I used to be a regular customer at twister wireless but I realised they voluntatily sell phones with issues to their customers. I once bought an iphone 11 here, soon as i got home with the phone, i realise the phone doesnt charge, i took it back the next day so they cam give me another phone, they said all sales are final. They however proposed to fix the batery issue. So they fixed it and have me back the phone. I immediately saw an iphone notification saying this phone has a genuine battery issue even after they had just fixed it. They said oh dont worry about it it is just apple sending notification cuz the apple device has been opened, but the notificatiom will go after a couple of days. I used that phone for 2 months and that apple notification was still there, the phone will get extremely warm each time i charge the phone and finally someday the phone just stopped charging again. Samething it did when i first bought the phone. Now the phone is just sitting there. This was in June 2021.I let that go, I said ok maybe I wasnt lucky with that phone, I will still buy another phone from twister. So I went to buy a samsung galaxy s21 a week ago. And immediately as i get into my car, I charge the phone, the phone starts warming up really fast, Same problem I had with the iphone 11. I said these guys got to be kidding me, I made a scene over there that same day, just for a guy to tell me uh your phone still has samsung warranty so if u call this store they will get it fixed for u I called the store right infront of them and the store told me I need to call samsung first.So guys these people dont give a damn about their customers. They know very well that they are selling problematic phones to their customers but they dont care, they just wanna take your money, the rest they dont care.I would not recommend this store to anyone. They only acted like they wanted to help me when my boyfriend came into the business. He is from another country. I gathered from my visit that they cater to the international crowd. Which is good. They speak many different languages here. Not trying to be a xenophobia convert but they did not make me feel very welcome there. Something shady...hard to put my finger on exactly.

I would not recommend this place to no one !! I been supporting this place for years and they always seem to damage my pnones. My previous xperience was horrible i brought my iphone 8plus to get my screen repaired and they told me it would take a day due to them having other phones in head of mines so the next day i call to see if its ready and they say another 1hr so when i arrived at the store i still had to wait 30mins just for them to JUST START FIXING IT . WHICH THEY RUSHED BC ONCE I GOT HOME AND STARTED TO CALL PLP I NOTICED NOBODY COULDNT HEAR ME DUE TO MY SPEAKER BEING BROKE AND SO I STARTED TO CHECK EVERYTHING AND MY Camera and volume button No longers work so i called to ask if i could get a refund but first i expained the problems and they told me they could only TRY to fix it if i bring it in i dont understand why i couldnt get a refuned or a new phone because i did buy the phone from them a year ago so i would think since they damaged my phone that was completely fine besides the crack screen they should want to replace it.

Best place in okc to get your phone fixed..these guys know what they are doing and the pricing is great. Also they have a wonderful crew that are always smiling and ready to help u with all your needs.. I highly recommend this place.

Don’t buy iPhones from this place I spent over 300 for a iPhone 7 Plus that gets burning hot and needs the battery serviced which makes multiple things malfunction. I’m constantly turning my phone off and back in so my internet will work and no it’s not my carrier I done spent hrs at the art store so Make sure you go to setting and check battery service status before you buy from them but I wouldn’t.

This is the best cell phone store in the USA. Ive been going here for years. I live in Kentucky but I drive truck from coast to coast. When I need a phone or repair I wait till I can get here.

I been buying phones from them a long time. Their phones are really good. If you have any problems they will fix it. I recommend them to people and tell them to go here and they do. And love them as well.

Went there to buy a phone they had priced at 199.00 on the internet when I got there they told me ot was 239.00 I showed them the price they had it at on they internet they didnt care and said it was 239.00 false advertising

Iven was the rep that helped me. I was going in to return a phone because the data on my old phone didn’t transfer but it turns out all sales are FINAL SALES. But he was very professional and helped me transfer my data solved the problem. This store is a good stop if you need something for emergency. Prices are still better online though. Bought two s9+ phones and they both work great. Prices are reasonable.

I bought an ultra s20 from them and then went on vacation. I purchased a screen protector and case as well. I love my new phone but they put wrong size screen protector on my phone. When I explained that I just returned from vacation and the screen protector was not the right size they said it wasnt their problem. And I would have to purchase another! What a scam!!!!

Some of the prices are a good deal and some where high. None of phone came with a charger and the charger shown to use wasnt even a brand name charger at $20 bucks.

At first I was pleased with this place but now I’m not so more. I bought a iPhone6s plus and two cases. One case fell apart and they wouldn’t exchange it. It was for my daughter’s bday.I spent a lot of money with them. I will not be back.

I purchaced a pretty expensive Samsung phone from them and i could not get it to work with my network without paying twice my monthly amount. The issue was on my end and not twisters fault at all, But i brought the phone back the next day and after 2 hours of them trying to get it to work and 30 min of being avoided i was told they do not accept returns no matter the case or scenario. I thought buying from a local buissness wouldve let me avoid all of the issues of being stuck with a phone that i cant use but i guess i was wrong.

Most non-professional manager I have ever seen. The guy with navy blue suit on Saturday July 18th at about 6:40 pm. Saw us that we were COVID-19 protected, and started making sarcastic comments about us. When he grabbed my phone to check it, he started blowing his nose on it, and did it several times. Will never go to this store again and wont ever recommend nobody to visit them ever. If I had to give then less than 0 stars I would do it.

I got a much better deal than I was hoping for and updated my S5 to an S9 phone. No problems at all. Works with my service provider; Verizon just gave me a new chip for free, and I was done after using Samsung Smart Switch App.

Pretty good prices. Huge selection for old and new phones. Organziation of the store was my favorite part. Takes a min to be greeted and ask if you need assistance. Otherwise, customer service was kind and quick to assist when they get to you.

Love this place, they have the best prices for phone cases and memory cards, and a lot more. I have only bought the phone cases, memory cards, head phones, screen protectors, and the pen things you use for phones. But they have a lot more than just that. Ive had the same phone case, for 2 years, from here, and it still looks like new. And I have bought cases and things for my family and friends, from here, and they love them. They are cheap on there prices, but not on quality. At least from what I have purchased.

Twister wireless and there affiliates are a joke. Bought a phone and had to take it back the next day with it still in warranty and they didnt want to abide by the warranty. All they care about is making the dollar. They will sell you phones all day long decently priced. But they wont be worth anything waste of time and money is all it will be worth.

Got a phone and a phone case from here it only got three stars because the lady who helped us didnt seem like she wanted to help me and my husband that and the phones didnt come with a charger no biggie just wish I would have known before going. the phone I got works great and looks good would recommend just hopefully the staff are having a better day

BEWARE!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!I would NOT recommend buying a unlocked phone from Twister Wireless. Ads consistently pop up. Google pops on out of no where. The phone will start playing stuff when it is sitting on a table not being used. Almost all used phones here at Twister has old batteries so you will be going back to buy a battery. They are nice but VERY MISLEADING!!

The people are usually always nice. They usually have what I go in there for. But today was a different story. They had absolutely nothing for my Revvl 2 phone. Thats okay though. I bet next time I go in there, theyll have it.

First phone wouldnt work correctly so exchanged for a different phone that works correctly but has a faint line across the top of the screen. Warranty on the phones are 3 days and they do not allow any exchanges from the moment of purchase. I just got lucky that the first phone I was sold was broken enough to exchange. My impression is that most phones they sell have issues. Wouldnt recommend.
