2 hour guarantee triage took 20 hours and after the repair my truck went in line for a simple test drive at 1pm in the afternoon and as of the next day no one bothered to test drive it. I ended up testing it myself.The staff has gotten friendlier but not completing a test drive cost me another full day. My opinion Rush OKC is mostly interested in profit. Customer satisfaction is low on the list and has a a very long list of excuses to why they can’t be more in tune with our needs.

Great service, Great staff,, Late Review. Back in Sep 2020 i brought my 2020 579 with only 800 miles on it in with a leaking radiator. Late on a Friday night. The got me checked in and and started working on my truck at at 0700 the next morning. I was out of the shop with a new radiator by 1700. The service writers night and day were great. Answered all my questions and got me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend this shop for service. I will be back if i need service on my truck and i am in the area.

I had a positive personal experience. The mechanic was able to run a history on my Pete codes and quickly identify the issue. In about 1 1/2 I was back on the road.

Rush Truck Center is a full service truck shop / dealership. They deal in new Peterbilt trucks and new Ford Commercial trucks. They also have a small collection of some used Peterbilt trucks on hand. Rush Truck Center of Oklahoma City is a nice clean shop that has reasonable prices on sales and service. They are one of the cheapest places in town to get your DOT inspection done on your trucks. They are conveniently located on the West side of OKC just off Interstate 40. If you have to stay and wait on your truck to be repaired, they have a nice tucker lounge waiting area upstairs. They also have a decent selection of vending machine snack items to choose from.

Slow service, expensive, and staff wouldnt admit fault when they messed up brakes, even though they fixed them for free. We spent several thousand dollars purchasing a truck and making several repairs, and the staff didnt seem to care. Do not recommend.

Terrible service. the third day they are engaged in the elimination of the error. but when the driver arrives at the Shop Truck, he stands in the parking lot and no one does it.

Their service here at Rush Truck Center, used to be a terribly long wait, and you could never seem to get the right part the first time around, however in the LAST SIX MONTHS OR SO, THE SERVICE REPS HAVE MADE AN AMAZING TRANSFORMATION. For the most part, you go in, get your parts, and are on your way out in just a few minutes, & in our experience. Just make sure to check that you have exactly what you need before you leave, nobodys perfect. I dont know what they did, but they have been doing a GREAT JOB. KEEP IT UP!!!

Was told they had the over priced part I needed over the phone. It was to be ready at will call, drove in stood in line for45-1hr to be told they don’t have it. Desk top and hand held computers everywhere. Don’t trust they will have your part just because the computer says they do. A bad choice to buy parts from.

Rush Oklahoma City has had my truck for ten days as of this post and has still not completed the work. According to their own diagnosis the truck needed the batteries load tested and the exhaust needs two clamps. Thats it! Thats the entire problem and I have had no luck getting them to do the work. Ive run out of money for motels and have spent the last two nights sleeping in my trailer because they cant find time to put two clamps on and four batteries in. Dont ever take your vehicle to them. There are two TAs within four miles of Rush, go to either one of them instead! Sadly, my company has to take the truck to a Peterbilt dealer for warranty work.

My Peterbilt has been sitting at this company since Monday 4/12/2021. It is sitting in the triage waiting for the next available team member that is available...its now Friday and Im still waiting for the next available team member that is available. Im not sure why it should take so long for my truck to be diagnosed, or fixed.. I feel this is very unprofessional. What kind of company is this... I dont recommend taking your trucks here.. I dont feel they care about us drivers or how we make our living..

There is no rush here. We were passing through OKC and had an engine problem with our rv. After searching we decided on this rv repair shop and were told if we brought it in first thing Tuesday morning a tech could triage it and get it into the queue. On FRIDAY my husband was told there were still 12 customers ahead of us and they updated- emailed -the new promise date to the 24th. Today-Monday- my husband was able to speak directly to the service manager and as of 1: 30pm its next in line to be diagnosed. I would not recommend this place for travelers.

I had a blown airbag on a Saturday morning. I called Rush Enterprises in Oklahoma City and they told me to come in. 15min after I arrived, my truck was already in the shop and a hour later it was done. They definitely did a great job. Much appreciated.

I would not rate the OKC service department even one star. They have had the truck in their shop for over three weeks. And all we get is excuses for not getting it done. The work they performed is adjust the clutch, replace fuel and air filters, and replace air horn diaphragm kit.

Ashley at the shop desk and John, who did the work on my truck, went above and beyond. They are great assets to Rush. On the other hand, one of the estimators left a little to be desired. He definitely does not possess the personality meant to work with the public. But thanks again, John and Ashley.

NO RUSH PETERBILT I show up first thing in the morning and was told to go get a hotel room and all I needed was 2 codes cleared and to force a regen 16hrs later finally on the road and 900 dollars and service desk was rude as hell mechanic wise they were polite and did everything they could for me

Service dept is ridiculously slow. Made an appt for a service on my truck and have an engine light checked. Truck sat for 10 days in same spot before being looked at. Then finally pulled it in and serviced it checked engine code took 3 days. They give song & dance about. Why it took so long.

