my set so he came up with a plan to fix my current set. Not happy with my experience here so far. It’s a beautiful ring but I have been told different dates every time I have called on when I will get my ring back and it’s now been over a month. They even gave the ring to my fiancé where the face of the diamond was off centered and they didn’t even catch that until we had to bring it back in.

We decided to go here today because of the good reviews and Id had such a bad experience at with another jewelry store for simple repair that never was actually fixed. I am soooo thankful we chose Diamond Direct. We (my husband and I) received phenomenal customer service from the second we walked in the door and they treated every customer around us with the same excellent attention and care. I left completely taken care of and they made sure I was involved in the ring inspection (walking me through it all) and the GM had me personally talked to the repair manager to make sure my concerns were addressed plus he guided me through anything additional he saw needed attention. I cant wait to get my wedding ring back completely fixed. We will be bringing all our future jewerly business here.

EDIT: The manager reached out to me directly and made it right. Upgrading from 2 stars to 4. I really appreciated them seeking me out to make things right without me having to complain to them directly.Not a bad place, but disappointed with their time management. Brought a ring to have soldered and was given a week to complete. On the day, Saturday, I was supposed to pick it up, I called and was told it would be ready on Monday afternoon. Called Monday afternoon because I hadn’t received a notification letting me know it was ready. They told me it might be done on Tuesday by 6. Once I said that it was promised 2 days prior, they said it would be done Monday by 6 and that I could get it after that. Due to work, wasn’t able to come get it Monday evening, so here at 1030 Tuesday morning and they asked if they could have 30 minutes to complete it. Just a little frustrating that I’ve taken time out of my day to drive here to have to wait longer because it wasn’t completed by the time they promised.

Came in here looking for a ring under $1400 and thankfully Carlos was here to help me such a nice guy and definitely knows how to get his sells definitely recommend Carlos.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I couldn’t pass this one up. I went in expecting my experience to be like all of the other jewelers I had been too, but not this time around. I have a certain style of engagement ring that I wanted and nobody had the exact ring that I wanted. When I went in, I talked with James and he helped me actually combine two styles of rings for the one that I wanted. He also took the time to educate me on how diamonds are graded and what I should be looking for in the diamond itself. Customer service was fantastic and I can’t say how much I really appreciate this business! I had a great experience at DD with selecting an engagement ring with James. The size selected wasn’t right initially but they took care of it and I am very happy with my ring. James also helped my husband design custom rings for a surprise Christmas present for me and they did a beautiful job. I’ve worked with the service department to change out clasps there as well and they always are very helpful. Would recommend shopping here for jewelry.

My girlfriend and I were shopping for an engagement ring. I was a fan of the selection but unfortunately the sales person we worked with (April) was extremely unprofessional. April is single handledly costing the store business. Apart from being abrasive and using high pressure sales tactics, she was also just plainly rude, as if we didnt matter. April was not respectful of our time and talked to us in a condescending way. Its a shame because if it werent for the sales person we may have walked out with the ring right then. I kept looking for a manager or someone else I could talk to, but it seems like their business model is based on the car dealership strategy: haggling with their sales managers to the point of exhaustion. When April told us the deal we were being offered would never be offered again if we walked out (our first time in the store ever), I had a bad taste in my mouth. But when we explained that we were going to one other store that day at the suggestion of a family friend, she was hostile. She said well your family friend (literally using air quotes) probably is going to charge you thousands more I was disgusted. Theres no way April is getting a dime from me. You have to question the integrity of a company that lets unprofessional employees run the show
