The price was kind of high, but expected because it was a dealership. They did give me a military discount nice. Make sure they are good to go when ordering parts as soon as they find the problem or that will be another wait. Great respectful employees. Yes I would go back and recommend them to others.
I was here five years ago and walked out after 30 minutes I was angry. I feel like everyone deserves a second chance. I reluctantly gave them the opportunity to disappoint me again. To my surprise I was greeted by a friendly staff Scott the GM and Veteran sales associate Cecil. They had the 2021 Ram 2500 Laramie I was searching for. They asked me to buy after a bit of negotiation an agreement was made. I understood they need to make money and they understood I need to get a great deal. (I think I might have got a better deal then they did)….I am very happy with the transaction. Thanks also to Jermaine in financing for making the paperwork easy. Service Department was effecient and accommodating. They were able to get my car in right away, when another dealership had a 1 week wait! Rex was awesome and he knew when I was calling for updates so he made sure to be the one to answer the phone. When I got there to pick up my car they knew who I was and got me checked out quickly. David in services is amazing! He took really good care of me while I was there getting an oil change. The guys at the service desk even came to my house when I discovered there was oil leaking from my car shortly after I got home from the dealership. They have a great service team and I will continue to be a customer! David and all the guys really know how to treat their customers.

I was very impressed with the service department and the quick turn around for my oil change.
We had a hard problem to solve with our 2018 Pacifica. It would only appear first thing in the morning and then the issue disappears. We are from Texas and we’re staying over to visit our daughter and her family in Oklahoma City. Rex, our service advisor, kept us informed throughout the process. Unfortunately there are dealing like other car dealerships with parts shortages. They finally were able to discover the failing components and get the parts that were needed. The problem was resolved the first time. If we were staying here we would use them for any service needs. Plus very personable folks.
I did a survey earlier and gave a good rating, but the more I thought about it we did have some issues with our buying experience.I will say I love my vehicle we purchased there. Not expecting to buy a car yet, we found exactly what we were looking for in the Jeep Grand Cherokee limited. Our salesman Kyle made for a great buying experience. I highly recommend him.While waiting for financing, they forgot about us and we waited about an hour to start the process. I don’t remember the mans name that worked with us, he was terrific. I do think they put pressure on him to sale all the extra warranties. When we declined, someone from upper management came in and tried again to sell us something we were not interested in.When financing, the bank of our choice, who we have used in the past, would not finance it. The reason for this was the Cherokee had over 3000 miles on it as someone in upper management had been driving it, so they considered it as a used vehicle. We thought about trying to get a better deal, but it was late and we had been there a long time. The upper management need to take in consideration of how many miles they drive new cars.Three weeks later we have not received paperwork to register it in the state of Texas.I’m sure this is not the usual buying experience there.
In the service department I have the pleasure of working with Rex. He is professional and personable. He knows me from visit to visit, remembers my vehicles and circumstances with them . He covers all the bases after the inspection but is not pushy . I moved here from Ga and this dealership is awesome. They take care of there customers.
I got great service when returning for the second time for a rear brake issue. Not only did Bob Moore fix the problem by performing additional services on my brakes, the department manager didn’t charge me anything. The service was superb! David was good about keeping me updated and informed. I always knew what to expect. I only wish dealerships wouldn’t charge such excessive prices in the service department. As I said, David was great, but my cost was extreme. If I had been able to take care of my car outside of the dealership I would have...only because of the cost.
Salesperson was very respectful for my time and my first time vehicle purchase. Never felt like I was being cheated out of my money or time. I got my vehicle set up and our very quickly at a very reasonable price.
We had several minor repairs done on my Jeep Renegade, as well as a software update. Despite the number of repairs, the Service Department handled all of them in less than a day--and the final cost was under the original estimate. I was kept aware of progress throughout the day by Aaron Bouse--who obviously knows a thing or ten about providing quality service. All in all, a great experience. Well done!

I was very impressed with my salesman. I looked at several dealerships in 5 different states for a Ram 3500 dually and was told numerous times that yes they had one and when I drove to the dealership to buy it I was told that it just sold prior to my arrival, but they could order one for me with a $1,000 dollar deposit.My salesman at Bob Moore was honest and held the truck for me even though I had a 6 hour drive to get there. Plus, instead of giving me 5 gallons of fuel when I left (like all the others), he completely filled the 50 gallon tank. I will refer any future coworkers to Bob Moore. Good job folks!

