Repaired my broken iPad, iWatch quickly and at a fair price. Trouble pairing my wife’s Apple iWatch 2 to her phone. Addi went above and beyond to get her watch paired to her phone. After many weeks and research he did it. Apple would not have done this. They would have pushed a new watch. He was patient and didn’t give up. Highly recommended this business!

I called A Phone Fix Saturday, May 29th, 2021. I asked gentleman who answered the phone if they could replace an iPhoneX battery and they said they could and they were Apple Certified. I showed up Saturday to drop my phone off for the battery replacement. After some back and forth on when I could pick up my phone, they ended the day with we cannot do the battery replacement today because the universal battery we attempted to use will not work with your phone. Ive ordered an apple battery and you can come back tomorrow to get the replacement completed. Price would be $65.00 and they gave my phone back to me stating do not charge this phone as the battery has a hole in it, come back tomorrow after 3:00pm and we can get it replaced for you.Same day (Saturday) I decided to call Apple to have them look at my phone. They scheduled a repair appointment the next day on Sunday with the prince of $69.00. I decided at that point that I would have Apple make the replacement since the price was only $4.00 more than A Phone Fix. I dropped my phone off with Apple once they had a battery in Stock, Wednesday, June 2nd.Today, Thursday, June 3rd, 2021, I went to pick up my phone from Apple. They gave me pictures and explained they could not work on my phone as it had been modified.The only place I took it was A Phone Fix. They modified my phone rendering it unrepeatable by Apple.DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

I took my phone to another store and had a repair done to my phone, the repair was not done properly, I had lost trust in the company that did the repair so I did not want them messing with my phone again, I called Aadi and he was extremely helpful from the very beginning of our conversation, He told me that he would be happy to look at it and get it fixed for me, He explained to me that he could fix it with cheaper parts or he could use OEM parts, Aadi explained that the OEM parts would be a little more but that they would be the best option, I decided to go with his advice, He told me that if I was not satisfied with his work that I would not have to pay for the repair, that told me that the man stands behind his work, He completed the repair, allowed me to check his work before I paid and he made sure I was happy with the repair, I will be using Aadi and his team again if I need anymore phone repairs, Thanks Aadi!!

Help me to fix my phone

I needed my daughters joystick on her nintendo switch replaced and I called tech shop after tech shop asking if they could do it. I was disappointed after quick fix and cpr said no, but the gentleman a A Phone Fix said he could! He was very professional, and even got our request complete the same day. You can not say the same with the other tech companies. I found out he works on nintendo wiis as well. This will definitely be my tech repair place to go from now on!

My phone would not take charge at all and I had a hunch it might just be time for a new phone. Before heading to Apple, I decided to stop by and check to see if there was anything that could be done. The service and diagnosis on my phone was thorough and quick and he showed me that the battery was the main issue. Within 10min he was able to adjust and replace my battery for a great price and even gave me some tips on how I could check the maintenance on my phone!! Great service and an even greater result! My phone works again!

Brought my phone into be repaired. Bad battery and broken screen. I had a friend try and fix it! Big big mistake! Well after Fix A phone gave me a good price and after him working on it for 25 minutes trying to fix damage my friend did. Told me, it wouldn’t be worth fixing 😩 but he was honest and after trying to fix it, he didn’t charge me a dime. Very nice! Very friendly and honest. Thank you!

I went in with an issue that was going to be a delicate fix. I was treated with honesty and a fair price. While working on my phone they walked me through what was going on, where are fail point was in my phone, and how they were fixing it. In the end my phone was fixed and Im able to type this review now :-)Like with most repair shopes, in any industry, parts needto be ordered. But if you can allow the time for the part to be ordered, you will have a fixed phone done by quality service. I highly recommend!
