I’ve bought three vehicles from Oklahoma City Volkswagen, and it’s truly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. These folks are all about service and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Definitely recommend!

This store really goes above and beyond to help you find the car you want. I have bought a Jetta and a Cross Sport from them, and have loved both. Throughout the process everyone was friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had. Plus, I feel like the loyalty works both ways, instead of being one-sided, like you see at some dealerships.

Our experience was great. Our salesperson was Rio and he was so easy to work with. I cant remember the name of the Finance guy, but what an amazing person. Explained everything in detail and was a true pleasure to work with. I think our total time at the dealership was less then 2 hours and we were taking our vehicle home. Thanks!

I had two major issues so far that I thought was going to be a HUGE headache and financial burden but both times OKC vw and the AWESOME service advisor Bryan both times has helped me out and gone above and beyond to take care of the issues painlessly and perfectly without hesitation. I have honestly never trusted dealers to work on my vehicle but they are honest and caring people I will gladly take my vehicles here and will most likely purchase my next one through them based off the service department experience alone.

DO NOT try to shop with this dealership based on their “online” prices. They do not post the actual price. We were shopping an Atlas and once we started the buying process they raised the internet listed price 5 grand. Said it was in the fine print… it wasn’t. Also gave my husband so many excuses. Please shop around as you can find better deals with legit internet prices. Terrible customer service. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!

Don’t recommend if you are looking for you vehicle serviced. They will overcharge you and there’s just better options in terms of getting you car fixed than this place. They have great customer service though I respect Brian, Brandon and their other associates, I just don’t agree with the prices and how much they charge for labor.

This is a review for the service department.Brian was very helpful and professional. The team worked really hard on my car. There is a comfortable seating/waiting area with food and drink plus outlets if you need to do work. They send you pictures and links of what is wrong with your car and then you can approve or deny the service.This is the best VW service department I’ve ever been to. Dealerships in other states could take a lesson from OKC.

I signed an agreement to lease a new 2021 vehicle. I paid the TTL and first payment and agreed to pick the vehicle up the next day.The next day, I was told I needed to sign something. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was told that they had made a mistake and the new payment would be 10% higher.In no way would I ever do business with such a poor and unreliable business.Edit: Rather than respond to the outright lies and foolishness theyve accused me of, consider what seems more likely: I would take the time to write a poor review of a random car dealership and make up a bunch of lies. Or, a dealership pulls the same shady tricks that many of them do.

Had a great experience with Oscar buying our Atlas. I normally hate the drama of buying vehicles so I was incredibly hesitant when we drove from Lawton to OKC to buy a used car. Oscar was so down to earth and really great to work with so we went back 3 days later and traded in another vehicle just so we could do business with Oscar again. Unfortunately we have no more need to visit again anytime soon but I would highly recommend this car salesman and dealership to anyone.

Car broke down 600 miles from Oklahoma. Lets add up the cost of the car, wrecker fees, hotel fees, tow fees, out of state labor fees, lost wages, in state labor fees totaling $13000 for a $6000 car. The car was purchased new and serviced regularly at the dealership. All current with every service bulletins and recalls. Have all receipts since purchased. The dealership deliberately withheld the service bulletin. The manufacturer and dealership put no legal obligation to divulge a service bulletin information like a recall. Unless the customers car is in the dealership service department and only then if the engine is displaying a check engine light and or engine presenting an irregular sound. Even though the dealership would be completely reimbursed for this service bulletin. When the manufacturer decided to settle the class action lawsuit they didnt take in consideration the future situation this would put on the dealership and there customers. Especially driving down the interstate, or wth the entire family in the car, or 600 miles from home. The dealership didnt give there customers a chance to volunteer changing the part before it failed. It is our ablation to inform Volkswagen and Audi owner of this service bulletin ( non worthy recall) especially during these hard times . We thank you.

