Jaun and his partner went above and beyond what was expected of them. I was having a hard time getting my sim card to work and they stayed with me on the phone with my service provider.They even let my dog come in the shop to say hi!! I love customer service like this.Their prices were very reasonable.With Quality merchandise.I would definitely recommend them!

Worst place ive ever been to try to fix one of my phones they basically charged me $25 for babysitting the phone for a week and they gave it back to me the same way! ( not working of course ) one of the worst experiences ive had with repair stores they argued they changed plenty of parts on the phone but i doubt it for it to be the exact same way as when i took, nah not very believable and imo its not a legit place at all for repairs.

This company is one you can trust. No games, they are up front with what they can do. No surprises. Its hard to find a company you can trust. You can trust these guys and their prices are fair. Thank you for all your help and knowledge

Cell Smart is the best cellphone store I have EVER went to! My iPhone had to have a new battery and they did it within literally ten minutes if not faster! Juan is amazing and his customer service is off the charts!While I was there I figured why not get a case for my new phone and of course they had a bunch of options to choose from, cleaned my phone for me, and put it on for me as well! Their prices are very fair and they are the best choice possible to go to! You won’t regret it!

Needed to replace my aging phone so stopped in Cell Smart, OKC. The folks there are very nice, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Bought a Samsung S7 to replace my old Samsung S4 and this phone works super. Absolutely the best price and value in town! In fact, the folks at Cell Smart are such great people with super prices, I went back a week later and got another phone to replace my wifes old one. Guess what! They said they offer warranty so I assumed its atleast 15days but when I called them they only have a warranty for 3days for the phones that you bought. Just never went back. Most places offer atleast 30days
