I called asking for prices on fixing my charger port and changing my battery for my LG V60 and they got the parts in quickly they also put a back glass replacement that I had bought for free they accidentally left a plastic cover over my camera lens I called and complained about the blurriness of my camera and they fixed it quickly so all and tall they did great definitely going to tell more people about them

Had a great experience the first time I went in and got my phone repaired. I was offeres a screen protector and went back to get a new one once it had finally broken. This experience was awful. Terrible customer service...like I was bothering the guy that was behind the counter. Wish the same person that assisted me my first time in was there. The employee was so stand offish, i wont be back. I was even willing to buy a case since they were out of the protectors. I guess business is not important.

Buyer beware! I bought an iPad mini back in December 2020 and by March 2021 it quit charging. Nothing else was wrong with it, it just wouldn’t keep a charge. Took it back to the store and was told it was unrepairable. I should have taken my money elsewhere. I will NOT be back.

I had a medical device that remotely charges my medically implanted device. The charging port broke and the manufacturer went bankrupt, so there was no way to get a replacement charging device. They took it to their micro-soldering person and they were able to fix it, but were questionable on whether it would charge. The device did charge with the correct charge. This is a great place to get repairs done!

My daughters XR IPhone screen cracked and it had green lines on screen. I took it to Batteries, Bulbs abs plus and they kept her phone for a week because of not having the screen in stock. They called me and stated that the motherboard was broken and that they tried 3 different screens and wasn’t able to repair it. My cousin recommended Wireless Solutions. I took it in and they had the part in stock and that it would take 2 hours to repair. When they called they stated it was working fine and like new! I was so worried that I was going to have to replace entire phone. I highly recommend Wireless Solutions... they were quick, efficient and very helpful.

I realize customer satisfaction is a big part of business. So is it right to assume your customer just wanted to screw you over, or manipulate your sales representative to get a different phone? I think not. Also Just because when you test out my device that you sold me it doesn’t bug out on you doesn’t mean that I’m being dishonest. But coming to other terms, just because your “team” doesn’t think I’m being honest doesn’t mean you be dishonest in return and say my phone is bent. I talked to many of people after leaving your company and they all said the same thing: my device is not bent in any way possible. I appreciate the fact that your company has a policy of customer service. But saying and doing is two different things. I do not appreciate the customer service dealt and I will not be a customer in the future. I hope you can use this situation for an example of how not to treat a customer in the future. This was a very nice surprise. I was unfortunately selling a really nice phone and the staff (Jeremy) was extremely informative and helpful. I have an IT background and usually people try to blow smoke up my @$$ and embellish a tad... This was not the case here. Very nice people. Very quick service.While I was there an elderly couple had came in and was having their iPhone fixed. They were very clueless and all of the staff helped them log in, change their password and setup their iCloud account. No frustration from the staff even doing the most trivial of things. Great place with a nice selection of phones to see. Ill definitely be back.

I took my I-phone 7 to get a battery installed. They only charged me $20.00 for the service. I called around town to other repair places and was quoted prices ranging from $45.00 up to about $65.00. I wanted to get my phone repaired so I searched around calling about prices! I called this place and Travis answered, he sounded like a great guy, listened, and sounded hubble. All the other places either didnt have a voicemail box set up or were very rude and full of themselves. So I stopped by because of how nice he was on the phone plus offered a cheaper price of two different options. I went in not expecting much. Travis looked at my phone, played around with it, and then showed why he was doing what he was to address the issues I mentioned. He explained everything with clear understandable detail. He had two customers come him and three phone calls and he greeted everyone, and made everyone feel important. He managed all of us at the same time very well. And turns out everyone that wanted to charge me $250-300 to fix my galaxy s5 screen, I just had one crackers in the corner that wasnt an issue. All the cracks I thought were on my screen were actually on my screen protector. He replaced and sold me an otter box for $25....I am definitely trusting these people!! :) I just cant say how much I feel well taken care of when I was an ignorant customer. And two of the customers that came in were repeat customers and they were happy and friendly. :) great place!

Great guys. Very respectful of veterans. Weve had a couple of issues taken care of by them. They will tell you if the phone isnt worth fixing. Prices are generally lower than some other places.

A true hidden gem. They sell brand new Speck cases, which normally retail for $50, for $15! Its a little hole in the wall and they dont have the hugest selection of accessories, but what they do have is great and way cheaper than anywhere else Ive been. Nice selection of used phones, with much better prices than CDR. Ive bought a lot of cases here and Ill definitely be back when Im in the market for a new phone. Kind and respectful staff too.

We buy our daughter a used cell phone from them every other Christmas. If time allows they will also transfer all of her data over to the new purchase. Extremely professional and easy to work with. Our family will be continued clients of this store.

My company phone quit working so I immediately stopped in to see if they had a newer model of the phone. Within 10 minutes I had a like new phone, case, and screen protector for an extremely reasonable price. The gentleman even changed the Sim card from my old phone to the new, installed the case, and installed the screen protector free of charge. Very poor customer service. The phone I ordered had a crack in it and immediately had microphone issues. When I brought it back they claimed the damage was not theirs and refused to do anything. So basically inspect it really well and dont anticipate any help from them. Waste of money.
