We purchased a 2007 Benz GL 450 from Elizabeth who couldn’t have been more helpful. She answered all of her questions and to make us even feel more comfortable she suggested we get a warranty on the car which was very affordable and had very good ratings on Google. Before turning the car over to us she cleaned it and had everything checked but said please feel free to go get it checked at Mercedes. I’ve dealt with several used car sales people in my life and they all pretty much had some kind of sleazy feeling about them but Elizabeth changed that for us, she felt like a good person who is looking out for our interest also. She also promised us lifetime support if we ever needed her for this car or for another, she would help source out any repairs and also advise us on costs.

Most straight forward car buying buying experience ive ever had!!

I spoke to Sam on a Friday and he was going to auction on Monday and kept us in mind. He held the vehicle while we drove from Tulsa to see what he had picked up at auction. We ended up with a 2005 Hyundai Sant Fe in good condition. This was a.vehicle for my daughter and we paid cash. Sam went out of his way to get the car cleaned and ready for my daughter to drive home. I feel we got a good deal and Sam was delightful to deal with. I would recommend to friends and I will do business again int he future.

This place is not good at all Elizabeth’s told me she was going to help me but nothing was The same problems that she told me she was it a fix was not fixed I didn’t even get my car the day I bought it she kept it for two weeks I had to wait 2 weeks to get the car I over pay for this car there still a lot of things not good she sold me a car that she Knew it was not ready and she act like she didn’t know. She always had an attitude with me and I have proof I talk to her she will tell me she doesn’t feel like talking to me that she’ll talk to me another day because she had an attitude. She not a good person I’m a single mom and just move to Oklahoma and she knew every time that she told me that the car was ready there was always something else popping up. DONT GET YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

I actually live in Arkansas 3 hours and 30 minutes away and I drove all that way for the best car deal I’ve seen. When I got there I explained that to the dealer and he gave me his word that he would hold on to the car until I could get the loan passed from the bank. He kept his word despite having over 7 cash offers, and the loan taking over a week to come through. They were very honest about every detail of the car good and bad. Sam is an Outstanding and honorable man, and just a very respectful business. I couldn’t stress enough if you’re looking for a car to come here, you will not be disappointed.

Last fall, I had to replace my daughter’s car after she was involved in an accident. After searching online and visiting several dealers, we found the just right car at Motor Fair. I really enjoyed working with Sam. He took care of making sure the vehicle was working just right and even did a little extra work on my car! I bought a car from motor fair Saturday didnt get out of the there til 9pm I went straight home to mwc the oil light came on it died and locked up on me I went in my house and emailed them and the finance people. Called Sunday they wasnt open called Monday they came with a wrecker got the Vue said they would call in a hour it was 3 hours later I called them a lady answers shes rude cuts you off while your talking there down right rude they never once told me I can take the car to a mechanic and have them look at and plus by the time we was starting everything with the car all the shops were closed anyway they scam people the car report they gave me dont even match up with the car fax online liars. I go in today they had a lady tell me I cant have my dwn payment then she told my cousin and I she dont work here what this is not perfrossional, they had me stay they till 4 pm when I just left told them im going to handle this with the used car commission as I was walking out I noticed 2 other ladies mad at them I walked outside the other customer followed me we was was t talking and here comes Mr.khoul yelling at her and I have it recorded they are very untrustworthy sales people very unprofessional ECT. I bought a 2008 Lexus from Sam, he was very kind and transparent and also took into account my circumstances as a single mother and helped me to find something reliable for my family. I say he was transparent because without asking he showed me the carfax and KBB value of the car he sold me, and helped me to understand the research tools I could use to choose a car as I do not buy cars often. Ive driven the car which was sold at a very good price for a week now and have taken it to the Toyota dealership who inspected it and told me it is a very well taken care of vehicle. Selling cars to 600 customer a year more or less for about 20 years in business its a hard job to do even staying in business is harder if a dealer doing a bad job with customers. I have seen people selling a good or bad review for a Starbucks gift card .also seen haters review a dealer that they have not ever seen or enter their lot.i have seen a customer that only bought the car with just the down payment and never return to even make his first payment giving a negative review the day I repo his car and have all his family and friends help him with some more. Not to mention the companys that keeps on calling to charge 500 dollor to clean out any bad reviews and turn the bad to good . I personally believe on doing things humanly right with customers I have been and always will .please do the math u think a bad business or person can ever last over 20 years with same business name and phone #??

I went to Motor Fair to look at an SUV and was told that someone had put down a deposit on it already. Rudy and Sam were very helpful in letting me look at and test drive 3 other vehicles that I was interested in. I ended up buying Landrover LR3 because when I drove it I immediately loved it. I financed through my credit union and they were wonderful about working and communicating with me and my loan officer. I would recommend Motor Fair. What a wonderful staff and selection of vehicles.

Never ever buy a car from these guys. Sure we got a good deal. However, after 3 months my wifes car had to have about 2,000$ worth of work done and after 6 months my car went into limp mode (which means it wont shift out of second) and Im looking at 2,000 - 3,000$ to fix it. Not good at all. They seem nice but overall they do not care about the quality of the car they sell you. Also, they said they replaced all my sensors and the check engine light should go off in about 40 miles. It has never gone off because of 2 bad emissions sensors. Not a big deal, but still shady.

Business managed by the worst woman abuser out there called Sam. Beware not to do business there as he will take your money and try to sell you a totaled title car for 4 times the price when caught. Talking about he will not refund your money then temporarily fire the sales man to refuse a refund on his shady deals.

This dealership should be SHUT DOWN for FRAUD. How many complaints is it going to take? How many people are to to need to loss 1000s of dollars before he is closed down permanently? We dont need dishonest businessman like this in Oklahoma.

Sold me a Awd 2008 infinity qx56.he posted it that way as well. Later i found out it was not AWD. It is missing the cv axles and the fromt drive shaft.....messed up. I contacted him and it didnt go so well. He was not sorry in the least bit. It does run though....

HORRIBLE customer service. I had called a few times on a car and finally went down to see it. I brought cash and was ready to buy, but when I asked to take it on a test drive the owner was a condescending jerk and refused to let me drive the car more than 10 minutes. I can only think of one reason, something is wrong with the car and they dont want you to know until you get it off the lot. He talked to me like I was an idiot. AVOID these filthy scammers.

I purchased a VW Passat from this company in February 2012. I have had nothing but problems from day one with the vehicle. It is now December 2012 and the motor has gone out in the car. The dealership said there is nothing they can do about it. Imagine that.

The owner was a foul mouthed, arrogant, lieing crackhead. I will be reporting him to the Attorney General, DMV and the BBB. He ripped me off $3,400. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
