I had an awesome experience! The sales rep Alex did an awesome job of not being pushy, but also letting us know about the deals and promotions! He was very patient with my wife and I, I definitely recommend you talk to him when you stop by. The only reason we werent able to get my wife set up during the visit was because of some issues with switching over from Verizon. But overall, Im very satisfied! My reception has improved dramatically!!

I was very upset when I went into the store because I bought my phone at Sams and I was told when I got the phone (as it was being mailed to me) to come back into Sams and they would set it for me. It was the holiday weekend so Tuesday September 8, I went back into Sams at the designated time and no one was there. I waited a while and no one showed up. I even called tech support and they have not been helpful to me in past. This time was no different. I told him I could not understand him more than once and he did not offer to get an English speaking person. So I told him to forget it and I hung up. I have been an AT&T customer from the beginning and I was ready to throw in the towel with your company altogether. If it hadn’t been for Juan I would have. When calling tech support some are arrogant with the older generation as they get so impatient. But they will get older in time and won’t know everything, so it will be their turn.So I went to the AT&T store and Juan the manager Was there and he knew I was angry and I told what happened and he told me he would help me. Which he did and was very nice. I appreciated him very much and he made me much more calm. He was very patient with me as I do not know the technical terms so he explained. He was vet good and helpful and I am thankful for him. In this store your employees have always been helpful.

If you specifically ask about returns when you are buying a temporary phone while waiting for a warranty replacement, they will tell you that you will get a refund. What they DO NOT tell you is that there will be a $55 restocking fee and you wont know anything about that until later, when youre returning the temporary phone and read the tiny print on the back of your receipt.....which you do not have when youre asking questions during the sale. They knew the phone would be returned when the replacement arrived, so everything was clear up front.. They finally said they would refund the full price, but thats a pretty shady business tactic. Were now looking at other options for cell service after 20 years of being customers. Very disappointing to say the least.

Absolute dogsh** service. I walked in and was immediately put in a waiting queue to get my service changed, which was entirely understandable. However what was not understandable was the fact that it took about an hour for a representative to actually come to me and help me out, what was more infuriating was that the manager was playing on his phone while customers were waiting. Not only that, when I was helped, the representative told me that I had to call customer service on the phone to get my issue resolved. When I had that done, I reached out to another representative to help me with the service change and they told me to do it myself. I literally had to ask the new hire to ask for the manager for me. When the manager actually came to help me, he was completely unprofessional, offered no signs of consolations, and basically walked me through the entire service change only to find out in the end that my phone was not compatible with their 5G network (this was after charging my card). Three hours of waiting just to get billed around $70 and get nothing in return. Ive been a long time AT&T customer, but this entire experience destroyed my view of this company. Unbelievable.

No one likes going to the phone store, but this was a particularly bad experience. Our sales clerk was disinterested in us and neither friendly nor helpful, knew less about phone plan availability than we did, and straight up lied to us about canceling one of our lines. Beyond disappointing.We went in looking for two things: to cancel one phone line for a watch that has been replaced and for information about an international plan. First we were told there is no international plan, then upon relaying what we found on the internet, we were told oh, yeah, that is the price for international.When we asked to cancel the watch plan we were told, okay, its done to which we responded, wow that was quick and then still found the line on our bill this month, meaning we will have to go in AGAIN to cancel this service that we have already tried to cancel.The only nice thing I can say about this trip is that the manager thanked us for coming in and the store was clean.

Very unimpressive experience with AT&T visit to simply replace my dead cell phone. It took 5 separate trips over a 5 day period to place my order, attempt to correct the problems with that order, delete the original order and then enter a corrected order - not to mention that I am fairly sure that our billing will be extremely incorrect due to all these missteps along the way.Unfortunately I get the strong feeling they could care less.

He helped us update our plan, transfer our data and answered all of our questions.We went back today because we were having trouble logging in to our new HBOMax account. The reason why i went to the store was i didnt want to spend long hours on phone with the customer service agent. I have been here 3 times first time I walked in no one greeted and i stood there 20 minutes and i have to figure out looking at monitor on the side i was suppose to check in so i went out. Second time i check in and went it was not busy the gentleman helped me right away and told me i dont need to check in i can just walk in. So he fixed my problem, but after two days i got a email saying it didnt went through i have to do it again. So i walked in the store at 740. One gentleman said Ill be with you shortly and i stood there for my turn and after they finished the checked in people 3 of the employees went in to the back door not even asking have you been helped even though I was the only sitting in there. Then one guy came out and have to approach him to ask if he can help me it was 815 and he says i have to check you in first and another employee an African American gentleman was helping another customer said you dont have to sir we will help and finally a lady helped me she was nice and checked in the system whats going on and i hope it is resolved. I hope i dont have to go back to this place ever. I am an Asian i dont know if they doesnt like Asian. i walked out of the place never to go back. Hopefully management take necessary action to train atleast some of the employees how to treat customers.

I was having an issue with the billing for my families account and the proper number of phones and watches associated with the account. Apparently when switching from an older Apple Watch to the new watch the AT&T system added an additional phone number to our account. I went to the NW Expressway store and met with Kamil Gray. She very methodically went through the bill and determined there was a extra phone number not associated with any of the phones or watches. She was very patient and was able to determine which number was incorrect and removed it from the account. Kamil is very intelligent, knowledgeable and has a very calming attitude. I give her 5 Stars. Thank you Kamil!

Harley did a fantastic job of hitting every goal, even when the store filled up with more customers. Chris Depue was absolutely fantastic!!! He saved us money on our current plan when we only came in to get a new phone! He was great at explaining all the features and options of the new phone. He even talked to us about the new streaming TV service and showed us how much money we could save by transferring to the AT&T service. We are going to go home and compare the channels with what we currently have. We will probably be back for the tv service and will definitely ask for Chris to help us! I have nine hours tied up with this mistake that was made by the store in Graham, Tx. Two accounts with four phones. We have had hit or miss experiences at AT&T stores, but this location offered excellent service. If you make an appointment beforehand, you can skip the long waits and be seen at your appointment time. Service member Christopher and manager Michael were very friendly and helpful!

So so thankful for Roletta! We have had the roughest week and my daughter was in an accident and needed a new phone. We didnt have all of our Apple info and Roletta was patient and so professional with us. She assured us everything was going to be ok and she was going to everything she could to make sure we were taken care of. We actually left paying a little cheaper each month and my daughter upgraded her phone. It was very busy and she never made us feel rushed. We are so appreciative of above and beyond customer service, thank you thank you! (Oh, and thank you to Chenne for her outgoing and friendly personality as well!)

I have repeatedly attempted to inquire about my account status and any other pertinent information. Everyone is so awesome and so helpful in this store. Bakari Taylor, Yesinia and the managers are so helpful. They know what they are doing. I love going here because they are quick and will solve your problem when you leave the store. AT&T customer care is pathetic. They dont help you at all and you have to wait like an hour and you get hung up on your call. These people are great.

We had to stay an hour and a half after closing because we had trouble with our previous carrier porting out our numbers. The manager Fabeienne (sp?) and the Sales Associate Yesenia both patiently stayed and helped us in every way they could. They didn’t seem impatient or annoyed and were very pleasant to work with!

The gentleman that helped me was working alone and had just opened the store. There were around 5 of us customers and several more showed up shortly after the doors were open. Another employee had called off and he was doing a great job getting customers checked in while handling their issues. I drive out of my way to come to this particular store because the customer service is the best in the metro and this visit did not disappoint even tho the representative was slammed. High marks to AT&T for this great employee.