Had to be towed to the Oklahoma City Rush Truck Center, This place is super slow and after being in a motel for over two weeks, and they finally got my truck fixed, well they didnt even check the heat to see if it worked after I told them that it was sometimes working and not, other than the reason of actually getting my truck fixed. And now I dont have heat in the front, but do in the bunk area. They were sloppy with getting grease stains from their feet in my truck, could have put some paper mats down before getting in, so now I have grease stains on my floor. To me thats not very professional. Hope others have a better experience than I did.

Okay here is the reason for 1 * wish I could meet - 3 stars. The body shop manager is a joke. Just like his name he is a teeter totter. How can somebody with no mechanical knowledge run a body shop! Please do not get an alignment here they have no freaking clue what theyre doing. I did get a PM the kid that did itdid not grease have what he was supposed to. If I have a choice and if you have a choice to not bring anything here whatsoever

In June I had an exhaust temp sensor diagnosed and replaced here.The tech was awesome.He had it done by 11 am but Rush never sent me a message until about 3 asking ne to authorize the repair!The truck was finished 4 hours before!Bottom line.A $120.00 sensor cost just under $1100.00!!!Service writer couldnt explain all the extra charges,so I mailed a copy of the bill to the manager asking for an explanation of the extra charges They never even bothered to give me an answer.1st bad experience with Rush,but now my turbo needs attention and I wont be going there!!

I should have looked at the reviews before going but at the end of the day, the were the only one open!Beginning of October had work completed by another shop, the awesome desk staff, helped this get covered. I was happy with the customer service, I understand they are busy and have contract work to fulfill as well as us walkins. They service is a little slow, but from my understanding they just recently implemented a new system, so the tech you get assigned is the tech that stays with the truck unless it needs to level up a tech!We are very thankful for all the work that day shift did to keep things moving along, Will Young, Mark, Johnathon, the service tech and everyone else involved during the day were great. Had a few issues with night manager with original walk-in to check in and when we left, but the day shift backed us up with that. Overall it was a good experience with my patience and temperament! I would recommend them but with a warning, it is slow, and first come first serve. But I wouldn’t have asked for a better shop to help us with the issues we had with our truck. Thank you all for your hard work!

Service is slow work on trucks slow go in for fifth wheel cover to be replaced and now there saying it wont be ready til Nov 30 I could have have fifth wheel cover replqce few weeks go service dont take ur truck here unless u want this shop to sit on it for awhile

Been stuck in Oklahoma for three days trying to get truck worked on put truck into Bay one time and then put it back on the lot and told us that we were going to have to keep getting hotel rooms until they could figure out what was wrong with it so we decided to take it to another truck repair shop

All of the 5 star reviews are total bs. This place is the worst. They got my truck into the shop within 2 hours after I arrived. All I needed was PM/oil change and an engine code read. 30 hours later Im still waiting for them to replace a sensor.

If you are thinking about taking your truck to this facility for repairs, think again! They will tell you they can get the work done quickly, but don’t count on it. George, their front counter guy, needs to take some lessons on courtesy and customer service. George clearly hates his job and should consider another line of work. Hey Rush, you should read your Google and Yelp reviews and take action to fix these issues. I lease on with a large carrier and you can be assured I will tell anyone who will listen to avoid Rush Oklahoma City.

After spending thousands of dollars at Rush okc too get my 2015 freightliner diagnosed with a DEF system failure 12 repairs in less than six months exhausting my extended warranty never fixing my problem the service manager Daniel was upset at meSaying that my truck was a piece of worn out junk.Let me caution you as a small business owner they do not care about spending your money on diagnosing a problem by throwing on parts very unprofessional and un-American!!!Joe B

Too long to get a belt put on

This place will RIP you off I brought my truck in here with the check engine light on. They fixed a couple of thing and got it to go off as soon as I left the light came back on . They charged me $164 to change a sensor and they did not even touch the sensor. I changed it and the light went off . I called them and was told sux to be you there is nothing you can do about it we screwed you and you need to be happy about it. This place sux save your money go somewhere else.

I have bought parts several times here, had my different trucks worked on here. Theyve always done just a good a job as me. Thats saying a lot. Ive been to other shops with breakdowns as an owner op, where they did less than satisfactory work. To the point of me having the habit of buying parts and fixing my truck myself. As an owner op I really hate downtime, these guys some times take a little while to get to my truck because there is a waiting list, cant cut line just because I think Im more important. This is one of the few places I know will have my truck fixed right when it leaves and they even beat other quotes Ive had on getting work done. A lot of truckers gripe about customer service, I havent been in their service department when its not been busy. Wait your turn lol. But they have always been good to me, answer questions when I buy parts on the best way to get at a part, or torque specifications, stuff like that. They are use to be surprised at first when a woman would come in buy parts but theyve seen me fix my truck on the street in front of them enough by now lol. Good people tho. Would recommend highly

