We have purchased 3 vehicles from Eskridge. The most recent one was an unplanned purchase because our poor Odyssey just couldnt go any more. Our salesperson, Byron was fantastic and made the whole process simple. We are still taking our COVID precautions and called ahead of time to reserve a test drive. He had it ready in 15 minutes! Then our finance person, Cory, was simply great. He researched and found the best interest rate and explained every thing we were signing. Cant say enough great things about both of them! We continue to trust Eskridge and will be back when our oldest turns 16 to get him started in a Honda!
I remember stopping by Eskridge Honda years ago. I wasnt car shopping that day, and the salesman that spoke to me treated me as if I was still worth his time. So, when I was ready to buy, this was the first place my husband and I stopped. Turns out the salesman that impressed me back then, Scott Derrick, was the one who greeted us, and I was impressed with his respectfulness and sincerity a second time. Within a few minutes he found the perfect used car for me, but never made me feel pressured to make a snap decision. Scott made the experience completely enjoyable. He was so enthusiastic about explaining every detail, and made sure I understood all the screens and functions. After the purchase, he checked in to make sure I was enjoying the car. Hal Elliot was our salesman and Cory Brown our accounting office. This has to be one of the smoothest transactions I’ve ever experienced when purchasing a new car. Both gentlemen were honest and open with us. No shady deals here, we walked away feeling good about our purchase with no regrets. I knew what I wanted and he didn’t try to pressure me into anything else. I needed the car brought to my house instead of driving it home the day of purchase and he was happy to do that. It was priced considerably more reasonably than cars at other dealerships right now and our salesman, James, was very upfront and honest about everything. I recently found myself purchasing a new car unexpectedly. It seemed a terrible time to buy as it was difficult to find available cars due to the shortage. After searching many dealerships, I ended up at Eskridge Honda. They did not disappoint. I was greeted immediately and quickly put in contact with the salesman I had talked to on the phone. Scott Derrick is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. To say his customer service goes above and beyond is an understatement. He was honest up front and worked hard to find just the right car and make sure I was happy. He even told me to go home and sleep on it instead of pressuring me into purchasing immediately. I went to Eskridge to look at a Honda Pilot. When I ask to drive it, he told me maybe tomorrow. I needed to make it quick they were closing. The sign on the door showed they closed at 8:00pm. I got to the car lot at 6:50pm. The salesman was very rude. I have bought multiple cars from Eskridge Honda, but never again. I live about 3 miles away, but will be driving to Norman or Edmond from now on.

Really enjoyed my experience here. Hal Elliott was an awesome salesman (as well as a snappy dresser :) ). My wife came in first to check things out and he really made her feel welcome and at home, never pushy. This was one of the best car buying experiences either my husband or I have had all thank to Hal Elliott. OMG! People say its painful to buy a vehicle but not with HOLLY at Eskridge Honda! She never once pressured me to hurry and buy and when I chose my Honda HRV-EX, she took great care of me and all of the questions I had. When I would text or call her about a question, she would immediately respond.Thats unheard of nowadays.I wanted the wheels black so she suggested powder coating them. While I waited, she provided a temporary vehicle for me. I brought my 2021 Honda Accord in on Saturday 8/14/21 due to my tire pressure light coming on. They put air in my tires and I left. I returned on 8/16/21 with the same issue on top of me hearing a noise every now and then. I was greeted by Angie Scheer a service advisor in the service department. She had this look on her face as if I was not having issues with my car. She talked to the technician in a sarcastic way that made me feel like my concerns we’re not real. I then spoke with the service manager Pat Fitzgerald and explained the situation. He was not helpful and was instead trying to explain her behavior 🙄. I had to have one tire replaced and another one plugged. A little compassion, listening and care goes a long way in times like this. I will not be returning to this location. …
Scott sold us a truck and we had to wait for it to come in. He did everything quickly to make sure it got here as quick as possible. Scott did not pressure us and treated us like family. Scott knows his cars and cares about his customers as if they are one of his own family members. I would recommend Eskridge Honda and Scott to any one. We will go back in the future.
Did a B2 service consisting of oil change, tire rotation and check of fluids and tires. Was given a detailed report part of which rated each of the tires as an 8 out of whatever. The problem is one of the tires was brand new - literally on the vehicle 2 days - and another had been changed out approximately 6 months before that. So there is NO WAY each tire was in the same condition. I know the tires got rotated because the 2 new tires wound up on the same side of the vehicle. My concern is that if the tires were not actually checked while they were being rotated then I highly doubt any of the fluid levels were actually checked. Hopefully the oil and filter change actually got done. Next time I will just take it to an oil or tire store where I can watch and be sure everything was done. Plus it will be WAY cheaper.

