Came previously, was a decent experience, was told I could upgrade my phone but was not interested at the time. Came later interested in upgrading and was told I would need to pay off my phone completely now, so I declined. Then when requesting info on getting phone repaired from cracked screen, was advised I would have to pay almost $200 though I have insurance and have gotten screen replaced before for similar reasons and only paid $30. The employee did not seem familiar with any of the information and was less than welcoming upon arriving at the location. Decided to look up online how to repair phone and was able to set up a repair appointment before the rep ever decided to care.

I had to go in to get some stuff done on my phone. I normally get a sales pitch and not the problem diagnosed. Jake sat me down and got to the root immediately and even did a lot of the stuff I normally have to do. Best customer service Ive had in this industry. I will come back and bring my family. Visited due to my phone having issues and needed some help. The sales tech was very professional and knowledgeable in helping me. Unfortunately we had to file a claim for my phone as there was no other means of fixing my specific issue, but the tech helped me through the whole process and was informative on what other phones are available that are comparable with mine. I appreciated his help so much.

So I had a horrible experience at the first store (63rd and May) Called the store in Yukon and Kevin was amazing he was very confident that he knew exactly how to get the phone I wanted and he did. By the time I drove from NW 63rd and May to Yukon my phone was ready and I I did was sign 2 things pay and go.Kevin went above and beyond to resolve my issues but also repair the horrible damage the sales person at the other store did

I went in pay my bill like normal pay for everything that they offer top notch to get told because I pay cash I cannot do a insurance claim on my phone I figure thats why you pay insurance so if your stuff breaks itll be covered but obviously not so if anybodys reading this when you go into Verizon to set up a payment plan or get phones or whatever just make sure youre not paying cash like I am with my hard-earned working dollar

I came into the store wanting to change my phone plan and also upgrade my phone. John G was very helpful, he explained everything to me. He told what to expect with me changing my plan on my next bill. He showed me the difference between the phones I was looking at. I didnt feel rushed. We found a phone that works for me. He was so helpful, patience and kind.

James Lee is the rudest sales technician i have ever dealt with . I am a nurse he treated me poorly. i took my phone back as i had a hard time trying to work it, he was unhelpful and charged me 100 for scratches on a phone i only had 4 days. He embarrassed me in front of other customers as though he was only interested in proving his point

We came here today to try and get my bill reduced a little bit. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I had no idea about the perks I had with my current plan, and he helped me get set up with Disney+, Hulu, and espn+ Which were all included in my plan for no extra charge! And he helped us with our military discount. Definitely ask for Ryan!

At around 5:30 p.m. on 10/21/20, Ryne Gosnell and his coworker were super helpful with solving a software issue on my iphone.They patiently helped guide me through a verizon tech call that was extremely frustrating and lasted well over an hour. Great customer service!

Me and three of my friends came here to get service on our ipads for our sales job. The representatives working here completed lied to us. They made us get individual accounts. After signing up we wanted to go on to a plan together to save 60$ each. However, they said that was impossible because we already signed the contract.Turns out in the contract fine print, we could have canceled within three days for a full refund and moved our accounts onto one. These reps just wanted to get higher commission from our service and lied to do so. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Go to a corporate verizon store!

I came in to upgrade my phone. I was very pleased with the help that I received. Joe and Harry are two extremely professional associates and they helped me not only upgrade but I got some really nice accessories for a very nice price. I would definitely recommend visiting this store. It wasnt like Mathis Brothers, no hassling salesmen. Very calm environment. Will definitely be coming back. They also have a great sense of humour:-)

This store was great. The salespeople were very helpful and really listened to our needs. Ryan helped us upgrade and was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and the pros and cons with each. Ryan was extremely patient as we were deciding. He also helped us do all of the paperwork involving rebates, etc. before we left the store. I would absolutely recommend this store and Ryan specifically!

We always go to the Verizon store located on the corner of May Ave and NW 63rd. The representatives at this location are excellent. We needed new phones - between Thai and Sterling everything went smoothly. This is not an easy task - we are older and dont catch on quickly - LOL. Both of the guys were beyond patient with us - took time to explain the whole transaction and helped us get everything set up on our phones.

This was our second visit to this Verizon store - both times our experience has been wonderful. The staff is professional and very helpful. On our first visit, Isaiah helped us get my husbands veterans discount. Todays visit, Brianna and Brandon helped us with some issues we were having with our phones. Excellent staff!!!

Well the fact that they charge you for paying cash is absurd they charge $1 because they dont have cash drawers for security reasons but they can take your cash and your extra dollar do I do in fact have cash drawers and theyre making a dollar off each transaction!!