I had previously rated this establishment as one of the worst for a completely disastrous experience. Today, I want to report that Brandon and Brian both did more than step up to the plate doing a great job rectifying the situation and thus reestablished my faith in the dealership. I am glad I went back to talk to both of them and I can definitely state that these two individuals do care about their customers satisfactions and I will definitely continue to do business with them. Called in for an appt. Arrived at the designated time, they tell me they dont have me in their system for an appointment. Not to worry, they will get me right in but it will take an hour and a half. No problem....... Hour and fifteen minutes later they come and tell me that it will be another few hours because they cant get my car in and on the lift..... Its an oil change for Goodness sakes. I would give them zero stars but its not possible.To be fair.....The service manager did reach out later that evening. I am willing to concede this might be the 1 in a 100 ( but based on yelp reviews Im guessing thats not true). But the service manager did want to make it right and deserves credit for that. However my policy is everyone and thing gets two chances, they wont get a third.

So I’m just warning everyone about the service I received from here. I’ve used VW service for a long time and have never had an issue. I actually recommended them to people BECAUSE they take such good care of their customers. Not only did they not tell me what was wrong with my car BEFORE they fixed it, they fixed something that I specifically asked them not to fix. I called on Saturday after I hadn’t heard from anyone at the dealership, they told me over the phone the car was finished. Then when I got up there, it still wasn’t done. And then when I called them back they tried to argue with me and tell me they did. OH and they doubled down by prank calling me from another line to make fun of me. $812.00 car repair and this is how I get treated. I will never set foot in this dealership again.UPDATE: I took my vehicle to another repair shop to inspect the “repairs” I received from Oklahoma City Volkswagen. Front brakes and rotors were never done (I specifically requested this, even says so on the work order). Back brakes were replaced (I specifically asked them to NOT replace those because I was doing it at a later time, also noted on the work order). Requested a detail, there’s still minor scratches and rub marks that were never addressed during the detail AND my car now smells like a dead cat from whatever carpet shampoo they used. Requested they change my license plate light, because I was already having all these other things done, never got replaced (also written, BY THE SERVICE ADVISOR on the work order). Brandon, the supposed manager of the seven department, not only refuses to acknowledge any of this but when I called to speak to him about it, he more or less told me I had no idea what I was talking about. Called again and tried to speak to someone else, since I was getting nowhere with the service department. Spoke with someone in sales who said I would receive a call from the GM to address my issues, still have heard nothing. This place is an absolute joke. Don’t go here for service, don’t go here for sales, just don’t go at all. Unless you enjoy being treated like absolute garbage and want to burn your money.

Had an overall great experience, they had the car that I had been trying to find for weeks here at this location and they made it a breeze. The reason for two stars is because one of the tires was low when we took it for a test drive. I was reassured that it was just due to the change in temperature and it didn’t have a leak and they would fill it back up and check before I left. However, we have discovered it was a leak after all and now I have to go replace tires on a car I’ve had for less than a week. Disappointed they didn’t take care of the problem to save money on their end.Update - I was reached out to by the manager named Mario and he is the ONLY reason I updated my review to four stars. He sent me a check for the tires, and personally checked to make sure I received it. If it wasn’t for him, I probably would have knocked it down to one because they “forgot” to send me my title. So many bumps in the road for this place it’s ridiculous. If you like a nice sales team and good customer follow up, this is a great place. If you’re willing to put up with the bumps that is...

Best car buying experience Ive had so far - and Ive had a few. Every team member I talked to from Sales to Finance was more than helpful, they told it straight - no gimmicks, no surprises. Jim helped me most of the way through and was very down to earth easy to deal with and made sure I was taken care of. We drove from Dallas to purchase - and would likely make the drive again for our next car given how great the experience was. Thank you OKCVW team!!

This VW dealership is amazing. So attentive and helpful in making sure I got what I wanted and made sure the process was crazy smooth. I came in from Tulsa and my experience here was exponentially better. I used Nick as my sales dude and he was the best, so friendly, helpful, and made sure i was on the same page through the whole process!

Will not answer phone calls almost like they hide stuff Have to have a reason to call and talk. To ask questions. Very slow on paying off vehicle even after your new one has been financed. Will not be back unless forced to for warranty issues. Take business somewhere else. Still no pay off. And have to make up a name cause they won’t take or return phone calls if you stay after them Bout time to get an attorney and go after them.

After the hailstorm hit Norman, it totaled out my car. I found a Jetta at OKC Volkswagen and drove down to take a look. I was approached by the used car manager, I can’t remember his name, but he introduced me to our salesmen, Ruben. I told Ruben exactly what I was looking at for pricing and financing terms, and I let him know that I only had about an hour before I had to go pick up my son from daycare, and he managed to get me in and out, including test drive and financing, in 1 HOUR. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, and I would absolutely recommend stopping by to see Ruben if you need a new car, he will take care of you!