One of the worst customer service experience. I called Guillermo sales associate, mid-morning to let him know that I was very interested in purchasing a vehicle. I told him how serious I was because I had my vehicle stolen and needed to make a purchase as soon as possible. I immediately told him to send me the financing papers and completed that task 5 minutes after he sent them to me. I called them and asked him to please not sell that vehicle. I offered to even put a down payment so that the vehicle would not be sold. I was approved, and was only debating in regards to the bank that they were trying to finance me through. Once again I told them that I would call my credit union and get my own financing done. I never received the link to put the down payment for the vehicle which I asked for three times during the three separate times that I called TJ the pre-owned manager and Guillermo the sales associate.No more than 2 hours went by Guillermo decided to text me and let me know that they had sold the vehicle, stating that another customer had walked in and purchased it while I had already as for a link to separate that car early morning. I would have understand if I did not show any initiative to show them that I was interested in the vehicle but I spend over 5 hours trying to provide everything that they wanted me to. By far the worst experience Ive had with purchasing a vehicle. If any of the managers at this dealership read this please do not contact me anymore in regards to trying to get my business. I have text message to support what I am saying as well. For anyone else looking into purchasing from them I ask you to please be mindful of who is helping you. May god bless everyone.The problem was not financing I clearly made the sales associate know that I would be doing my own financing through credit Union. It would have been common courtesy to allow me and obtain it since I had already contacted you all before any other customer had arrived.
Great place to shop for a vehicle! Holly, Cory, and JT were all super helpful and professional. At no point was I pressured into looking at vehicles I wasnt interested in or to commit to a vehicle I was looking for. Kim from KBB was also great. She put me at ease when I brought my trade that I was literally praying wouldnt break down in their lot! I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone about my experience there.

My wife and I came to Eskridge when she saw a 2011 F150 that she liked, and we had been looking for a decent priced truck for some time now. Byron was extremely professional and didnt breathe down our neck the entire time like most salesmen do. Issues with the trade in arose and rather than telling us that the deal was FUBAR, Byron and the team at Eskridge found a way to make it work that left both us, and them satisfied. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone in search of a vehicle but is worried about going through a dealership. They made the entire experience pain free! They are definitely at the top of the list of where we will be going when it is time to get another vehicle.

Went there to look at a new CRV nice car but they came back with huge payment and didn’t really try to work with us the sales lady Reagan was very nice but the finance guys and sales manager not at all. So we left and went to ORR NISSAN AND BOUGHT a new Nissan Murano which is much more expensive car and they got us exactly in our payment rage eskridge Honda lost a sale !!

We got the run around from Battison Honda, one price listed and then you call and all of a sudden the price jumped $2k. We called Eskridge Honda, my Dad dealt with Bill the sales manager, he offered the car we wanted at a $700 price difference from Battison and gave me $2k more for my trade in! ❤️ When we arrived Scott Derrick was our salesperson and he was awesome! He welcomed us like we were old friends! This was the most painless and enjoyable experience we have ever had buying a car! I Dread Buying A New CarGenerally, Id choose a visit to a sadistic dentist rather than go through the phony car buying dance where you leave the transaction knowing that once again the dealership got the best of you. Not so with Jimmy at Eskridge. We were able to come to a fair deal through a series of painless emails. When we reached a price, he promised that the car would be cleaned, full of gas and waiting for us on our arrival. It was. This was a great example of a wonderful car and a fair deal.
Jimmy Cannon helped me get into a new 2021 Honda Civic EX Hatchback. He was extremely helpful and went to bat for me to get me the price I wanted for the car. He was also very knowledgeable about the car’s features and went out of his way to showcase them for me. Amazing staff! I worked with Missy Ramirez and was able to leave in a used 2020 Hyundai Sonata! This is one of my best experiences with a dealership. I gott my first Honda car here when I was in College. They have a great service. They provided me plenty of options. The one that I liked best was not in inventory but they requested from somewhere else. They also helped me to get an amazing loan rate and walked me through the whole process. It was great for my first dealer experience. I went to other Honda in Norman before coming here and it wasnt good at all.