I felt bad about showing up right at closing time. But the friendly and VERY helpful staff made no fuss with my 1.5hr session of questions and help me. Not to mention the extra effort that was put into saving me about $450. Ive been to Verizon stores all over the OKC metro area, and I will go (and would recommend going) to this one above all. Even if it is a bit out of the way.

Nicole is amazing and Chris was super patient and helped with all needs. This was by far my best experience in any Verizon store, Nicole went above and beyond showing me 6 different phones side by side explaining the differences in a way I could understand starting with what I use my phone for most. She even stayed an hour after store hours getting my phone set up and dealing with several problems that came up and above all she made sure I was completely satified with my purchase and experience.

Im usually a pretty positive person, but my experience with this company has been bad. My account was hacked, I paid money and never received my phones. Instead of them fixing the problem they billed me an extra balance, didnt return the money they owed me. Im not a fan of this company.

I happened to be driving by the French Market Verizon store and decided to stop. After 3 minutes with Brandon I tried what he suggested and everything cleared up. My wife is happy again and so am I. The person that waited on us needs to go to customer service school. He had none. Weve only been with Verizon for 2 months and I wish we had never changed!! As soon as I get my phone paid off Im leaving. They didnt quote anything correctly. We were to get a hundred dollar rebate. You ever heard of getting it in 4. a month. I would never recommend Verizon. The person was extremely disrespectful.

I would give this store 0 stars. Purchased a phone at the state fair and was told our number could be ported over. After a week and it still not being done, we stopped at a corporate store and were told that the number couldnt be ported over. We returned the phone to this authorized dealer but they didnt cancel the line so Im currently having to work with Verizon to be credited for several months worth of charges.

I had been an AT&T customer for almost 28 years. Two years ago I met Neil with Verizon Cellular Sales. After talking with him I thought I might get better reception with Verizon and was able to cut my wireless bill in half. Then Christmas last years I wanted to get my wife an iPad Mini for Christmas. I went into their 63rd street store and talked with Marco. It was the first time in 30 years I could say I had a really great experience when going into a cell store. Marco was awesome and took such good care of me I left with two tablets inside of one. Then last week I had a conversation with yet a third member of the cellular sales force, Ross. Im an iPhone guy and have been forever, but I wanted info on the new phones in the market because of the predicted price of the new iPhone X. Ross took the time to tell me about all the major players in todays market and what their best features were. I was really thinking of going down a more economical path, when he asked what I think was the big question. How many Apple devices do you have? He had noticed my iWatch. I told him everything I have is Apple. He told me I should more than likely just bit the bullet, because the new iPhone X would connect to all my other devices seamlessly. I thought that spoke a lot for the ethics of the Cellular Sales Team. I know that each salesman makes less of an iPhone than any other brand. To think of the needs of the client before they think of their own wallet speaks volumes to me. Thanks you to everyone Ive dealt with so far. Neil, Marco, Brandon, Stephen, Ross and James. Rest assured Ill keep coming back! And sending everyone I know.

I called before I left the house to ask about rates plans and service. I spoke to Sterling I ask for a rate on just a WiFi unlimited plan for my son he is a gamer. Sterlings quoted me a fee of $20 for the Sim card and $10 for unlimited plan on wifi data 4g LTE unlimited so my husband and I said we would be right there to make the deal final. When we arrived there was great front door parking, parking lot was clean and clear the door was locked it wasnt past the hours of operation it was for safety I assume. We was greeted by both reps. I told them that I had called earlier and that I was there for a new sim card and wifi plan. Sterling was very attentive to my needs and seemed to be sincerely working on getting me the plan he had quoted. However like most things that sound to good to be true . So was the quote Sterling and his coworker proceed to tell me that that was for existing account holders and that the unlimited for just WiFi only was $80 well I was trying very hard to get there before they closed so I counted the rainy day fund (change) to get the original price quote of $30 to them before they closed and the coworker informs me that they dont take change and my bag of change sit on the counter in front of both reps the entire time we discussed everything up to this point so not only did he quote me the wrong price I brought the wrong amount had to drive completely across town late in the evening in the rain pretty cold outside just kinda dangerous trip for everything to be completely wrong mainly because of Verizon . So I didnt get a sim card .I didnt get my account set up I didnt get limited or unlimited wifi I didnt get anything accomplished it was a complete waste of gas and time if the rep had informed me correctly in the first place about the price plans and service of Verizon it may have gone differently very unsatisfied with this experience