I can definitely say DO NOT WORRY about having youre vehicle serviced here. First, i called, someone answered within 2nd ring. WOW!!! And was connected to Aaron which is a Service Consultant in the service department, with in seconds he answered . I was greeted very politely. Very professional . I explained to him what i needed and why i wanted to drive over 30 miles to hopefully get great customer service and i did. Bob Howard in Edmond needs to see what taking care of people means. And this meant alot. I was treated so well. And in and out in less than 45 minutes thats including paperwork. I truly appreciate the kindness i received from Aaron. And the whole service area was organized, clean and All customers was being taking care of. Everyone was on top of there game. I will be back to have my oil changed and any other services i might need. Because i dont have to worry anymore, they proved themselves They are professional and do not play around. . A service appointment was set up upon arrival at the dealership. A service technician was friendly, efficient and arranged for service within a short period of time. An oil change and preventive maintenance was completed within an hours time. Also received a complementary car wash. The dealership is extremely clean and the customer waiting area is convenient, has complementary beverages and snacks.This dealership is top rate and highly recommended.
Dropped my vehicle off on 08/19/21, its took 5 days for the vehicle repairs to get completed 08/25/21. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle after 5pm, I waited an hour before it was ready. 1 of 2 of the problems I took in for were resolved. Based on this experience, Im less inclined to take my vehicle back to the dealer to get the issue resolved with my fuse still blowing when I lock/unlock my doors when using the remote keyfob, because I just cant afford to leave my vehicle for multiple days, and pay for another car rental. While the service representative Aaron was nice and communicated with me, I cant overlook the fact it took 5 days for a 3hr repair.
My wife and I were visiting OKC from San Antonio and while driving around Hefner Lake our Jeep overheated and the engine light came on. I found Bob Moore online and had AAA tow us to the service center. They were closed for the weekend so I made and appointment online with their scheduling app and dropped the key in the early bird box. Aaron gave me a call first thing Monday morning and I explained we were stuck in OKC and he said he would get us back on the road ASAP. They had the problem diagnosed and parts ordered from Dallas that day. By early afternoon on Tuesday, they had us back on the road. I run a small business and couldn’t be closed any longer to wait on the Jeep and thanks to Aaron and crew we didn’t have to fly back and leave it.Aaron was very professional and never promised anything, but got repairs done faster than any of my local service centers ever have.If I lived in the area this would be my go to dealership/ service center.
Very thorough and went over reports to make sure I understood everything and no questions. Aaron who checked me in and got everything set up was very friendly, kept me updated on the progress and answered all my questions.
I have not found a service center that delivers the customer service and efficiency that this location does. I can always get in for an appointment and trust that they are going to do the work timely. Although I have to drive further to get to Bob Moore, it’s never an issue because I know it will be worth my time. This team does a great job communicating the services and talking through true needs for your vehicle. In my experience, this is a great team to support your vehicle maintenance.

I got a flat tire and brought my car to Bob Moore to get it repaired. They were super nice and helpful and fixed my tire even though I bought my Jeep at a different dealership..will definitely go back for service for my Jeep in the future.
Excellent customer service, from the moment I arrived, pulling in to the service department for an oil change which was scheduled by myself at 7:00 A.M, to come in for an appointment at 9:00 A.M.As I was coming to a slow near the service center an employee by the name of David had approached my vehicle asking if I needed any assistance. I told him yes indeed, which he then confirmed with me an appointment he had for an oil change with a dodge journey at 2 pm.He then instructed me to pull forward as he proceeded to plug in an OBD to my car. He then asked if I would go ahead and follow him to his workstation as we then discussed the service I was seeking as well as the price.It was then that I was asked if I was familiar with the waiting area. Since I told him no, he once again asked that I follow him. As I proceeded behind David through the doors and down the hall he pointed to our right and told me thats will be your restroom, and this is our waiting area where you can help yourself with an espresso(free), a beverage(vending$machine) or a snack(vending$machine).As soon as David was out of sight I received a text message from David just letting me know if I were to have any arising questions or concerns I should just respond back to that very message and they will gladly help out in any way they can.I was in and out in under an hour. This is TOP QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hands down