I love Lewis Jones! I spent the weekend test driving cars around OKC and continued on Monday after work. Lewis is by far my favorite salesperson I encountered. He cared about what I wanted in a vehicle, showed me every little detail and feature, and never once mentioned price or budget. He could tell I had done some research on trim levels and respected that. I really enjoyed working with him and will recommend him to everyone I know looking for a VW! Lewis genuinely cares about his customers.

I was searching for the car I wanted on Autotrader which brought me here. Communicated through text and they got the car ready for test drive parked in front. Buying was a fairly easy process considering I got my own loan, they did offer me a lower interest of 1.9% instead of 2.3% for 5 years if I financed with them. Overall a pretty good experience. Quick in and out. Would definitely buy another car here in the future.

Advertise vehicles they dont even have. Flew in from out of state only to find the advertised vehicle never even existed. We could go on but we were able get a brand new new not used Touraeg for the same money as your non-existent one in DFW. So keep advertising your non existent cars. Yes I contacted VW of America corp office and gave a lengthy lengthy explanation in the new car survey. Not sure if they will take action but at least its on the record. And dont ask for feedback via email when you absolutely suck at your job. It makes for bad press kinda like now.. Good thing we were able to get a few grand off at Rusty Wallis VW in DFW on a better vehicle and a brand new one to make up for $600 in plane tickets. I was greeted when I entered the building and escorted to the service office.The technician sent me 2 videos explaining what would need to be performed in order to correct the car issues.The car was given a car wash on the outside.I was made to feel very special, which I truly appreciated.

I brought my car here to the dealership for an oil change, everything seemed good at first I even gave them 5 stars, but I had planned a trip with my kids to colorado, after the oil change they told me my car was good to go, needless to say it didnt go well.First thing the air filter was drenched in oil ( when mentioning this to the dealership they informed me it was because the year of my car A 2016) then the skid guard underneath was not put on securely and came off on the freeway almost causing a severe accident, the plastic got loose and was dragging and melting under my tires causing smoke which could have either caused a car fire or bad accident. My 17 year old son had to get out on the side of the freeway and crawl underneath to get all the plastic off the tires so we could leave but 5 minutes after leaving the same happened to the other tire causing me to have a full on anxiety attack with a car full of kids.I brought the car to the dealership and they put the blame on a prior damage on the car and rushed me out. (I have not had any issues with this car until this oil change) now I have tons in damage after telling me everything underneath my car now needs to be replaced, And its my faultTo add insult to injury they put all my info down with a mans name instead of mine even though they called me by my first name.I do not recommend this place any longer

I bought a used 2012 Hyundai here for my daughter’s first car. I initially reached out online to see if they still had the car, and the salesman who responded (Joey) was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My son and I did our test drive with Joey and ended up purchasing the car. Both Joey and the finance guy, James, treated us with respect and kindness, and they made the entire process enjoyable. I did major research looking for the car that I wanted. I found the exact one at this dealership online. So, I of course went straight to the reviews to get a feel of others experiences. This dealership had really good reviews, and I decided to give them a chance. As a lady shopping alone, I was prepared to be hustled, manipulated, hit on, and jacked around with prices. Ladies, you know what I mean if you have been to other dealerships by yourself-it’s usually a pretty degrading experience. This was not my experience here! I was treated with respect. I wasn’t rushed, pushed, or smooth talked into making any decisions. Our salesman was Scott Diaz, he was very professional and laid back. I purchased my car within 3 hrs, everything went smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the price and the car. I would definitely recommend them.

The salesman we had answered all our questions about the different trim and engine options available on the Atlas so we could choose the best one for our needs. The rebates/price we had originally seen had fallen off at the beginning of the new month, but the manager was able to honor the price we had originally seen. After going through finance, Dave spent time showing us how to access all the options and electronics on the car. The service package is really great as well!

We just purchased a used VW from the dealership. The entire process was outstanding from beginning to end. The sales staff was friendly and very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. They are pretty low key and not pushy at all. Also, the price was right. We highly recommend that you consider them when buying a new or used vehicle.