Yesterday I was driving between Velma Ok and Duncan Ok and my carrier bearing went out on me. I called my mechanic who is on vacation mind you, and he called Larry at Rush Peterbilt mobile and once Larry gathered the parts up and got started towards me, I was rolling in 4 hours. Awesome job Larry

This place is horrible..please DO NOT go here..we took our truck there for a simple 2 hour repair job..We needed the wheel seal changed..dropped it at 11am and they told us that it would be completed by 3pm. Well at 4:30 I called only to be put on hold for 20 min. Then my husband goes up there to see that the kid had taken the tire and and the brake drum off..which there was no need..and nobody was working on it..so needless to say, it was 10:30pm when they called and said it was done..husband goes to get it and 664.00 later I am furious..Loves quoted us 360.00 but couldnt get it in well I wish we would of waited..like I said ..DO NOT GO THERE

Got my sensor fixed but it took 4hrs. Then they backed my truck into another truck,so I set here another 2hrs waiting on them to do road test guess everyone but me needed to go to lunch!!!!!!!!

This place keeps you on the loop almost everyday on where they are at on the service of you vehicle and you dont get that in a lot of places. Great job!

We have used Rush a few times for work on our motorhome. They have always done a great job and finished it quickly. They have been professional and courteous. I scheduled our last appointment online and was quickly contacted by them via email. They answered all my questions. I will continue to use Rush.

Left my truck while on vacation. I come home and have to keep calling to get the billing but they charged the company Im leased to for payment instead of me. Second issue, they ran my batteries down and replaced them with out my knowledge. No phone calls to me from them. I went in for a parameter and engine light. I came home to a 1250 bill and 6.5 hours of labor for a computer issue. Their my local Pete shop but my next Pete will be in Tulsa and my engine will be going to MHC for now on. So pissed off this morning.

Was told yesterday to come on in, they would pull us into the shop first thing in the morning, KNOWING that we had to be in Arizona Friday morning. Drove 450 miles to get here last night. Here it is now, 1445, and the damn truck STILL is not in the bay, AND, just cost us our $19000 load. Very disappointed with the service we have received from not just this shop, but peterbilt in general. If we wanted this level of service, we would have purchased a freightliner.

My 2018 579 went down with a DEF level sensor and they have had it for days now and tell me its not under warranty. My company says it should be. Truck only has 224,000 miles on it . Been in a hotel for days now and not making any money. The customer service in service sucks. They are doing what the can to gauge the drivers on the road. Its hard enough to make money trucking and this makes it impossible.

They will still your stuff out your truck and act like they don’t know what happened to it they put that sign up because they know something is going to be stolen it’s not right to the drivers that leave there stuff in there truck I was a victim this pass weekend someone through all of my clothes on the floor and stole my gps and my head set so with that said don’t leave your stuff in your truck because it may not be there when you get your back we pay to much money for our stuff to let someone still it

Repaired a truck for me. Did great work.

Very slow service, parts counter needs more help. Stood in line 40 minutes, no acknowledgement you are even there. Manager in office to left of counter, youd think he would want to help the counter, or find someone that could. I will not return there, too many truck stops along that stretch of hwy to deal with poor service.

I should have listened to the other drivers around me!! They said to not take anything to the OKC Rush Center. I still did because I have a Peterbilt. I was charged $543.14 for a wiring problem. That they just electric taped up. It didn’t fix the problem. I was told if they found another problem they would charge me for that! If the problem wasn’t fixed to start with!! Why was I charged?? Will never have them touch another truck of mine!!!

Service department makes chronic mistakes. Parts department is impressively slow. The employees here just really don’t care.

The service department was very courtious and helpful. The facility has a lot out front to drop your trailer, which is easy to back into, and a cement reenforced place to dolly down. Its very clean. Even a laundry if you have time to do any. A large break room/ drivers lounge. Service was faster than expected, and if you fill out a small servey, you get a pocket knife with their logo. Outstanding job guys. Thanks.

Very poor and slow service! Service foreman has lack of responsibility and professionalism.Our truck was taken to this dealership for cylinder head diagnostic, they said cylinder head cracked we ok them for repairs, and then theater started... Radiator leaking, batteries are bad, turbochargers are bad, now I just received a call - alternator is bad. I agree on all these failures, but they should be announced at a very beginning of evaluation and repair process. If they would tell that after diagnostic is completed – the outcome could be different. No matter what – just run far away from this place! You will not regret! They will make you pay! Corporate office should pay attention…

Lady in service had no clue what i was asking when i was trying to get a ballpark price based on book hours.at 155 an hr i would think they could actually get someone in service department that was a bit knowledgeable of the services offered.the guys at McDonalds are as knowledgeable as this lady was.

I just purchased a new Ford from Rush Okc. They had a flat bed installed for me, and picked me up from the airport, had everything ready to go. If youre in the market for a truck, I highly reccomend contacting Matt Kaplan, he was a great salesman to work with.

Very poor customer service, foreman was very unprofessional trying to blame everyone else when he was responsible for jobs to be completed, took 5 days to repair a 3 hr job with the part in stock. Rush should be ashamed, we will go anywhere but here for now on.