Bob Moore is close to my house and convenient so I took my 2014 charger for a check up for routine maintenance. Car was check for recalls and I had the brakes checked as well. Dealership was very clean and so nicely update for when I had been out years ago. Everyone was friendly and the check was done in a short time will I waited in the costmer waiting area which was stocked up with free snacks! Bob Moore has got it together and I will be taking my baby back when she does need service.
I was very pleased with the car buying experienced at your dealership. I cant say that about most dealerships I have been to. Usually I have to prepare myself for going into battle. Everybody was pleasant and cordial and not high pressure. Dave Hodge was very nice to deal even when we were negotiating price. I dont recall the name of the gentleman that I met with several times during the price negotiating, however he was always cordial and friendly thru the entire process. Even the F and I gentleman was not high pressure and did not fast talk me into anything.I am very happy with the car I purchased, even though it was more than I wanted to pay. Aaron in service center was great. Easy to talk to and got my car finished much sooner than was told.
These guys do not keep their word. Once you buy the car they stop caring about you. Told us they would take care of the scratches on the used car we agreed to buy, but did not and then then told us we needed to pay $200 to get them painted over but could have it end of the day. Then around 3pm told us we needed to pay $300 to have it end of the day. When we picked up the car only the bumper was painted. Scratches still everywhere else. Had to pay for ubers picking my kid up and going back and forth for all that. Also they told us car was 2019 but it was 2018.
Walked into the showroom to look at a Ram limited. Three different people looked right at us, and no one came to help. Looked through the truck on the showroom floor for ten minutes and then left. Not sure the single star is deserved based on that. Well done Bob Moore.

Getting stuck in high gear..Transmission solenoid...(my suggestion to look into).They said no it is a low oil pressure issue.Since there the jeep techs I went down this rabbit hole.Issue repeated. I bought a brand new truck here in 2019. I’m very happy with the truck, but have had to visit the service center 3 times for manufacturer defects. All 3 times the service center did a great job taking care of it. And they were VERY fast. Very happy with that group.
Left my car there for service and told them about all the problems the car had. I left It over night next day came to pick it up didn’t get a call or anything I had to call to see when it will be ready for pick up. Just so they can tell me they checked the car and didn’t fix anything only ordered the screen to come back in 5 days. They also left a scratch on driver door like they dinged it with something. Also if your headlights get moister in it they won’t change it even if the car has warranty you have to come back so they can see the moister in them.
I had to wait a little long than I anticipated but all and all it was a good visit. Wifi and free snacks was nice.

They were 100% up front with their best price from the start...no, as in no back and forth for the best/advertised price. They were also very good on my trade-in allowance. I had an absolute terrible experience here. Upon arrival, I browsed around the Jeep’s outside assuming I would have a salesman greet me. That did not happen. I then walked in and had to wait around 5 minutes to even be acknowledge and even then it didn’t seem like our salesman, Antwan, cared to potentially make a sale. Granted it was 6pm, that still doesn’t mean you give less than service to a hopeful buying consumer. The numbers didn’t workout for what we wanted so I ended up being shown a jeep of a different color which I stated that I did not like. Then Antwan made a snark comment, “I can get you some spray paint.” After that, I do not care to even do business at that bob moore location ever again. I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience.
The manager and all the workers there were so very helpful! Being a female it was nice to have them talk to me and not talk down to me! It was very refreshing! They were very accommodating and by far the best car shopping/buying experience! Hodge is great!

The staff made it extremely easy to purchase my truck. I did everything online beforehand and drove in from Tulsa. The truck was even nicer and cleaner in person than the online pictures or as described in my conversations with the dealership. Poor communication, manager not always available to do a deal, salesman takes vacation instead of delivering car deal. If you can get the same vehicle else where I definitely would. Update the manager leaves a number to call with a full mailbox! The comedy continues. Ive had the vehicle for almost a month with no delivery . Ill keep learning how to use all these features on my own.

Aaron and the service team are always extremely helpful when I have my vehicle serviced. I had my wifes Grand Cherokee towed in after hours and they were able to get her a new tire and back on the road quickly. Great communication throughout as always. Thanks again Aaron and the team.