The manager was extremely present during the buying process to ensure that I was happy with my decision. The financial team is super helpful and knowledgeable! My experience at the dealership was fantastic. Reuben did all that he could to make sure my experience went well. The finance department was thorough and easy to work with. The process took maybe 3 hours from the test drive to leaving out the door with the car!

The experience here was bad news from the beginning. The finance manger that sold me the car, Eric (which got fired over this) tried to scam me into paying $1,400 more for the car than I even agreed on by making my payments almost $40 more monthly than they shouldve been. I had to break down the math in the contract to figure that out. When I pointed it out he didnt know why it was wrong and couldnt give me an answer so I left and said to call me when he figured it out. The next day, we got the contract figured out and I went up there to sign it. (This was the first sign that I shouldnt have went through with the deal, I know...)They said the bank approved my loan and I was good to go. (after shot gunning my credit to figure that out). 2 weeks go by and I dont get anything in the mail regarding my title or anything so I call up to the dealership to see whats going on. I was told that there was a hold up and should be expecting paperwork soon. Another 2 weeks go by and I call again because my paper tag is expired and still havent received paperwork. They tell me to come up and get a new tag and theyll see what was going on but assured me the loan funded.ANOTHER 2 weeks go by, (making it 6 weeks that Ive had the car) I get a phone call by their new financial manager saying I have to go to the dealership and re submit my loan application because it didnt get approved. (By this time, I have a total of 5 inquiries on my credit report just from them trying to make this deal go through)....I was told everything in the contract was going to be the same- which that was a fat lie. The APR jumped from 6% to 11%.... the finance manager shaved $2k off the price of the car to compensate for the interest rate but I still wouldve had to pay an extra $1,200 total for the car in the long run. Needless to say, I gave the car back and they couldnt even give me back my entire down payment over this hassle. From the shady salesmen, shotgunned credit, and lies I suggest nobody purchase a car from here. They are unethical and practice BAD business. I wont be surprised if they go out of business to be completely honest. Hope this helps the next person thats interested in buying a car from this dealership!

Joey was great to work with. The process was extremely smooth without any surprises, communication was instant and questions where answered immediately every time I could think of one. Being in the business it’s easy to pick apart anybody’s process but I couldn’t find any fault. I’d recommend him to anybody.

Been 45 days since my daughter purchased a car. She still hasnt got a title. They still havent paid off her trade in. They havent called me back. Would not recommend!! It has now been 52 days!! Still no title. No pay off of her trade in!!I think its time to get a lawyer for her!! D- BBB.

Always great service with Brian. I never have to wait and they get me in and out as quickly as possible. He always updates me on the progress and goes over the final report. Will definitely be back!

The experience here was bad news from the beginning. The finance manger that sold me the car, Eric (which got fired over this) tried to scam me into paying $1,400 more for the car than I even agreed on by making my payments almost $40 more monthly than they should’ve been. I had to break down the math in the contract to figure that out. When I pointed it out he didn’t know why it was wrong and couldn’t give me an answer so I left and said to call me when he figured it out. The next day, we got the contract figured out and I went up there to sign it. (This was the first sign that I shouldn’t have went through with the deal, I know...)They said the bank approved my loan and I was good to go. (after shot gunning my credit to figure that out). 2 weeks go by and I don’t get anything in the mail regarding my title or anything so I call up to the dealership to see what’s going on. I was told that there was a hold up and should be expecting paperwork soon. Another 2 weeks go by and I call again because my paper tag is expired and still haven’t received paperwork. They tell me to come up and get a new tag and they’ll see what was going on but assured me the loan funded.ANOTHER 2 weeks go by, (making it 6 weeks that I’ve had the car) I get a phone call by their new financial manager saying I have to go to the dealership and re submit my loan application because it didn’t get approved. (By this time, I have a total of 5 inquiries on my credit report just from them trying to make this deal go through)....I was told everything in the contract was going to be the same- which that was a fat lie. The APR jumped from 6% to 11%.... the finance manager shaved $2k off the price of the car to compensate for the interest rate but I still would’ve had to pay an extra $1,200 total for the car in the long run. Needless to say, I gave the car back and they couldn’t even give me back my entire down payment over this hassle. From the shady salesmen, shotgunned credit, and lies I suggest nobody purchase a car from here. They are unethical and practice BAD business. I won’t be surprised if they go out of business to be completely honest. Hope this helps the next person that’s interested in buying a car from this dealership!