I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy Cannon on a new purchase. As far as car sales goes he was great to work with. He did not push me toward anything I did not want and was easy to work with. Due to my work schedule and Covid, we were able to negotiate a very reasonable price all over email. All I had to do, by the time I showed up, was sign some papers and leave. Mr. Cannon had completed all the paperwork prior to me arriving. Other cars sales people from other dealers wouldn’t give me a price unless I came in and kept trying to get me into cheaper cars for the price and car I wanted. I would def recommend this dealer and Mr. Cannon specifically for how easy he made the whole experience.

Went for an airbag recall on my 06 civic si. The got the work done quickly. But didnt assemble my dash correctly. So I Sent it back in for them to fix it. Watched the tech rush to fix the issue slamming on my dash trying to get it clicked down. Needless to say. Got it back the second time and sure enough the dash still wasnt assembled correctly and the tabs holding the radio/ac assembly at the bottom were completely misaligned and could clearly see it. I decided to just fix it my self. Rather than let them continue tearing my car up over a simple airbag recall. :/ scratching up my interior panels for no reason just to rush.
They didnt even honor their agreement/word. We had met into an agreement on a price (I have email with Mi*** screenshots) and decided to do paperwork the next day. The next day, they decided to increase the price. That was utterly ridiculous and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone from going there. Save your time!I know they would say Sorry and we will talk with our staffs, but who will give my time back? Sleazy people!
We pulled up. Parked in the back. Then walked all around looking at all the CRV’S. Lots on the lot. Fixing to get back in our vehicle to leave. We hear a voice “Is there something you like?” Very nice salesmen. Derrick Scott is his name. He was great. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle’s on the lots. You could say he was a seasoned salesman. Not pushy at all. Next thing you know we agreed on the purchase. The computers where not working correctly that day so he had to do it the old school way. Lots on paper. Our financial guy Cory Brown was great. The process very simple!! Fun fact Cory said about Mr. Scott, he is very passionate about recycling. Everyone there throws trash in the proper spots and he lets them know if they do not!! Was a very pleasant experience and we hope Mr. Scott will be there in 20 years when we are ready for a new vehicle! Thank you Eskridge Honda and the staff! I am the proud owner of a brand new Honda Civic. I have never had a better car buying experience, anywhere, period! For a month I have looked at every Honda dealership from Norman to Edmond. I called and Emilio set up a meeting and when we got there Emilio talked to us and showed us around we knew what we wanted and of course middle of the process we changed our mind and wanted a diffrent car and Emilio was right there the whole way with his torn ACL and crutches, he ran for us for hours getting everything set up he went above and beyond the whole time. After that Alex got our financing set up and well under what we were looking for monthly payments, my wife and I were just floored Alex explained everything and made sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful experience all the way!! The Eskridge team made a repeat customer today. I cant wait to buy my next car.

REVIEW AMENDED!Leaving orginal content as I feel it is still perntenant information. I was contacted only AFTER leaving a poor review on google. Pat the service manager took the time to listen and understand my point of view. We discussed in depth why I was not pleased. He asked for a second chance at earning my business. So, I did, this time my appointment was confirmed, I was promptly greeted and service was perfomed flawlessly. Missy did a great job of explaining the services they performed what will be needed at the next services and what the chargers were. So, they have redeemed themselves, and I will use them again for my next service.I would normally let it go, but, after continually being berated by their marketing team it is time to speak up.First I went to the trouble of booking an appointment for service online(big mistake, now they have your info). When I arrived at the dealership they had no clue of the appointment nor any of the info I had entered. So we had to go through it all again.Then what really bothered me was that they tried to sell me an expensive service that even under severe mountain driving wouldnt be due for nearly double my milage.(Ok, well wont be sending my car here anymore) I can no longer trust a dealership that tries to take advantage of me in my first interaction with them, especially when a quick glance theyd the operators manual verified they were just trying to take my money.They did send me a nice survey after I paid for my service in which I detailed my experience. They were unable to follow up with that either.The one thing they have been able to do is continually try to sell me a new car. ( I bought mine NEW just over a year ago)Sadly their location is super convenient to work and home, but because of not just the unscrupulous actions of their service writer, but their lack of response concerning the matter, I will choose another dealer that is much farther from work and home.I suggest if you have ANY service work done that you educate yourself well BEFORE visiting this dealership.