Great car buying experience, will definetly return when we are in the market again!

I had visited many dealerships in the metro but have not really been satisfied by the service by sales people. This place was different. I was met by a young lady named Chelsea. She was very kind and polite, and not pushy which is very refreshing. She first asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle first before we started to look. Once I told her all the things i was looking we walked the lot. Non-pushy, and very polite. After about an hour and half of looking, sitting, driving and testing. We came home with a new vehicle that was very reasonable in price and had what we wanted Thank you Ms Chelsea!

The service department is amazing. They are honest, fair in pricing and truly want to ensure that you are taken care of when you come in for maintenance or repairs. Its hard to find honest people to work on your car. I wont be going anywhere else.

Overall experience was OK.The staff was very friendly and accommodating but somethings were left unfinished, perhaps out of miscommunication.I had disconnected he battery prior to bringing the car into the shop, I had requested numerous times to correctly reinstall my battery, using the mounting hardware, jacket, and plastic shell, these pieces were still sitting in the back of my car upon receipt.I requested the rear brake light be replaced, it wasn’t.The main reason for my visit was to have the alternator, belts, and brake light, and Reinstall my battery correctly, and while they missed the brake light and battery, the other services were clearly provided and my car is now operational.My biggest gripe is I had to remount my battery, and doing that has now caused a new light to pop up on my dash when all the lights were off after my service.

This is the second time I’ve bought a vehicle from OKC Volkswagen in 2 years. Hands down best buying experience I’ve had buying a car. The service center staff are amazing as well! I’d choose OKC VW over any other VW dealership in the metro! The sales and finance staff were incredibly patient going over details of the vehicles I’ve purchased as well as financing options.

First time using this VW Service Center since relocating to area. Appointment setting for maintenance was smooth and easy. Upon arrival, I felt like Brian took time to listen to all my concerns and reassured me everything I requested be done would be taken care of. I chose to wait on the vehicle, and the time to complete the maintenance was much less than I expected, which was great. I was sent a thorough video explaining all details of my vehicle inspection, which I have never received before from any service center. Overall experience was excellent. Thank you, Brian.

I was interested in purchasing a new Atlas last week, but unfortunately they ghosted me. The salesman was polite and accommodating during our test drive, I reached out for an appraisal for my trade and they gave an offer that was $2,000 lower than the low end of the KBB estimated trade-in value. When I replied that their offer was lower than the KBB value they never replied. Days later and still no follow-up. Not sure they truly want to do business? Im frustrated that I even wasted the time test driving if they cant even reply.

My tire pressure light came on while driving to Oklahoma City. I decided to stop by the Oklahoma City Volkswagen based on their great online reviews to see if they can help me out since the tires are filled with nitrogen. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They took my car in checked all four tires and made sure I was safe to continue driving. Everyone was very nice especially Tony who took the time and answered all my questions and helped me with my GPS. Awesome customer service!

We had been shopping for a new car for over a week and went to Mike Stevens Volkswagen in wichita and the salesman was so pushy and not listening to what I was telling him we could afford and kept trying to put me in a vehicle I wanted but couldnt make the payments. So we continued our search online and making phone calls to see if the vehicle we were seeking was available we just kept getting nos then I called Nick from here in okc he said the vehicle we wanted was available but being looked at so before we make the 4 hour drive he called and said it was still available, so here we are driving for a vehicle we more than wanted at the perfect price! The process was sooooo smooth gave us a GREAT price on our trade in, and we were in and out start to finish driving our new to us 2018 Volkswagen Atlas SE w/Technology home in just 4 hours! Stopped in to ogle a beautiful truck recently. I was pleased not being attacked by salespeople. When I went in, I was greeted by Austin. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Offered us coffee/pop. Told him my intentions on purchasing a used vehicle. He got me started on some paperwork, sent me to Doug in Finance. Doug was GREAT. No nonsense, no pressure. Within a couple of hours I was driving home in the nicest vehicle Ive ever owned. Great folks to work with.

There was a wonderful lady there named Chelsea. She was the most pleasant worker. Very nice didnt make me fell rushed or like a sale. She really knew her homework. Wasnt pushy very helpful and patient. Best experience ever