I had been mulling over a new car. I read all the reviews and settled on the ‘19 Civic Sport Touring Edition and love it! Scott Derrick and the team there were awesome. They made the process easy and just were overall great to work with. You should definetly go see them if you’re looking for a Honda. Now excuse me while I go zip around the city in my hot ride!

Horrible experience, they literally jump on you right when you get out of your car. I did NOT feel comfortable at ALL here and just ended up leaving. Why am i going to pay YOU for unprofessional service and rudeness? Was not acknowledged at all, especially them not knowing I had a appointment! Please save your money and self-respect and do not come here. All of these reviews are probably being persuaded to do or getting paid to write them. How unprofessional of a associate worker. Make sure to write down what you are going there for on paper, since they will try and lie to your face!

Hal was very patient in waiting two years for me to make the decision in buying a new Odyssey. We test drove several vehicles, but I wasn’t ready to undertake new technology and give up my 2015 odyssey. I said, “What do you mean no shift stick from Drive through Park anymore?” That’s going to take a little getting used too. I am glad that Hal was my salesman because I’m very satisfied with the 2021 Odyssey. You can teach an old dog new tricks.
My wife and I recently shopped around for a new minivan, visiting 4 different dealerships. This was a longgg process but the excellent staff helped make it a smooth one. John helped me pick out which car was the most fit for me and my needs and I ended up getting a brand new one thanks to his knowledge and recommendations! He helped get the best deal I could get and passed me over to Alex who also helped out immensely with giving out coverage options and figuring out what was best fit for me. I got low monthly payments and a pretty good deal for it being my first new car. I 100% recommend this place!!:)

Online says parts department doesnt close till 4:00 p.m. on a Saturday. I show up at 3:30, walk inside, no one says hi to me but yet weve got four or five people standing right there talking to each other. I head towards the parts department and see that theyre closed, turn around and finally someone proceeds to tell me they close at 1:00 today. Would be nice if they reflected this on their website so people dont waste their time going to this dealership.

He was helpful from the first phone call I made to the moment I walked out the door after the sale. Overall a wonderful buying experience. Scott managed to make it stress free and helped me make the best decision for me.
Service department really needs help. We went in for a basic oil change I knew it was going to be a rough day when the service advisor asked me how to open a hood on a Jeep i had to come to the service bay and show the tech. 😑. Oil change was done within an hour had oil residue on both plastic fenders and on the hood ask him to come wipe it off which they did but now my plastic fenders are stained with oil residue quite obvious they didnt bother to check differential levels didnt top off windshield wipers or check power steering or some how did in with out disturbing the dust and mud on the dif and t case and did not grease grease fittings on the front of my Jeep and yes there are 4 and even after doing their survey explaining all this you would have thought their service manager would have contacted us but they have not granted this was a $45 oil change .

Ive never bought a car without looking at it first so I was nervous but Scott is very knowledgeable and reassured me! He gave me a generous offer on my trade-in and I was happy with the price of my new Honda Civic hatchback! Overall, it was an excellent experience! Highly recommend!!
I bought my 2016 Accord EXL at Eskridge in Oct. 2017. I got it at a great price and was able to negotiate some extras...like the window tinting. 😊Other than that faulty driver LED daytime running light, which is a Honda thing and no fault of Eskridge, I love the car. Plus, that lifetime engine warranty!! Cant beat that!ANDTheir service department is top notch.Professional and trustworthy.Two thumbs way up!
